Our own private guide Christophe was a huge asset during this tour. He knew all the tips and tricks to make this tour easy, fun and educational. He also assisted my mother who was a bit slow on her feet and really took the time to make sure she was ok!

We spent the most wonderful day with our private tour guide. We were paired perfectly with Christoph who loved history and geography as much as we did. This private tour gives you all the best experiences of this part of Switzerland (Interlaken,Grindewald, Jungfraujoch etc. You experience train rides, gondola rides that take you above the clouds, glaciers, an ice palace, a snow bar, and of course the Top of Europe. Its a full round trip experience with a personal guide that knows the best routes, stops, and exactly how it all originated. This wasn't just a personal tour...this was an experience! We highly recommend going in the early Fall as the pines are changing colors and its an incredible addition to the snow capped mountains and Glaciers.
The guide was excellent. However in the viator website it did not mention that we will be using public transport and walking the full 8 hour tour. I would have preferred a car to pick us up and take us to the closest spot ..to take the train to jungfrau.. and have the car come and pick us up at the next train spot. It also mentioned that we will be seeing grindelwald ( which we did not ) ..
Our trip was fantastic. Fortunately we had sunny weather and the views were breathtaking. Our guide, Robbie, did a great job guiding us and offering interesting facts.
This is a must see experience! The views are absolutely breathtaking, some of the best I've seen. Our guide, Eddie, was spectacular. He was very knowledgeable and made sure we had the best time possible.
Wonderful day in the Alps with Adrian. He made the journey from our hotel to the top of Europe and back easy and thoroughly enjoyable. I would definitely recommend!
It’s very impressive experience and once in life time views. Our guide Christoph very understand our needs he assist us to explore more and it’s very appreciated
Adrian was our tour guide and he was fantastic. His is very personable and knowledgeable. He made it one of our best tours in Switzerland. If you want to take this tour, ask for Adrian. You won’t be disappointed.
This was an incredible adventure. We had a first class tour, Ulrich was absolutely wonderful. He arrive at our apartment and met us there. We then took the train, gondola and cog train up the Jungfrau mountain. Stunning views in all directions. I booked the tour online from New Zealand, got email confirmation at the time. Everything went extremely well and smoothly, thank you. Trust the system 😀 We had a very memorable tour lunch at the top, a blizzard from Germany made a great back drop for lunch, and a warming congac. Thank you Ulrich, your are awesome. Dave, Karen and Paige 😀
My family of 9 had a full day tour . It was wonderful, Tony was very informative and patient with us all. He was the perfect tour guide. The weather turned out perfect , so that was a blessing. The views were absolutely amazing. It was definitely on my bucket list . I’m so glad we did this!

David was a great young man and eager to please. We took the train to Wengen and had to time to stroll through the village and enjoy both it's quaintness as well as the spectacular scenery. Heading up through the Eiger to Jungfraujoch was exciting as were the ice caves in the glacier. We even hiked on the glacier in an early September snow storm. Great fun!

Toni was a treasure trove of experience for our tour to Jungfraujoch. He gave us a quick overview of Switzerland he actually typed a document for us to take home and would explain the various sights along our journey up and down to Jungfraujoch up to the minute details of real and artificial snow. He had prepared almost everything for the trip, so all we had to do was follow him and take pictures of the beautiful sights he'd even tell us which side of the train to sit for the best photo opportunities.

If you don't mind chatting, Toni's fun to chat with as well during the train rides to Jungfraujoch. There was always something to learn from his experiences and we totally enjoyed our tour with him as our guide!

Thank you very much Toni! :D

Our guide was both professional and knowledgeable. The tour was excellent and well thought out. It allowed enough time to do all that we desired to do. I highly recommend this tour.

Our guide, Debra was great. She was on time meeting us at our hotel. We walked to the Interlaken train station. She told us where to sit in each train to simplify transfers 3 trains needed to reach Jungfraujoch. She answered all our questions. She helped other tourists at Jungfraujoch.
We were prepared for the 37 degrees at the top of the mountain, but Debra carried things one step further by bringing gloves for us to wear in the ice tunnels.

The tour was good. In spite of the adverse weather conditions we had a memorable time. Thanks to our guide Dominique who ensured that we were able to get on the right connection trains and also were assisted regarding the various attractions. She was also very friendly with our kids.

Took a private tour per some recommendations to the top of Europe. the guide was very nice and was very knowledgable of the trains and time schedules. I would have preferred to have chosen the time of depature would have liked to leave earlier. Overall good experience.

Amazing and the guide was so kind and helpful. Thanks Mis Dominique

We ended up having horrible weather. But that's the gamble with going up to Jungfrau - mountains create their own weather system.

It was a pure white out at the top. Zero Visibility. Talk about a let down. We spend most of our time on the in-door attractions. The Ice Caves were the highlight of the trip.

Also, bring your own snacks, lunch and bottle water. Food/Drink at the top of the mountain is below average and Very Expensive.

We were able to have some nice views up to Wengen but after that - cloudy rainy and freezing cold.

The biggest complaint I had was our tour guide. She was nice and very sweet. Helpful in all the train exchanges and navigating the tour. But she offered little value in learning about the area or the culture.

She barely even made conversation with us, we had to continuously ask her questions about her and make small talk because you're essentially sitting face to face on a train together for 4 hours

Again, she was lovely. But it would have been great to learn some history about what we were doing and each place we were going. The uncomfortable silence and horrible weather made me slink into my E-book reader and regret spending the 1000 to see rain and clouds.

This could be the most EPIC trip - but your gamble is on the weather. Clear day - and you won't regret it!!!

Very weather dependent, we were lucky and lots of sunshine, a beautiful experience, you can see that the glaciers are receding and the eternal ice is not eternal. Advisable to visit during the week and as early as possible in the morning. A guide saves the need to ask when to go where and leads to a relaxed day trip.
