We will pick you up from your hotel in Innsbruck or surroundings (Please choose correct option when book the tour). If you stay in old town of walking part of Innsbruck (where car cannot drive), you may need to come to meeting point.
Upon arrival, you explore Swarovski Crystal Worlds - one of the most visited attractions in Austria. Together with your private guide, you explore 16 Chambers of Wonder to see works of many artists, designers, and architects who interpreted crystals in their own unique ways. Your tour end with a visit to the outdoor garden and explore the magic of crystal in all its facets at exhibits and attractions such as the “Crystal Cloud” of some 800,000 hand-mounted crystals.
Timely pickup was a great start. Anna walked us through the history of Swarovski business, its founders. Was kind enough to click pictures. We were pleasantly surprised that she knew of hindi movie song been filmed at this location. Guided us through the fantastic display of crystals inside, took interest in admiring our purchase.

The experience to Swarovski World with Anna as our guide was extra special! I knew we could go there on our own for a lot cheaper, but the expense was so worth it! Anna was a delightful, knowledgeable, and fun guide. She was personable, professional, and full of interesting stories. I highly recommend this experience. Anna tailored the trip to our leisurely pace, and made it much more than it would have been without her. It was a treat!

Swarovski Crystal palace is a unique experience. Our tour guide made the trip even more interesting with her knowledge, photos and artifacts. She is native to the area and had stories and information to share that captivated adults and children. She allowed time to take the tour and see the shows. She also allowed time for the children to play. Excellent day!

Anna was so incredibly knowledgeable about all the fine details. She was so personable and had such enthusiasm for what she does. This tour wouldn't be so good if it wasn't for Anna who organised this whole visit and made sure we not only saw all the amazing exhibitions but learned a lot about the history and what makes the Swarovski brand. Our entire tour was curated for our family of four. Anna and Marin were very accommodating and planned the best of Austria possible in the limited time we had. We had a wonderful time with some fun conversations with them. Totally recommend.
Don't get me wrong. Anna our tour guide was excellent, but this tour was not worth the money we paid. You can get city buses or a regular tour with audio and it would be good.
My adult daughter and I scheduled with Anna to see the museum. This is a museum unlike any other you will every see so be sure not to miss it. Anna is an amazing host and fun! We had a fantastic time and she is so knowledgeable about everything. She was so good I booked another tour later in the week with her!!!

The museum itself was amazing. But the fact that Anna guided us through the museum telling interesting facts and showing us hidden things made the visit very special. We then chilled out in the garden watching a movie and enjoying the ambiance. Half day was nearly enough for that and we wish we could have stayed more there. It was one of the best experiences we had in Tirol and i give all the credit to organizers who customized this experience for us and were very attentive and entertaining.
They picked us up at the station directly to Swarovski you will find there a park, a museum and a Store where you can take home a piece of crystal really amazing place. Vote 8
Vinieron a buscarnos un chófer y una guía. Nos dieron una audio guía en español, ademas la guía trabajaba en Swarovski y nos estuvo contando anécdotas y curiosidades de la firma durante toda la actividad, por lo que hizo todo mucho mas interesante. Nos dejaron a nuestro ritmo, todo el tiempo que quisimos. Ademas eran ambos muy simpáticos y agradables.
We really enjoyed the tour to the Kristallwelten, everything was well organized. We always had enough time to marvel at the different areas of the wonderland. We got a lot of interesting background information. It was like a trip with friends. We would definitely come back.
