Pick up was fine but they wanted to pick us up 2 hours before the flight when you are supposed to be at the airport 2 hours before. Viator tried to contact them to change it but they didn’t get back to them so we took a taxi.

Return transfer booked from puerto iguasu airport to accommodation. No problem with airport pick up although the driver took me to two incorrect hotels first. Failed to pick me up at the requested time for my transfer back to the airport and did not reply to messages on WhatsApp. Had to book a last minute taxi instead.
The round trip is not complete. We need our driver soon and the communication process with Gray Line is none. I ask a question and no one responds.
The transfer never happened. The pick up vehicle did not turn up at 8am as agreed. Waited 30mins at the roadside! Ended up taking a taxi for almost the same price. Stay away from Grey Line Argentina. Extremely poor service
This is a must do tour, especially if you have Robert as your guide, he was brilliant. From begin to end he was informative and nothing was too much trouble
We did not find the chauffer when we arrived at the airport and had to take a taxi. At the departure the driver arrived 15min later than announced and we had to do several hotels before getting to the airport. The van was completely full of people and luggage. I would advise anyone to just take a private taxi from and to the airport. It’s more comfortable and it costs the same price
Very responsible and on time. Great service. They contacted us the day prior to schedule the pickup time.
Great service! Driver was there when we arrived and only had to wait 5 minutes for another family. Driver spoke English and was very informative and professional.
Very accommodating, spoke several languages, and shared some sites along the way as more of a guide than just transportation.
There was no one waiting for us at the airport. The phone number published provided was not on WhatsApp, so I had to use roaming minutes to call them. They didn't seem aware of my booking, but then found it and said someone would be there in 15 minutes (this is after me already waiting for half an hour). The driver showed up in a nice truck, but the interior reeked of cigarette smoke -- I had to open a window. He then drove at 100 km per hour in a 60 km per hour zone. He was, however, polite and made sure we got to the correct address. The ride back to the airport (which had already been prebooked and paid for -- otherwise I would have cancelled), was much better -- it was a professional driver who drove the speed limit in a nice clean and fresh vehicle.
Didn't realize I booked this for the wrong airport. Company was kind enough to give me a full refund even though the refund period had passed
Our driver was waiting at the airport and was really careful with our luggage. He was friendly and informative, giving us information about the park on the drive to the hotel. We were in a small bus. The drive back was by car. The driver was prompt. The company did a great job of communicating with us the pick up details.
Great way to get back and forth to the airport. Drive was nice and on time. Felt safe and the van was comfortable
Small shared transfer. Pickup driver was very friendly and gave a mini lesson on the rainforest. Coordinated our pickup time for our return before drop off. Pickup was easy, a little close to departure time for my liking but the airport was small and security fast so there wasn’t an issue
Everything was perfect. On-time pickup from both airport and the hotel. Definitely recommended for visitors to Iguazu.
I actually did not make my ride, but they checked in to see if i was ok. Their communication was good, i will definitely book with them again
The only thing is Pick up from airport to hotel and hotel to airport were not on time as they schedule.
Did exactly what was expected, timely pickup in a decent vehicle with help with the luggage from the driver. As a side bonus booked or excursions through the knowledgeable driver.
We had a good experience being picked up at the Iguazu airport and transported to our hotel in Foz do Iguacu. However, we had to cancel the return at the last minute (with no refund) because there was a one hour change in the pickup time the night before. We were told when we made the reservation that the pickup time would be 5:50 am and that was confirmed by our driver when we arrived. But the night before departure it was changed to 4:50, a full 4 hours before our flight. This was unacceptable so I tried to cancel. I contacted the local provider, Cuenca del Plata, the tour operator Gray Line Argentina and Viator. The bus still showed up at 4:50 when I was awaked by a call from the desk. Totally unacceptable. We made our own arrangements to the airport. I don't know that I will use Viator again.
The drivers were on time and the mini-vans were new. I recommend booking the shuttles to Puerto Iguazu with this company.
Driver arrived promptly, extremely safe trip into the airport , the car was very comfortable and clean.
Our driver doesn't speak a word of English. We couldn't communicate with him. We tried to find out where was his van and he just pointed us to follow others. Then of course, we got lost. We struggled to find him and his van. We were the last to get on. So be aware! If you choose this service, you better speak some Spanish or else you would be lost like we did.

Arrived and there was no sign with our name. Eventually we found the driver with a makeshift sign with my surname in biro pen. This caused us a bit of stress, but the ride back to the airport on our last day was on time and we had no issues.

Good value. Transport in small minibus. Good communication for both legs of journey.

Good service and punctual. A rarity in certain contries.

We are very happy and satisfied with our Puerto Iguazu Round Trip Airtport Transfer beginning from the airport pick-up up to our hotel and the drop off to the airport on our departure day, operated by Cuenca Del Plata Turismo. Reliable and dependable!

We were met on time and taken to our destination with no issues. We were also picked up as expected and delivered to the airport ontime. The driver spoke no English but it was not an issue. We booked this transfer to make it easier for my mum in law who is elderly. It was not a big van so we only had a few stops at other hotels but this also let us have a look around on the way to ours.

Our flight time was changed and we had difficulty informing the company ....

Due to a airline delay we missed a connection and were rebooked on a later flight. Given that the transfer was for 4 people, we were picked up in a car that was too small for 4 people with luggage. However, the driver was excellent. The return was on a bus. I suspect that due to the delay, the company had to find another option for our arrival.

We booked two trips and a transfer in Iguazu. Viator succeeded in messing them up completely all three of them. First of all the organisation Cuenca that carried out our bookings of course in the name of and under responsibility of Viator did not know exactly which trips we had booked and what time we were to be transfered to the airport again. After a lot of calls they should know but they showed up much to late. So the husband of the hotelmanager was so friendly to take us to the airport with his own car. When we arrived we had less than 45 minutes to check in. So all together a very nasty experience with Viator and his subcontractor Cuenca. When looking for a decent email adddress to complain, we could not find an email address and Viator hides after a complex of F.A.Q.

Drivers waiting on time even with my delayed flight on arrival. Great service!

The company running transfers at Iguazu are fantastic! They are so professional, and have computer printouts of all passengers, hotels etc. I was able to book a Brazilian side tour that same day from them and cannot rate them highly enough. This afternoon tour was not available on Viator. It was fantastic and our guide very helpful. Half a day is fine for the Brazilian side, full day for the Argentinian side.

Glad we did this - the driver met us on time and within a few minutes we were off to the hotel in a large comfortable van. This takes the stress off trying to make your own transportation -

I had confirmed my pick up from Iguazu Falls prior to arriving and when we got to the airport there was no one waiting for us.
I called Viatour and they tried to get a hold of the tour operator but could not reach them so we had to make our own way to the hotel via taxi!!!
We did get a partial refund for this but I didn't need the aggravation.

We booked 7 things with via tour and we were disappointed by 3 of them....
I would never use Via tour again!!!!!!
They take your upfront and then don't deliver what they promised and while you are on vacation you have to be a travel agent and confirm every trip with the local supplier who we couldn't get a hold off due to holidays.
Even their emergency numbers were not working.
This was the worst experience I have ever had and would not recommend Via Tour to anyone!

Perfect. Driver was waiting for me with a sign at the airport and the pickup transfer was right on time. Just remember to send the local operator your flight details a few days ahead of time so they can reconfirm.

Transfers were waiting for us and prompt for return pick up - no problems at all. Airport is a long way out and if arriving at night this is the best option.

I was worried at first because of the few negative reviews, but everything went well. Most people don't bother to write reviews fora transport serviceif nothing goes wrong, because they think that's normal. But if that's the case, the ratings/reviews should reflect that. i.e. This should be 4.5 or 5 stars instead of the current 4 if they're usually on time. Also, just to warn you: On the way from the airport to the town, we stopped at one point and everybody had to pay 20 pesos for some kind of fee/tax I don't know what it was. I had enough pesos on me to pay it. But if I didn't, I don't know if they would've allowed me to continue the ride. Would I have been denied passage and kicked off the bus? This should be made clear in the description. In any case, you should bring Pesos if possible.

The drivers arrived on time and helped me with my luggage. Since my Spanish is limited to non-existent, I was pleased that both drivers had sufficient English, were polite and helpful..

The driver of the shuttle was extremely attentive and cooperative. He was able to recommend excursions on both the Brazilian side and the Argentinian side of the falls. Punctuality was also a plus!

A very good connection from the airport to the Hotel and eventually back to airport

They did exactly what they said they would do and they were their appointed places. It was a big relief to have something go so smoothly while in a country where you do not speak the language.

The worst transport company. The transfers did not turn. I called the company and they dropped my call 6 times. They told me to wait for another 1 more hour because the transfer will only turn up to fetch the next batch of people and I can hitch a ride. I am still waiting for the transfer. The worst experience I had. Totally ruined the good experience I had with Viator

The transfer from the airport to the hotel was the worst transfer ever. In a trip that should take around 20 minutes it took around 1h30. The driver was driving slowly cause he was talking on the microphone to try to sell more trips and was reading documents while driving. The worst of all was when he was dropping off other passengers he would go out, ask them which other trips they want, trying to sell tours and filling documents - just in one hotel the wait was longer than 20m.

It's convienient to do this transportation between airport and hotel.

The drivers did a great job of thoroughly informing us about all travel details for the entire weekend. Again, the price is about 2-3 times the amount you would pay directly at the airport, however, it was hassle and carefree.

A must do! The guides were knowledgeable and helpful and concerned with our safety. Loved it!

Met by a local guide on both transfers - a good service to have pre-booked.

Really easy, took all the hassle out of arriving in a new place. Friendly service.

Pickup was on time both directions. You do stop at several hotels but the You get to see more of the area. There is a driver and a "tour person" that speaks English; however they do not share information about the area unless you ask specifically. On our return trip to the airport I was fortunate enough to sit next to the guide and we had a very informative discussion.
All directions from the tour guide were given in Spanish and then in English.

Our driver never appeared leaving us to find transport on our own. This is after our reservations had been confirmed. Very disappointing.
