We had an excellent stay at AirBoss, just as we had 2 years ago! Beytullah is amazing! Thank you for a lovely stay!

The first major issue was the complete lack of parking. There were no available spaces at all, which was extremely inconvenient and not clearly communicated beforehand. When I talked this with the staff, their attitude made things worse-they were rude and acted as if this problem was somehow my fault. To make matters worse, I had already paid online, and due to their no-refund policy, I couldn't get my money back even though I chose not to stay. Overall, this was a frustrating experience from start to finish. If I could rate it, it would be 0/100. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.

Stayed here for 10 nights and had a really disappointing experience. The bathroom smelled strongly of sewage the entire time one night I accidentally left the door open and was woken up by the awful smell. Room service only came once during my stay, and the cleaning was far below an acceptable standard. The air conditioning didn’t work properly and only blew out warm air, making the room uncomfortable. While room service delivery was fairly quick, the food itself was very poor desserts tasted frozen and everything was overpriced for what you get. On top of that, the rooms are quite small. some staff are nice and friendly

My overall experience was good. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good, the rooms are clean with basic amenities. I would recommend staying here.
