Puerto Iguazu Airport Shuttle Transfer

Great service. Prompt and on time for both airport pickup and drop-off. Highly recommend the service.

The pick up was great at Puerto Iguazu airport. Friendly driver. My nephew left his backpack on the van and the guy promptly brought it to our hotel. But communication with our return was not good. Tangol has operators in each city. When we were in Mendoza, all good. Sol tourism was who Tangol contracted with and I tried messaging to say that our flight was delayed on our departure day and was hoping to change pick up time. No communication and no one arrived to pick on us up. We got a taxi. In retrospect, I would have just done a taxi or Uber.

Nicholas was there waiting upon our arrival. Car was cool , which we appreciated as it was warm. He was good pointing out landmarks en route to the hotel. Would recommend this service to those arriving in Iguazu Falls.

Excellent drivers both to & from the airport. The pick up at the airport was seamless. The return trip was not as good. The provider (Tangol) contacted me the night before I was to leave to tell me the driver would pick me up 20 minutes earlier than my booked/requested time. This was unnecessary and not desired as I know how to determine how early to arrive to the airport, not to mention who wants to wake up 20 minutes earlier than an already early time? They would not budge or reply back to me. They referred me to another local agent who replied to my initial request and then did not return my response.

Prompt transfer, what amazes me was our operator waited for us the whole time as our plane to Iguazu from Buenes Aires was delayed 10 hours from weird reasons, kudos to the guy who waited for us.

The van and driver never show up in the promised arrival area. Waiting for 30 minutes and contact them via Viator but no response. Call their number but always automatic answer. Cannot believe Viator allow such unprofessional company advertise on it’s websites. Just call a uber and you save a lot. This is ridiculous. Spent 100 US dollars for nothing.

We arrived in Iguazu with luggage and the fatigue of a late flight, so this transfer was 👍👍. Our driver upon arrival was EXCELLENT and shared a lot of information ranging from restaurant suggestions and local fish to information about the environmental efforts being made in the area… he was truly helpful and got us off to a great start. A huge plus was that he spoke English, so we could take advantage of all his knowledge. The return to the airport was unfortunately not with the same driver. He was not an English speaker, he did not help with bags or with the step up into the vehicle, and it was all around a rather different vibe. He got us to the airport safely and on time, though.

Our Puerto Iguazú airport shuttle was excellent! The service was well-organized and communication was clear from the start. Everything ran on time, and the driver was friendly and professional. A stress-free transfer – highly recommend!

Big bus with several groups and several stops. Bus was waiting for us. Needed to wait for all groups to board was the only downside. But this was not a private transfer.

Our pick up with Christian (?) was waiting for us in a car and we were privately driven to our hotel. He was amazing! However, the return was different. Be aware that the shuttle can include numerous people staying at other locations and builds in additional time to traverse the bumpy roads to collect everyone before heading to the airport. Not good for a queasy stomach. Also, we did not appreciate being picked up 3 hrs prior to a flight to go to a small airport that was close by only to wait for a delayed flight... Other than that the drivers were professional and courteous.

It was great to be able to rely upon our driver to check our flight time as it was delayed. We flew Flybondi which was supposed to arrive in Puerto Iguazu at 21:00h and it was delayed to 02:30h. We were so pleased to be met at the airport being exhausted from the delay. Graçias!

The driver was easy to find and was very considerate. After waiting on a few minutes for another passenger, he took us to the shuttle so we could wait in the airconditioned van. On the way to the hotel he asked if we had plans for the evening and when we said we did not, he made a suggestion for the dinner and dancing show in Foz du Iguassu. He then picked us up later, took us through the border and back. We really enyoyed the show. The driver who took us back to the airport was timely and friendly as well.

Very easy and convenient private transfer from the Puerto Iguazu airport to our hotel. The driver, Osvaldo, was waiting for us with a sign of my name, and we didn’t have to wait at all for him. He didn’t speak any English, but I was able to get by with my Spanish. He was so nice and pointed out the town and gave us tips about visiting the falls.

Great shuttle - even though our flight was canceled the day before, they showed up on time an pick up out party of 5 the next day and got us back to the airport the next day. Everything ran on time the drivers were great. Definitely recommend.

Excellent communication before our arrival via email and WhatsApp. Driver waiting with sign on arrival (outside arrivals building). Spoke good English. Had minivan all to ourselves. Took about 25 minutes to get into town. Helped us with our bags into the hotel. Perfect service, thank you.

Pick up from the airport was seamless, very nice driver, was waiting there with a sign. The round trip back to the airport wasn't great. I texted to ask if we could get picked up 30 minutes later my original pickup and they said no. So I panicked and rushed (through immigration) to be back in time. Then the driver was a half hour+ late anyhow. Overall was fine though. They should just be more flexible with schedule adjustments.

Driver was 10min late for transfer to airport . I was very nervous about missing our flight as I've read other reviews saying that organised transfer never showed up . Sent driver a few messages on WhatsApp & he replied that this was not a private transfer & there were other guests to be picked up . When he finally arrived there were no other guests on the mini bus . Driver not very friendly
