Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa

⭐ 1/5 — Extremely Disappointing Experience I paid nearly $2,000 for my stay, and the experience was completely unacceptable for a hotel charging these prices. I checked in late after a long day, only to discover that the “king bed” I had booked was actually two separate beds pushed together, with a huge gap between them. There wasn’t even a proper connector or topper to make it function as one bed. I specifically requested a real king bed and brought the issue to their attention for two days, yet nothing was done. The hotel itself also felt unkempt and nowhere near the standard I expected for the price. The balcony was dirty and unkept . To make matters worse, I had priority late checkout, yet at 2:00 PM someone was trying to rush me out of the hotel. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the manager was incredibly unpleasant and showed absolutely no sense of hospitality or concern for the issues I had experienced. When a guest is paying this much, basic cleanliness, the room type that was booked, and respectful customer service should not be too much to expect. I have traveled extensively and stayed at many hotels, and I can genuinely say I have never felt this poorly treated. Regardless of how good the location may be, I will not be returning. DO not recommend and the spa was nothing special !

Absolutely amazing experience at this hotel! The spa was incredible. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were beautifully designed. Special shout out to Chantale at the concierge desk! We went to her frequently for recommendations and she was very detailed in her responses to our requests.

This is by far one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. Granted the room rate is on the top tier, but it is really the location and atmosphere that took my breath away. The decor and condition of the room were beyond description. The abundant amenities and welcome token were just as pleasant as you could imagine. The elegant and rich breakfast was memorable for picky people like me. Walking around the area gave you the tranquility and beauty of this area. There were a lot parachuting and gliding activities in the huge open space across from the hotel. While Interlaken is nestled down in the valley floor between two lakes, a gap between the nearby hills creates a perfect natural window looking directly at the snow-capped peak. After the tour of Jungfrau alpine area, it was so nice to view the mountain from here.

Our stay at the Victoria-Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa was truly exceptional from start to finish. The room was beautiful, spacious, impeccably clean, and offered stunning views. The balcony was one of the highlights of our stay, providing a perfect place to relax and enjoy the breathtaking surroundings. The hotel's location is simply outstanding, with easy access to Interlaken's attractions while maintaining a peaceful and luxurious atmosphere. A special thank you to Wei Wei at the reception for her warm welcome, professionalism, and kindness throughout our stay. We would also like to thank Karin from the spa reception for her excellent assistance and hospitality. My wife was particularly impressed by the manicure team, whose professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly service made the experience truly enjoyable. Special appreciation as well to Felipe from the valet team for his outstanding service, positive attitude, and willingness to help at all times. Finally, our sincere thanks to the management team for maintaining such a high standard of hospitality and guest experience. Every member of staff made us feel genuinely welcome. We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Interlaken.
