This is about an hour long show that shares the history of Tirol in a creative and fun way. For me, the way a client is treated initially is half the battle. We felt welcome when we approached the persons at the reception. They were terrific. The story itself is fascinating and told in a creative style. The VR show is awesome… actually everything about this show is great. This show is time well spent. Just go.

Helpful staff . Interesting concept.Look all around you there is lots to see. Great Austrian tourism
Using the very latest multimedia it’s a thrilling excursion through lovely Tyrol, across five rooms. VR glasses was just one of the highlights, showing realistic panoramas and scenarios, plus a carriage excursion in the august company of Emperor Maximilian I.
We are a family of 4 from the USA. We had an excellent experience using the English-language headsets. Our group was 4 and there were 6 who were listening to the German audio in the rooms. It may be that for a larger group they turn the German audio in the rooms up, making it harder to hear the English-language headsets, but in our case we had no problems at all hearing the English on our headsets. The headsets have a volume control, you can turn them up (to a certain maximum of course) using the "up" button at the top of the round controller at the top of the controls (I'm sure the staff can show you if this is confusing; the staff for us was excellent, very helpful and accommodating). I found it helped to turn up the volume from that default setting. The content itself was excellent. My 10-year-old daughter thought it was just okay, but my 11-year-old daughter who enjoys history loved it as did my wife and I. We learned a lot and feel we understand Tirol much better at this point. Though I wouldn't make a point of going again, for us it was an excellent one-time experience and a highlight of our short time in Innsbruck.
I can only give 3* because you still haven't sorted out the problems with the sound if one cannot understand German. I was the only guest and I really found it extremely difficult to hear the English voices in the headset because the German was sent out through loud speakers in the room. And for most of the time there was also music playing while I was trying to listen to what was being said! Please remove the background music! It is totally irrelevant for the story and makes it even harder to understand what is being said, especially if it is not in ones native language! I really found it strange that there was music while the war was going on in the 3D room! Unfortunately I wasn't able to understand (hear)most of what was being told.... May I suggest the following solutions: A) You do not play the German voices over the loud speakers, you give German speaking people a headset! B) You turn down the sound from the German voices considerably if you insist on using the loudspeakers.... C) You offer tours in different languages so that one doesn't need the headset but can hear the story in ones chosen language through the loudspeakers. D) You give the visitors a laminated paper with the text on so one can read what is being said ( Not the best solution but an improvement from today!) E) You change the headsets to some that connects better with the ears! The ones you have lets too much of the sounds that are in the room into your ears because the are several centimeters away from your ears! I use hearing aids on both ears and this made it even more difficult to sort out the English voices when there was also music and loud German. Maybe you should write on your home page that it can be difficult at the moment for people using hearing aids to participate?
Price-performance ratio unfortunately not proportional; first part with VR glasses was ok - very blurry, however good "special effects", other rooms unfortunately disappointing. You learn quite a bit about the history, rather superficial
It was super fun. Can definitely be recommended, there is something for everyone :-)
Highly recommended. To experience the history of Tyrol again in this way. The history behind it, etc. My daughter had so much fun.
Touching, informative, vivid, a fantastic journey through Tyrol!
To bring my hometown Innsbruck and Tyrol closer to my children who live with me in Switzerland.
Our expectations were not met. We would have liked and expected more historical information and more about the VR glasses! The art section could have been shorter for us.
Diverse rooms, interesting and informative about Tyrol! You really feel excited about what awaits you in the next room!
Very great experience, and a little insight into Tyrol's history and nature.
Can only recommend to anyone. An entertaining journey through the history of our country. Very friendly and competent staff!!
Very entertaining and informative, technically very well prepared. Not just a bad weather program. Highly recommended
Great performance, be sure to watch if you are in Innsbruck. Not only is something told about the history of Tyrol, but also about art etc. most of it in 3D, very well prepared and with "message". It is suitable for the whole family, also for school classes, Tyroleans, tourists etc. I hope that everyone who wants to see this can afford it.
The most interesting part would have been the VR glasses. Unfortunately, it was broken. ("You can't do anything about it"). It was also a target-microscopic stress of the usher, as they were behind schedule and the next group was already waiting. Not even everyone has sat down yet, so the movie has already been started. This meant that time was too short to fix the glasses of the two children and to set the correct language for themselves.("This is no longer possible. You can't change that now"). The other two glasses worked, but the picture was sometimes very bumpy. The rest was rather boring. We were almost glad it ended. Too bad about the money...
It was really exciting and varied. I particularly liked the room at the end. Super friendly staff. We'll be back!
The history of Tyrol is the shortest part, the rest we felt as self-effacement of the 2 actors. The fictional story in which the film is embedded was ridiculous for us., too much patriotism. The first 3D part could have been made much more (a deep view from the Europabrücke, a view over mountain peaks etc ). In the end, there remained a sense of lost time and money wasted unnecessarily.
Experience Tyrol is a real highlight! Modern technology meets tradition – exciting, interactive and implemented with great attention to detail. You dive deep into Tyrolean culture and feel the region with all your senses. Super friendly staff and a great atmosphere. A must for every Tyrolean & Tyrolean visitor!
A great experience for young and old. Technically superbly made and comprehensibly prepared. Cool landscape simulations and interesting stories! You feel right in the middle of the experiences and in Tyrol's history!
Great experience to learn many interesting things about Tyrol. Can only recommend and should definitely have seen. It's worth it.
Great experience to learn a lot about Tyrol. Very entertaining and interesting. Can only be recommended and I would do it again at any time. Be sure to take a look.
Well, I'm torn. On the one hand very nicely made with great attention to detail. On the other hand, the information is unwound very quickly, then comes a change of topic and a little more information would have been nice. The VR glasses did not work properly for us at the beginning. An employee was directly on hand, but sometimes you have to know what you can expect to find out that something is not working. In retrospect, I learned from talking to my husband that something was probably wrong with me. It's too bad. You could easily show a small test film at the beginning.
Were satnavs yesterday with 35 children of the boys' shooters and it was a highlight and experience for young and old. Thanks again for the perfectly organized afternoon to the whole Experience Team Tirol!
The Tirol Experience is a great experience! You can experience Tyrolean culture and history up close. The price is completely appropriate for this offer.
Die 60 Minuten vergingen im Flug! Geschichte spannend und kurzweilig verpackt, technisch top. Perfekt für einen regnerischen Tag.
Real experience we really got excited about the history of Tyrol, you are really part of the story, immerses you in the real story Recommendation to everyone when you pass through Innsbruck. After the city you look different after you learn history!
Recommended for all ages. Very entertaining 60 minutes. Absolutely great experience. A combination of interesting stories and the latest technical effects.
Experience Tirol as an Amuse-Gueule is a wonderful introduction for tourists to the taste of Tyrol to experience it live. But also for locals, the one-hour show offers a lot of variety and you can get to know the homeland even better in all facets and much unknown is served. Another visit is always worthwhile, the first time you haven't been able to record and process everything. In short, just great the whole thing.
