Best tour guide ever. I’m multi-lingual and I enjoyed speaking with her in Spanish, German and English.

Loved our guide! Giovanna was LOVELY! 🥰 she was personable and very friendly. We enjoyed our tour even though the tour changed at the last minute she managed to show us a LOT of the best places in the Swiss alps. 🇨🇭💗🐄

There was some confusion about the meeting point. The bus was coming from another location, so there wasn’t anyone to greet us and there was no signage.

The guide did not turn up or tell us the tour was cancelled. Very unprofessional. This ruined our visit to Interlaken as the reason we went there was to.go on the tour to Jungfrau.

It was disappointing—a scam and a rip-off; don't waste your money. It’s misleading: it says "Jungfraujoch" but doesn't actually go there—it only goes as far as Kleine Scheidegg—yet they charge as if you were going all the way up. We reached the other areas but only spent 10 minutes there; don't advertise "Jungfraujoch" when that isn't the case.

Beautiful sites and Salma was a lovely tour guide. The cost of the tour however seemed quite expensive for what it was which is why I gave it 4 stars.

Great experience to see all 3 major sites. Our tour guide was Salma and she was fabulous! We ended up having a private tour with her.

Carlos was a fantastic guide. He gave us so much information about this beautiful area & so much history. This was a remarkable tour & we will always remember this because of Carlos!

Marie, our tour guide was informative during the touring and very helpful during the transportation sections of the excursion. Her enthusiasm made the day enjoyable. However, the Jungfrau portion of the tour was oversold. While we had some very good views of the mountain, we did not go on it as we had hoped. This should be made clearer in the excursion description.

Amazing day. Transport was very easy since my host was familiar with all the train changes. Very friendly and informed about all the culture and intricacies of the villages and towns we visited. Enjoyed a lovely lunch (Cheese fondue) at one of the towns. Has great suggestions for gifts, souvenirs and most importantly; chocolate. A great day, and a wonderful way to see some of Switzerland in a day. Would book again.

Our tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable! We all enjoyed the tour and we had enough time to explore at each location including time for souvenir shopping without feeling rushed.

Seamless experience exploring the Swiss alps, got to see all of the sights without having to worry about which train to board, where to get off, and just got to enjoy the sights

Exceptionally poor service - booked day before, got confirmation email and ticket confirming date, time, and location. Took train to meeting point, arrived 10:30am, got email from operator at 10:33am saying tour was the next day despite what all the documentation and app stated. Wasted time, effort and money. Nothing but poor excuses. Would NOT recommend.
