Hotel Metropole Interlaken

We stayed in September 2026 Had a lovely time, very central location Staff were exceptional, very helpful especially the male front office staff member, John I think? showed us to our room and all the facilities. Enjoyed our stay would return

So nice hotel , a bit old but superb location. Stayed here for 2 nights and from morning you can see paragliders from just laying on bed. The hotel carpet seemed a bit old , though we got a bigger room , the balcony seemed a bit old maybe the renovation going on. Absolutely loved the gym , so good equipments and spacious. Very good breakfast and service . The top floor restaurant also nice we had lunch there and quite nearby to Interlaken ost and West station, just beside the Victoria jungfrauch hotel , and beds were comfortable!

Location was fantastic close to both train stations West and OST about an easy 15-20 minute walk to each. So much shopping and restaurant choices around you! Our room was updated and was perfect! Very comfortable. We had a balcony that had a spectacular view! If you are really lucky Denis will check you in and give you the best welcome to the hotel! That was the best welcome we received out of all our European travels on our journey! I hope the hotel treats him as the treasure he is welcoming guests!

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Metropole Interlaken. The hotel is in a great location, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was excellent. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and professional, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. A special thank you to Sven, who truly stood out. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help made a huge difference. Excellent customer service like his is rare, and he is a real credit to the hotel. I highly recommend Hotel Metropole Interlaken and would happily stay here again.
