A fantastic stay from start to finish! We spent 2 nights in the Large Room with Balcony, and the mountain views were absolutely breathtaking. The room itself was spacious and comfortable.
A special shoutout to the wonderful team at the front desk, all the ladies at reception were incredibly welcoming, warm, and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast spread was fantastic with ample options to start the day, and the location is super convenient, just a pleasant 10-minute walk to the Interlaken Ost train station. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!
Second stay at this hotel and it was super. Our check in was welcoming and the room was great. Lovely to have the balcony and we appreciated the air cooling system, fridge and all the room facilities. Room servicing was very efficient. Lovely bathroom too.
We also enjoyed two meals in the restaurant. Your chocolate fondue is unsurpassed! Breakfast was lovely too!

We had a wonderful three-night stay at Hotel Interlaken. Everyone, from the front desk to housekeeping and breakfast staff, was warm, friendly, and helpful.
We especially want to thank the male receptionist who helped us on arrival morning. We arrived too early to check in, and he spent a lot of time helping us plan our three-day itinerary. We followed his recommendations instead of our original plan, and his advice made our trip much more efficient and enjoyable, allowing us to visit several extra attractions.
We never saw him again during our stay, but we want to express our sincere gratitude here. His kindness and dedication made a real difference. Thank you so much!
Hotel Interlaken is wonderful. My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights a few days ago. The service, room and food are exceptional. We love it very much. We watch the beautiful scenery of Interlaken from our balcony. It is unforgettable. My wife has already asked me when I can bring her back to stay at this Hotel Interlaken even before we checkout. The breakfast buffet is very yummy. The staffs are very friendly. Thank you all of the staffs at Hotel Interlaken.
The family room with the bunkbeds was super. Clean and lots of space, with a decent size balcony. The staff was so nice and helpful. Location was perfect - easy walking distance to the main train station, restaurants, and the Harder Klum train was basically across the street. The restaurant was also delicious and had great service. The hotel was patient with young kids and seemed family friendly. They even stored our huge stroller safely for us downstairs so we had more space in our room. I do think the hotel can work on updating the outside entry hotel sign/front facade as it lacked the character and warmth that the inside offers you and doesn’t give the best first impression (of course the pond area was very nice and beautiful). But as mentioned, everything else was lovely. Really only good things to say!
