Tandem Paragliding Tirol, Austria

I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better paragliding experience! I flew with Ricardo twice during my stay in Tirol. Before my first flight I told him I was a little afraid of heights, but from the moment we met he made me feel completely safe and relaxed. He is incredibly experienced, takes safety very seriously and explains everything clearly, including how paragliding actually works while you’re in the air. But besides being a great pilot, Ricardo is also just a genuinely kind and fun person to be around. You can really tell how much he loves flying and sharing that experience with others. I loved my first flight so much that I couldn’t resist going again the very next day 😂 This time I brought my friend, who flew with Peter, while I went up with Ricardo again. We had another amazing flight and both had a great time! I arrived in Tirol thinking my fear of heights might stop me from enjoying paragliding and ended up flying twice in two days. That probably says enough! Thank you Ricardo for two experiences I definitely won’t forget. If I’m ever back in the area, I know exactly where I’ll be flying again!

What an experience, everything about it was AMAZING!! My tandem pilot was Ricardo and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better. He communicated the day before providing clear public transport details along with the best timings to ensure I arrive on time (it is easy to reach from Innsbruck by public transport). On the day he explained everything I needed to know and made sure I felt comfortable and safe before gliding into the skyRicardo sensed there was more to this than me just wanting to try paragliding. There was, my husband had passed away 6 months ago,this was something he really wanted to do but never got the chance so I decided I would take him. Ricardo was so kind and compassionate and made sure the experience was special, letting me take Martin up with us, allowing me to share my story and including him in the photos/videos as well. It was the best most exhilarating experience ever, I am now hooked and intend to do a lot more paragliding with my husband in the future- thank Ricardo for giving me this gift.Both Ricardo and Peter were warm, friendly, fun professionals who made me feel welcome and comfortable straight away. I can’t highly recommend them enough and I will be back to do more with them. I also recommend getting the photos and videos as the memory of looking back on this is priceless.

Celebratin my birthday took my family of 5 from 12-18 year old kids all over Europe and this paragliding experience was the highlight of their trip. First of all the booking and process was smooth and Ricardo answered all my questions . When we got there the view was amazing and we all got a good safety briefing. The instructors/pilots took good care of us and the pictures and videos they took were of all good quality as we kept looking at them over the next days. Highly recommend this company

Everything about the experience from start to finish was fantastic! The Paragliding from Tirol team was friendly and helpful. They made sure to contact me before the experience to ensure I got to the location properly and provided me with step by step directions. Once I arrived I met my pilot, Hubi, who was genuinely nice and made sure I had a great time. Once we got to the top of the mountain I, I got all my gear put on and Hubi provided me with a quick training and within minutes we were in the air. The views, location, and everything was perfect and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for my first time paragliding and now I’m hooked! I cannot wait to go again!! If you have any doubt or fear of going, don’t! Their team will take care of you and make it memorable experience!!

This was the best thing we did in Europe, facilitated by the best people! Ricardo and Peter were absolutely AMAZING, and it even started before the jump itself… He messaged us the day before and asked if we wanted to maybe move our time up because the weather in the afternoon wasn’t looking good and it was the best decision we could have made. From the moment we got there they made us feel super comfortable and safe while also pumping us up for the experience at the same time. We’ve never done anything like this so it was very reassuring to have super knowledgeable and trustworthy (a former military man who flew professionally) AND super fun people to facilitate it. When Ricardo reached out the day before to try and get us there earlier so we could enjoy it more, I mentioned we were on our honeymoon and we were totally flexible for whatever worked best for the flight…. AND THE GUY GAVE US A BOTTLE OF CHAMPAGE WHEN WE FINISHED! We were blown away! I can’t reccomend this experience enough and the people behind it… I’d want to be friends with them if we lived here! I also reccomend getting the photo and video add on. It was SO worth the small cost to have photos and videos of this memory for the rest of our lives. Thanks guys!

An amazing experience, spectacular to see the mountains from so high up. Our guides were great and friendly , gave us plenty of information so that we had no doubts about the flight.

I can't say enough positive things about this experience and this team. I had never paraglided before and honestly hadn't planned on doing so when I booked my trip to Austria. Peter and the team were incredibly kind and accommodating in trying to find a date and time that worked for my travel schedule. The morning of the flight, the weather wasn't cooperating at first but Peter stuck with me until we had a window to go. The time in the air was the most fun, thrilling thing I've ever done and I'm officially hooked.

Such an amazing experience! Went with my daughter, we had the very best time! The whole process was amazing. NOT ONLY did they help reschedule us, but they suggested an alternative way to my existing itinerary (that was not inclusive of them) to make it all work. Being in the air and seeing the Tirolean countryside, the glacier, all of it just beyond anything I could have imagined! A MUST if you are in the Tirol region!

Paragliding with Ricardo and Hubi was the highlight of our visit to the Innsbruck area! Ricardo and Hubi were excellent pilots with the utmost regard for safety. My mom and I did the tandem flights during a week with on and off poor weather in Innsbruck. Peter was great about moving times around to accommodate the weather to make sure we would get to fly, and even picked us up from our hotel on the way out to the flight field. All of the tandem pilots were super friendly and experienced, we both had an amazing experience. I cannot recommend this enough!! Well worth every cent.

I booked the paragliding flight with this company because of their excellent reviews on TripAdvisor. We’ve almost arrived at the take off place but could not flight it because of unforeseen sudden windy weather. Although we could not do it this time, we are overall happy with their services. Peter is professional. He quickly responded to our queries, very helpful and care about safety. Felt sad for him as he had to also cancel his few other customers on the same day.

It was a wonderful and enjoyable experience with a magnificent view that I will always remember. Hubi was an excellent flight instructor, who was very enthusiastic and explained everything perfectly. He also suggested things to do nearby, which I really liked. I stayed in Innsbruck, and the activity area is very easy to find, Hubi send me the meeting point localisation before. Total price of the experience: €125 for the flight + €13.5 car cable + €30 optional photos and videos (worth the price) I definitely recommend this pleasant experience ! ☻

My best friend and I had a wonderful experience with Peter, Stefan, and Riccardo!! We booked the tandem paraglide experience the night before due to varying weather conditions. Peter kindly reached out the morning of to see if we could move our tandem time up 3 hours (from 2pm up to 11am) because high wind conditions were expected later in the afternoon. He even went out of his was to pick us up at our hotel due to the short time frame. He was very engaging and gave us a ton of tips and recommendations for our stay in Innsbruck. Riccardo and Stefan were wonderful, making us feel safe and secure during the entirety of our paraglide experience. Peter and Hubi were amazing guides with many years of experience. We had so much fun in the air and they made sure we went at the best time of day for temperatures and sunlight. If you're visiting Tirol, this is a must-do no matter what time of year! (We went in the winter).

Amazing paragliding!!!! Definitely the highlight of my trip to Innsbruck - and it wasn’t even that cold! I felt safe and comfortable the entire time with my instructor. Will definitely be doing this again in the future!!!

We loved this activity. The mountain was picturesque. The flight down was nice a relaxing and it was a fun way to explore some of the alps.

It was one of the best things that my husband and I ever did. Peter and Ricardo where the best. They where very knowledgeable and safety was their main concern.

It was absolutely amazing - flying like a bird. I was kind of nervous but the guys were so encouraging and positive they made it a wonderful experience. Everyone should try it!

A wonderful tour and well worth the cost. Nothing was too scary about it. My guide Peter exuded confidence, which made me feel comfortable. Gliding in the sky in a seated position was so easy. And Peter took many great photos and videos that I was happy to buy. The reason for no five star rating was the confusion on the appointment day and time. Which made me rush to go from Innsbruck to Neustift where the gliding took place. But once there, it was perfect. And Neustift is a wonderful alpine ski town to hang out afterwards.

An incredible and memorable morning. Owner Peter and my pilot Stepan were friendly, professional and reassuring (my first time paragliding). Generally not keen on heights (mainly edges) but this wasn’t an issue at all so don’t let that put anyone off. Take off and landing were smooth and the time in the air AMAZING!!! Yes!!! I love paragliding and this was another great experience! The view from here is EPIC and no other way to get this experience besides paragliding! They were right on time and made everything easy. They sent instructions before for bus so u knew where to be. You ride up and have a few minutes to look around while they put the equipment together. It’s pretty fast. Honestly, it’s pretty relaxing to be up in the sky like that. None of it makes me nervous. Definitely recommend…go!!!

Peter was very helpful and offered to pick me up from the flixbus bus stop. The jump site is extremely beautiful and the flight was amazing. I would definitely do it again. Total price of the experience: € for the flight + 2x €8.50 (round trip by bus from the center) + €12 (car cable) + €20 (optional photos).

It was our first time paragliding and we had such an amazing experience. Because of Peter's proactiveness, he initiated that should consider flying one day prior to our booking due to bad weather conditions the next day. We trusted him and opted to fly one day earlier. A big thank you to Stepan and Hubi for picking us up from the train station and taking us on the flight. They were both very experienced and attentive, had such a great time chatting to them and learning about paragliding, thermals and more. I would definitely recommend them for friends and family. One major tip for anyone would be to remain flexible with timing even after booking, as the activity is largely dependent on weather, so it's best to give yourself more time in the area in case weather turns bad.

This was truly the most incredible experience that I have had (so far)! My husband and I went tandem paragliding on Christmas Day 2022 with Hubi and Stepan. They were the best! Hubi was so calm and helped ease my nerves with his way of explaining everything. Stepan was the perfect fit for my husband and was so enthusiastic about the experience. It's as close to feeling like a bird as you can get, and it is a moment I will never forget. You will not regret this experience. It is a completely reasonable price and this organization in particular was just absolutely exceptional. We originally scheduled for 12/24 and the weather was terrible, and they were willing to reschedule on Christmas Day! If you're on the fence, don't be. Just do it! It's amazing!!
