Ac Hotel Innsbruck By Marriott

The hotel appears to have been renovated in the recent past. The rooms are what you would typically expect from an AC Hotel in terms of aesthetics and overall modern, clean, and comfortable. The parking area can get very busy and crowded, as it is shared with the on-site casino. The biggest drawback is that the hotel has only two elevators, which can result in long waiting times, especially during busy periods. On the positive side, the staff were very professional, courteous, and helpful throughout the stay.

• Cleanliness (0/5) Very disappointing. The cleanliness fell well below my expectations, especially for a hotel of this standard. Since housekeeping services are unavailable at night, I would recommend checking your room upon arrival and reporting any issues while the housekeeping staff is still on duty. • Customer Service (1/5) The staff member who assisted me during check-in was helpful, but I can’t say the same about the rest of the service. • Location (5/5) Conveniently located within walking distance of Innsbruck Hbf. Easy to get to. • View (4/5) It was the city view and was quite nice.

Staff is exceptional; breakfasts are very nice. Meals can get overrun by tour groups? Hopefully they will get a little more help or be more prepared. Location is good - very central- except for the casino that has table dancing advertised as you walk in. Rooms are very nice and our view was very good. The only noise we heard was due to housekeeping that was staged near our room! We had an issue with the smell of smoke in our room, but in hindsight, I have a feeling it. Was somebody trying to smoke out on the small (floor) balcony near our room and our window had been open? I’m not sure. We waited another 45 minutes to an hour in the lobby while they tried to fix it with an ozone machine. It did seem to help which leads me to my hindsight idea. Parking lot is very nice below except it is extremely tight! If you’re not comfortable with that, I would not bring a car! There is a nice fitness room, steam, and sauna room. We could not make sense of their brief, beautiful showers; and the sauna was not on? Both rooms avail 24 hrs. Things that were better at other Marriotts include: quiet toilets, bidets, mattresses, dinners.

We had a great time staying 4 nights in the one bedroom room, very big rooms, very comfortable bathroom and 2 toilets. The breakfast was delicious. The view of the city from the windows is Breathtaking. We would like to point out the personal attitude of the staff, especially Mr Ran the F&B Supervisor who assisted us and helped us to fill at home away from home. The hotel is very recommend, very good atmosphere, near to evry attraction in the old city.
