Super efficient and great Gilmores and drivers, Jorge was a great bi-lingual guide. Boat ride was highlight, but expect to get totally soaked. Nice they provide big dry bags for your backpack. Careful not to rake a mouthful of the falls spray!! They even arranged a transfer from Brazil side for $80.

Itinerary
After pick-up at your hotel, you will be driven to the world-famous Iguazu National Park, located on the Argentine side of the falls. Keep your eyes opened: You may spot some wildlife on the surrounding subtropical forest (toucans, parrots and coatis, just to name a few!)
Iguazu Falls are one of the most spectacular natural attractions in South America and the world: they were declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO! Upon arrival, you will show your entrance ticket and enter the park (entrance fee not included).
Next up, ride on an ecological train through the Iguazu rainforest to access the viewing platform that overlooks the impressive Devil’s Throat, the most important and most imposing waterfall of all. You will not cease to be amazed by the force of millions of litres of water falling at different heights! ** In case there are many people in the train to go to The Devil’s Throat, you will try to go first to less crowded places.
After touring “Garganta del Diablo” (Devil’s Throat), you will continue to explore the walkways of either the lower or the upper circuit accompained by a local specialized guide. Both of them are sure to impress you: The LOWER CIRCUIT, feature a more intimate experience with nature as you walk right into the forest to the heart of the falls, you will be able to feel the “spirit” of the jungle; its humidity, sounds and aromas. The UPPER CIRCUIT provides magnificent panoramic views from the top of the falls. This circuit is the perfect place to kick back and relax with the sound of water in the background and sunlight on your skin. The elevated walkways will take you over the drop line of several of the main jumps. Are you hungry? You will have some free time to have lunch (lunch not included).
After touring the circuits, set off in an open-air truck through the lush tropical forest accompanied by a bilingual guide and then descend the stairs leading to the pier. Now, the moment you have been waiting for: Embark on an unforgettable boat adventure! Get up close to Tres Mosqueteros falls and enjoy amazing Devil’s Throat views crowning the canyon. To further add to your adrenaline, face the incomparable San Martín fall, the second biggest of all! Needless to say, you will get soaked! **You will navigate 6km (2 km of rapids).** Please check the restriction list below to verify you can embark on this adventure. **Boat ride may be affected by too low or too high river level (may occur about twice a year).
After enjoying the final views of the day, we will drive you back to your hotel in Puerto Iguazu. **The order of the itinerary is subject to change due to conditions of an operational nature. Your guide will decide which circuit should be visited first to avoid long lines and major crowds. **Schedules may vary according to weather, traffic, etc.

Such an incredible place to visit, it is so beautiful. I had to move the date of the booking right at the last minute and that was no problem for the tour operator, fantastic customer service.
This is a great tour with breathtaking views of the Iguazu Falls. Marcos was a great guide with information about various aspects of the tour.
The cost is a rip off. You don’t need a guide for the national park. Everything is self-explanatory and well laid out. The waiting for the group to catch up was endless. We must’ve stood around for over two hours waiting for people to congregate intermittently through the day. Avoid going with a group. It made the experience very frustrating. Our guide pointed out one bird. You can buy tickets for the boat ride yourself and it is half the cost. The Eco train is free. You can have a taxi or Uber drive you to the national park and save a lot of money. The boat ride does get you very wet. Best to bring a swimsuit. There are plenty of changing rooms to utilize before you get on the boat. The 4 x 4 off-road trek is part of the boat ride. It’s not an individual thing. That open air truck comes with the price of the boat. It’s not a separate experience. These tour operators make it seem like they’re doing this for you. It’s vendors in the park that are providing the services. Not the folks you pay. You have to buy your own park entrance. I estimate that the tour operator pockets, half the money that you pay them. The falls were amazing to see! The experience was significantly affected by lots of time standing around and waiting.cost of the book.
I think the trip is more about packing all the logistics together with not much info about the waterfall itself, so I think it’s fair rating.
It was a fabulous tour and the guide was extremely knowledgeable and imparted lots of information. The boat ride was absolutely excellent and very exciting. It’s an absolute must thing to do! Definitely recommend!
We did the Argentina side of the resort & booking the trip was fine & all the info. There were mixed messages about taking your passport, which we didnt need as we only did argentina side. If you do the Brazil side then you will need to. We were not comfortable taking our passports. The pick up was fine & on time. At the start of the national park we had to wait an hour & half as few of the other guests entry passes had expired. There were 4 of us in English that had to wait as we had ours. The guide had to pay for the other guests but took ages! The tour company were not helpful & we were all getting annoyed as wasting time. When we tried to call the agent they wouldnt answer & just sent whats app message. We did get an apology message but due to time we didnt get on the train ride although we paid for this! Max our guide was amazing & we fid the whole top & lower tiere of the falls. A must do!! Just amazing & extra adventure was the boat ride! We had a fab day, was full on & tiring but worth every moment! Shame we didnt have time to do the Brazil side. Thank you to Max our guide as he was amazing, so caring in his nature & just made our day even with a delay start!
Great way to see Iguazu Falls for convenience and overall experience! Bruno was a wonderful and helpful guide and the boat ride was definitely a highlight - do it!! Such an amazing time!
The experience was a great time and a must-do excursion when visiting Iguazu Falls. Our guide, Maximilian, was knowledgeable about the area and went out of his way to make the excursion a great time. Getting to see the falls up close and get a shower after a hot day was amazing. Definitely recommend this.
The tour is incredible well organized, safe, fun, and easily the most memorable part of my trip to the Iguazu Falls. Do not hesitate booking it.
Great day and experience! Jorge taught us a lot and showed us a lot in the national park, along the trails, train ride, shuttle ride to/from hotel… Boat ride under the falls was the wildest part of the trip. Glad we did it at the end so we could wash the sweat off from the hiking!
Excellent experience. Tour guy was very well knowledge and give us enough time for pictures. The best thing was the boat across the waterfalls.
My pickup was great. Exactly on time. Guide was knowledgable and friendly on the drive to the park. Once at the park we were given 2 options to take the boat ride at 8:30 which our guide pressed us for or at 2:30 which he said we may have to wait 2 hours to get into the boat. We all agreed to 8:30. The boat ride was great. Really fun and highly recommended. Then the walk started though the falls. We were told to meet back by a certain time. If you are blown away by the tremendous beauty and love to be in the wonder and awe in a space where you cannot believe what you are experiencing, then THIS IS NOT FOR YOU. If you just want a picture to say you were at the falls go for it. Long story short I was late to the first meet up but it was lunch for an hour. So I could have stayed and admired the falls longer. OK. So lunch is over and the guide is essentially saying we are done with the tour although we had not seen all of it. Reason for this was that a family on the tour with us did not go on the boat ride and they had already seen all the falls so therefore it was done. The tour guide said, "There is nothing more to see because you have already seen it from the boat." WHAT??? This upset several people so we were told we had 30 minutes to walk the lower part of the falls which by the way is spectacular and should not be missed by any means. I took more than 30 minutes because if one is there to enjoy it takes minimum an hour.I could see people on the tour literally running from point to point to be done. Phone service also is very limited so I was not receiving the texts or phone calls that said they were leaving. And so they did. But this was better for me. I could enjoy other parts of the park and ride the train and stay until I was done. An uber ride was $10. So much better! Take the bus, buy your own activities and ticket at the gate. Will be cheaper and a much better experience. Also, I had booked with them a tour to the Brazil side the next day. Fortunately no one came to pick me up so I took the bus, bought my own ticket, and stayed at my leisure at this incredible place. I saw the tour guides there and was just so happy I was not part of that group. When someone is traveling thousands of miles and spending $$$ to see this great wonder, to have a guide blow it off as something so insignificant, then it's not the right tour to book. Reason the low points for value for money; The guide was really excited to tell us we could be done by 1:30-2. Had we taken the 2:30 boat ride we would be done 3:30-4? So a lot of time was lost viewing the falls by taking the morning boat ride.
Problem was, the description did not mention that we would be walking the upper and lower circuits, at all. I had just done that on my own the day before. So really all I experienced different from the day before was the boat. There was also organized bus, whereas I'd done public bus day before. The train did not happen as Devil's Throat is closed. The guide was lovely but mostly just organized a bunch of ferrel cats. Not worth the price at all.
Great adventure in Iguazu. Going during the winter months were great as the crowds were very low. The falls are beautiful. This tour picked us up at the hotel and got us right to the Park. Our guide, Jorge, was very knowledgeable and kept the tour moving at a great pace. The boat ride is the best part - you get right up close, and under. You will be soaked, but that makes it all the more fun.
We were with Hector. Amazing guide. Gave the necessary information and tips. The day was very well planned and he gave us sufficient time at each stop.
it really takes 9 hrs PLUS! if you book English tour, don't expect the tour to be in English... it was helpful to have all tickets handled, sometimes even jumping the queue. Jorge was very knowledgeable Boat ride was organized well and quickly. Waiting for our bus at end of day took ages...
We joined two other couples in booking a trip with Neotropical Nature and Birding tours, what an amazing two weeks in the Pantanal of Brazil. Santiago took great care of us from beginning to end, and is so knowledgeable about the wildlife we saw and observed. From birds to tapirs to jaguars, it was an unforgettable trip, including a front seat to watching a jaguar take a caiman in the wild! The Iguazu Falls were a gorgeous end to the trip of a lifetime, thanks again Gaby and Santiago!!!
It is a good experience, the tour feels rushed, felt like we could have done more or been at our own pace, if went on our own with out a guide
The guide didn’t explain anything and he was in a rush to be done. The mingle people that are doing the boat experience with those that don’t. Guide didn’t explain that if you do the boat tour you will not do the lower circuit.
Awesome tour of Iguazu Falls! Mariella was a fantastic tour guide. Gracias!! Highly recommend. Great activity for the entire family!
It was Exelent our Mariel and Lucas tour guide was very knowledgeable, friendly and nice , The tour was Exelent and beautiful
Our family had the best experience! From pick-up to drop-off, everything was perfect. Our tour guide, Pamela, was kind, thoughtful, and well informed. She was patient and helpful. When we weren’t there to pick up our pictures, she made sure we got them! I highly recommend this tour. The falls were absolutely amazing.
Iguazu falls are incredibly beautiful! Highly recommend. A great tour with Mariel, our guide. She is excellent. Great knowledge and always ready for helping you. Boat tour is amazing. Get ready to be wet!
Definitely worth taking tour. Some may say overrated and overpriced but seemless. They handle everything. Pick up and drop off from hotel.lead you to every trail and safari and boat tour. You don't need to worry about a thing. Glad We did this.. Great small group of other tourists too..
This is a very well organised and comprehensive tour of the Argentinian side of the Iguazu Falls. I was collected from my accomodation and driven to the Park. We explored by train, on foot, by truck and on a boat. Daniella was a fantastic guide, incredibly knowledgable.
Once through the entrance into the national park the tour became a bit chaotic as some members of the group who were eventually to take the boat ride were split off with 2 groups being made. Ones taking the boat and those who were not, so my wife and I were split from each other. This turned out to be a waste of time as we then met up again 30 mins later and remained together until the boat ride. We received little addition to our experience by the presence of the guides as 1) the group was split up by travelling on the train because it was too large nothing could be conveyed and 2) even when all together nothing of much interest was explained. This was highlighted as I travelled in a carriage with a guide and her 4 guests and there was a flow interesting information. There was constant pressure to keep us moving so the boat ride people did not miss their boat which I can understand and so I conclude the combining of the boat and falls tour is not ideal and taking 20 people or so distracts of the experience.
It is absolutely necessary to bring a change of clothes with you, because you will get completely wet while boating, as you will be hit by the waterfall's streams.
amazing 10/10 would highly recommend boat ride iguazo falls. was worth it for me. 😁🌊🛥️ being next to a very massive water falls on a boat was amazing.!!
Excellent day. Very well organised. Guide was great and everything ran smoothly. Amazing natural wonder. Make sure you do the boat ride.
It's somewhat physical, we walked 19 kms. Should bring lots of water The views are fantastic. We did the boat trip and we are glad we did. Be prepared for lots of steps after the activity. Much easier going down
The ride under the waterfall was the highlight of our holiday in Argentina and Brazil. You will get very wet, but if it is a warm or hot day then it is very welcome. It is very safe, so we had no worries there. You need to be in shape (and we are) to do the walk up and down the long flight of steps.
This experience is for those that like to have others do the planning for them. If you like to do things at your own pace, and don’t like standing around waiting half the day, this isn’t the he tour for you. You can honestly do the highlights and be finished by noon. A lot of time was spent waiting for those that did not purchase park or boat tickets. That should be a prerequisite for this tour. I personally wouldn’t recommend the boat trip unless you just like getting drenched. If you’re not in front of the Zodiak, you will not see much at all. Instructions were not the clearest all the time and many people, even Spanish speaking, were confused as to where to go and when. The train ride to Devil’s Throat was the most slow and uncomfortable ride I’ve ever taken, with lot of time wasted waiting. You can just walk the trail along the rail tracks and be more comfortable. If you can arrange your own transportation, do so. A lot of time spent going to all the hotel pick-ups. You truly can see everything in 4 hours or less and plan to perhaps do something else. The park should ban selfie sticks!
Really impressed how our guide kept the small group together in a busy national park. Efficient, on time, good English translation. Really enjoyed the day. Make sure you do the boat trip.
We had the best adventure on this tour. Our tour guide Bruno was amazing, super friendly and very knowledgeable. Once in the park its very busy so I would recommend booking with a tour group if its your first time going to the Falls. Would 100% recommend this tour - it was amazing.
I thought the excursion was fun and great! My only issue was it stared we signed up for ENGLISH which ended up being a mixture of languages. This was disappointing. Many others in our group felt the same way. It was difficult to understand Jorge Sosa the tour guide.
We had Marcelo as our guide. Excellent communication, very friendly and always willing to answer all of our questions. He allowed plenty of time in between activities to rest and he was great explaining all the Do and don't Don't miss the boat ride! A lifetime experience! Take off your shoes if you do! Thank you!
Amazing tour with a great tour guide! Highly recommend it. Alot of walking so ensure comfortable shoes!
The perfect way to explore the Argentina side of Iguazu. Our tour guide, Sergio, was one of the most friendly people we met on our journey and went the extra mile to make sure that everyone was safe and enjoying themselves. He is very informative but gives you plenty of time and space to explore the park at your own leisure. The boat ride was an absolute highlight as well, no better way to experience the falls.
Our guide Bruno was terrific. He did such a great job of looking after everyone - helping each person in any way he could. You are a terrific guide. Thank you Bruno.
Beautiful and spectacular nature fantasy, try to visit and enjoy the view nature and wildlife.
The trip is wonderful. Boat trip is the best part with fun & exciting. Sceneries are impressive. Tour guides time management was perfect.
What an amazing full day this was that showed us all the different parts of the park. Bruno our guide was fantastic and knew very well how to work all of the different parts of the park like the Safari truck and boat ride and train and hikes. It was so wonderful that they picked us up at our hotel as well. A bummer was that some people in our group didn't follow directions and buy their Park tickets earlier so we had to wait for those in our group, but Bruno managed to get things through pretty quickly. There are lots of minutes of waiting for different lines of things, but again being in a preplanned group is much better than being solo I think. One very frustrating thing was I recently had surgery, but I was able to walk fine but trying to get on the Safari boat, they saw a slight limp and prohibited me from doing the boat ride, and then there were other people on our group who were worse than me who got to go on the boat ride so that really stunk, but that had nothing to do with our particular guide. It was the park. So make sure if you go on the boat ride you were able to do 300 steps and don't make it look like you have any kind of pain or disability at all or they will kick you off! Hopefully Trip Advisor will give me a partial refund for this. I have requested that. Thank you, Bruno for such an awesome day!
Incredible experience with a mix of truck, boat ride and train. Love getting wet under the waterfalls. Super safe and th guides are always very attentive to your safety and comfort. It is worth every dollar. 💵
Iguazu Falls was an absolute magnificent site to experience! We enjoyed every moment of it. For us, the primary benefit of doing this tour was the transportation from our hotel. It is a pretty easy park to manage on your own otherwise, but we certainly do not have any complaints about this tour! They did a great job, it just seemed like it took longer than if you were to do it on your own (and you tend to walk a bit fast!). The boat tour is 1000% worth it and is unlike anything we've ever before experienced!
A wonderful experience ! A full day of sightseeing starting with an open top bus ride through the jungle followed by a boat ride to the waterfalls. We then went on a mini train ride to the Devil's Throat ( the major waterfall) which was amazing. This was followed by a scenic walk to the other waterfalls. Our tour guide, Jorge was very friendly, helpful & informative. Highly recommended!
Spectacular scenery and falls - asked many times how it compares to Niagara - it is soooooo much bigger!
Wow it was the most beautiful refreshing day after walking a long day with the heat about 93f it was a refreshing ride with a beautiful front seat view
A really fun day with a very wet boat ride at end. Saw many angles of falls along with lots of flora and fauna. Guides were very helpful.
The Iguazu Falls tour was excellent. Our group had a wonderful time. Our guide was amazing as she spoke in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. She was very knowledgeable and spoke clearly. We recommend this tour and guide.
