Almina Inn Hotel

Ali is an excellent Host who is making my stay here in Istanbul lovely!❤️ The Hotel is in. Central Location with great shopping and restaurants around the corner. The room is extremely clean, with a super comfortable bed. Night time is so quiet. I slept the longest I have in a long time. The air conditioning in the room is nice and cold. ❤️🥰🤩😃

I recently stayed at Almina Inn Hotel in Istanbul, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel has a cozy, welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home the moment you arrive. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything—from directions to recommendations for local attractions. My room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, with thoughtful details that made my stay even better. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and modern, and everything felt very well maintained. The location is another major highlight. The hotel is within walking distance of many of Istanbul’s most iconic sights, making it easy to explore the city without needing long transportation rides. Despite being close to major attractions, the area around the hotel felt peaceful and safe. Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh items each morning. It was the perfect way to start a day of sightseeing. Overall, my stay at Almina Inn Hotel exceeded my expectations. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul!

In our opinion, this is an excellent hotel. The room is small but has everything you could possibly need. For those who want to truly enjoy their holiday and spend most of their time outdoors, this is the perfect place to stay. The room was clean, with a fresh shower, clean towels, a wardrobe for your belongings, and a small terrace — ideal for relaxing or reading in good weather. The breakfast was rich and delicious, offering everything you could think of (cold cuts, tea, boiled eggs, fries, cake, and more). We genuinely enjoyed it every morning. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. We were greeted warmly and could always turn to them with any questions. They even helped us arrange a shuttle back to the airport. Housekeeping also deserves special mention — on the days our room was cleaned, everything was fresh again, smelled pleasant, and the garbage was neatly removed. If we ever return to Turkey, Istanbul, we will definitely stay at this hotel again. We truly had a wonderful stay, enhanced by the pleasant and lively neighborhood surrounding the hotel. WE LOVE ALMINA HOTEL INN, TILL NEXT TIME IN SHA ALLAH!

Expectations can be managed, to accept some malfunctions. The hotel was in a good spot, 7 mins walk to the nearest tram stop, 25-30 mins to Sultanahmet (for the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia). We were 3 in a room, with enough space to be comfortable in. There is AC but slightly weak, there is a fully stocked mini bar/ fridge (take a picture of its contents when you get in the room because they charged our friends for taking things out of the fridge which they did not even open once. Either it was never there or housekeeping is being dishonest. Be mindful), the fittings (cupboards, curtains, shower etc) really need to updated or repaired. The shower was big but looks to never have been maintained, leaks and dodgy doors require immediate attention. That said, we were only in the hotel to sleep, have breakfast and then we were out all day till past 12 pm in the night. The main man at reception, Azad, was kind and always smiling (he is not the owner), he was also the one who had breakfast setup every morning. Breakfast was the same every day, apart from a couple of changes to the hot food offerings, boiled eggs, chicken nuggets, chips, fried aubergine, cheese rolls etc, the cold mezes were plentiful. Would I book Almina Inn Hotel again? Yes, because it is not a bad hotel, just need maintaining and updating a little.
