Hector was an excellent guide. He explained things in great detail both in Spanish and English. He kept the tour operating in a timely fashion and explained options in detail. The views of the falls were impressive and the weather cooperated to make it an enjoyable excursion.

Itinerary
After pick-up at your hotel, you will be driven to the world-famous Iguazu National Park, located on the Argentine side of the falls. You will be accompanied by a local specialized guide, who will help you spot some wildlife of the surrounding subtropical forest: toucans, parrots and coatis, just to name a few!
Iguazu Falls are one of the most spectacular natural attractions in South America and the world. These 275 waterfalls were declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Upon arrival at the National Park, you will show your entrance ticket and enter the park (entrance fee not included). The innumerable footbridges will allow you to get close to the waterfalls until your face gets softly wet.
Next up, ride on an ecological train through the Iguazu rainforest to access the viewing platform that overlooks the impressive Devil’s Throat, the most important and most imposing waterfall of all. You will not cease to be amazed by the force of millions of litres of water falling at different heights! ** In case there are many people in the train to go to The Devil’s Throat, you will try to go first to less crowded places.
After touring “Garganta del Diablo” (Devil’s Throat), you will continue to explore the walkways of either the lower or the upper circuit. Both of them are sure to impress you: The LOWER CIRCUIT, feature a more intimate experience with nature as you walk right into the forest to the heart of the falls, you will be able to feel the “spirit” of the jungle; its humidity, sounds and aromas. The UPPER CIRCUIT provides magnificent panoramic views from the top of the falls. This circuit is the perfect place to kick back and relax with the sound of water in the background and sunlight on your skin. The elevated walkways will take you over the drop line of several of the main jumps. Are you hungry? You will have some free time to have lunch (lunch not included).
This exciting excursion is highly recommended in order to experience the true power of Iguazú Falls!! After enjoying the final views of the day we will drive you back to your hotel in Puerto Iguazu. **Would you like to go on an dventure? If the answer is yes, we recommend booking our tour option that includes a Boat Ride to meet face to face with the incredible waterfalls. **The order of the itinerary is subject to change due to conditions of an operational nature. Your guide will decide which circuit should be visited first to avoid long lines and major crowds.

This tour was way too long and many details were lacking before and during the tour. We tried to find exact pick up time from the operators night before and didn’t get a response! It wasn’t just the guides fault but there were delays. People hadn’t organised their tickets prior as required on booking advice for park entry or boat ride so nearly an hour was spent waiting outside by those who’d done the right thing and had their tickets. This shouldn’t mean these guests have to wait. Bad luck - They can meet in the park after first loop or rearrange. It’s very rude and inconvenient. There was also so much useless waiting around in the park. If you didn’t do boat ride you had 2 hours for lunch - ridiculous. Also claimed to be 7 or so km of walking but was almost double this! The views are spectacular with Devils Throat the stand out but save your money - get transport there and do it yourself. It is easy. Take food and drinks with you as all is pretty expensive and take lots of water. Very humid with lots of walking. I would not bother with this tour. We expected to be back at our hotel around 4 and got back at 6. We were not happy.
Lots of easy walking. A longer experience than we expected, taking most of the day. Very nice National Park.
Poorly organized. A lot of wasted time before trip started on the train and circuits to see the falls. Also promised pick up at hotel and night before informed I needed to travel to different hotel. Spent a lot of time picking up guests. Would be better to have one pick up spot for everyone so can experience all the park has to offer. Also not clear when booking that option was to either do the lower circuit or boat trip, would have been nice to have done both which is feasible if better organized.
The purchase of the tour was a deceiving trap, and the price was supposed to include the ticket to enter the waterfall, but it didn’t, and I had to pay 45,000 Argentinian pesos. I even sent a message to Rocio, but she never replied. Also, the WhatsApp phone numbers she listed never worked. It was a whole scam. Thus, I’d like to get refunded the 45,000 pesos I had to pay for the entrance ticket. Never again!
Everything was well organised: Pick-up at hotel Park tickets (bought by yourself or through the company) Option to take the boat ride (I decided against it) The different walking tours accompanied by our guide Daniela (she did a great job) Drop-off at the hotel
Guide was OK. The tour was not the “choice” and “free time” tour described by the tour operator and viatour. Once we got our entrance tickets, it turned into a frantic sprint from one stop to the next. We went to a lot of places but didn’t have time to actually “see” much. Didn’t even have time to put on bug juice let alone view wildlife or the beautiful landscape. Everywhere we went was jam packed with stunningly rude jerks. If you want to enjoy the park and falls, don’t book this tour. Your absolute best choice is to go to the Brazilian side: very well run park with much more dramatic views of the falls and warm, friendly and polite people.
Very good tour. The only thing is that we didn’t know what exact time was the pickup from the hotel, we could have planned our breakfast time better. The paper instructions for pick up was 7 Am and we had to have breakfast early at 6:30 Am. The pick up time was 8:30 Am., If we knew that the pick up time was 830Am, we could have breakfast time better.
This park was amazing! Definitely one of the most incredible places I’ve been. The guide did a good job and was also humorous. I liked that there were multiple options to eat for lunch.
Sergio was a great tour guide. Gave us important information and enough time at each place without being overbearing. The only thing I recommend is to buy your tickets ahead of time (the website didn’t work for us) or have cash. The park’s VISA system was down and made it very complicated and stressful. Recommend adding on the boat ride.
Great tour and Fede was a great guide. The falls were amazing and Fede delivered the presentations in both English and Spanish
Our visit to Iguazo falls was great having seen the falls with the knowledgeable guide who provided us the info about the place and guided us along the different route and trails of the falls. The view was amazing and indeed one of the world’s wonder. The local tour provider is well recommended and all our booking thru viator for our Argentina and Brazil trips has no issues, whatsoever. Again, muchos gracias for job well done.
Our guide Sergio was very knowledgeable and took excellent care of our small and friendly international group.
Our guide, George, was excellent. He coordinated with us really well. The communication with the company also went very well. George explained all the aspects of the Iguazu Falls brilliantly, including the history. I highly recommend this tour.
The falls was amazing. Except for some areas not available because of flooding, the views were absolutely amazing! The only downside was our flight back to BA was canceled due to storm damage in BA so that added a little drama. However, some kind people helped guide us as we waited for a flight yo a different airport that was still open in BA.
Visiting Iguazú Falls with our guide Bruno was absolutely unforgettable! He made the whole experience so much fun while also being incredibly informative. Bruno shared fascinating history, culture, and nature facts in such an engaging way, which made the breathtaking views of the falls even more special. His energy and passion really stood out and turned an already amazing place into the best experience we’ve had on our trip. We left not only with beautiful memories, but also with a deeper appreciation for the falls and the surrounding area. We can’t recommend this tour enough—especially if you get Bruno as your guide!

Beautiful scenery and location information expertly guided by Jorge! We didn’t do the boat ride to the falls so he got us back to our hotel earlier than estimated which was a great thing since we started early in the morning and sitting around for another hour would have been a bit frustrating.
The Iguazú Falls became even more magical thanks to our incredible tour guide, Hector. His deep knowledge and charm made the experience unique. He was engaging, thoughtful, and made sure we felt welcome, safe and immersed in every moment. Highly recommend this tour—an unforgettable experience!
What a beautiful trip to the cataratas. I would recommend this trip to anyone looking to visit this beautiful wonder, because it really is worth the trip! Our guide was very knowledgeable and made the trip worthwhile as well.
Hector was such an amazing tour guide! Told us all the good spots for photos - kept the timing perfectly and was able to hit all three major trails on the Argentinean side of the falls. Book this trip you won’t regret it! Also do the boat like he says too!
An excellent tour! Our guide was incredibly thoughtful and helpful. He provided detailed explanations throughout the trip and helped me during my last hour in the park when I was the only group member who didn't join the boat excursion.
First and foremost, I want to say that Iguazú Falls is probably the best UNESCO World Heritage site I’ve ever visited. The way that the park is laid out and equipped makes it accessible for everyone, including wheelchairs. The Argentine side is pristinely clean. Cafes and restrooms are conveniently placed. And of course, the Falls are amazing. Second, I need to give a shout out to Hector, our guide. Literally 1/2 hour before we got on the van to return to our hotels, my knee -out of nowhere- gave out and I couldn’t walk. Hector made sure I got a golf cart ride to the van pick up area, made sure I was dropped off at a local hospital, and got me through the check in process. I’m not sure I could have made it through that process without him.
Their van arrived on time, was super clean, and had plenty of room for our group. Our guide Maru spoke excellent English, sharing her extensive knowledge of Iguazu National Park. She has an extraordinary depth of information on Iguazu's plants and animals and was patient and attentive to our many questions. I highly recommend Maru and this tour agency.
It is a long day but well worth it. We managed to do all the trails, starting with the lower circuit, the upper circuit and the devil’s throat after lunch. Stunning falls and the lower circuit, although not as popular, gave us beautiful views and photos of the falls from below.
Nice tour guide. She led us to different paths around the fall with amazing view. It needs some hiking efforts. Kids below 13 is not allowed in Argentina side, to get on the boat to the closer view of the fall.
A good tour to visit the fall from different angles. Needs some hiking. Kids under 13 can not boat to the fall from Argentina side. The guide is friendly and well organized.
The trip was awesome. Everything went smooth and the organizers were on time . Boat ride to the falls is a must and an amazing experience.
$50 per person for basically transportation from and to hotel and national park. A guide is not needed for this experience! You'll have to purchase entrance and boat experience tickets separately. Honestly, if you're able to coordinate transportation with your hotel, you don't need a guide to experience the falls. The park provides enough guidance for you to know where to go and what to do. We had to wait around a while for our driver to pick us up at the end of the tour. Also everyone does the trails at a different pace so it's best not to do this with a group. We were all done with the last trail and were at our meet up point 45 mins sooner than expected and we were all ready to leave, but our guide wasn't around and when he showed up he said we couldn't leave sooner as the shuttle wouldn't be able to accommodate an earlier departure from the park. So, again, I highly recommend you visiting the park and doing the train and boat ride on your own.

The walk around the national park was very nicely organized. Duration of the tour is perfect and we had enough time for breaks and lunch. Our guide Bruno was amazing, he was eager to ensure everyone has a nice experience.
We visited the Argentina side, Iguazu Falls tour was amazing!! Our tour guide George did a great job, he was Very detailed and informative about the waterfalls. We really enjoyed the breathtaking and unforgettable moments at Iguazu Falls, totally recommend.
Was a fantastic day. All staff were polite, helpful and respectful Would recommend this day trip to anyone.
The tour of the falls showed us what we wanted to see. However, the tour guide, Laura Valiente, continuously lost tour group members. We wasted more time trying to find her or waiting for her to find part of the group. After arriving at the entrance, we went to the rest room and got tickets. Then we couldn’t find her anywhere! I sent several WhatsApp messages with photos of exactly where we were. She responded with audio messages that I could not understand due to her accent and lots of background noise. Messaged her that I could not understand. It took 30 minutes to finally find her. No apology on her part. She told all of us that she’s been a tour guide for 19 years. I feel she’s become complacent in her job. She goes to Iguazu several times per week. We, as tourists, do not!! We are counting on a guide to do just that…GUIDE us!! Absolutely go see Iguazu Falls when you are in Argentina but reconsider doing this tour if this person is your guide.
Maru was amazing she showed us all around and gave us great information about the falls and everything around it, would definitely recommend her.
Great trip to the falls! Our group was about 21 people, little larger than I expected. But our tour guide Milvia was great about keeping up with the group. Everything with the trip ran smoothly!
The whole trip was smooth. We had plenty of time exploring the falls. The guide was professional, and the transfer was easy.
The guide was exceptional once we finally linked up. The communication, administration, pick up at airport of the event was poor. To the point of feeling concerned for my safety. The driver tried to tell me my booking was with a group going to Brazil and not the private tour Argentinian side I had booked. Then he said he needed to drive me to the “headquarters” to straighten out the matter. Red flags for personal safety. Thankfully I had my paperwork. Bring pesos you will need them for things not mentioned in the booking. Also they dont respond/not timely to telephone or WhatsApp.
What a fantastic experience. The falls are truly amazing and walking on all the elevated pathways is a fun way to see the jungle and falls. We also did the boat ride which was a blast! Going in to the waterfalls was such a unique experience. The tour guide Maru was a lovely woman and it was nice to meet other people. Highly recommended all around
Seeing the falls and the butterflies and the animals. The guide took good care of us! He even gave me tips for my next destination.
Great tour! We were able to do both upper and lower circuit and Devil’s throat. Our tour guide was very informative and friendly. We had a great time!
Great experience! George was an amazing tour guide! Would highly recommend this tour to anyone . Very fun and well organized
Great day exploring Iguazu Falls. Our tour guide, Jorge, was great. He guided us throughout the park but gave us plenty of time to venture off on our own. We also had 2 options for departure. We had a great day!
This was our first visit to Iguazu Falls. We had a wonderful time! It was very well organized. We were notified the time and place for our pick-up the day before. Our tour leader, Federico, and driver, Ricardo, showed up on time (5 minutes early, in fact) at our hotel. We collected the rest of the group along the way to the national park. We were informed about the planned activities, meeting points, and times clearly. Federico gave us a detailed story of the park and city of Port Iguazu. He accompanied us along the trails and made sure the group stayed together best we could. He is very passionate and knowledgeable about the Iguazu falls and the region overall. We will recommend him without hesitation.
The whole day was spectacular. The views of the waterfalls are amazing. We were looked after very well by our guide and driver. One of the best days I’ve ever had!
I took this tour in April 2024, and added on to the price the park admission fee and boat ride. From beginning to end the tour was well run, organized, and professional. Hotel pickup was punctual. Our guide Jorge was superb. He explained in detail the itinerary for the day and what to expect. He also offered knowledgeable info on the park. The tour consisted of walking the two main trail loops in the park, the upper and lower. Both offered magnificent views of the falls. We were told the meeting point place and times if we chose to go at our own pace. We were given some free time for lunch, bathroom breaks, rest. Those of us who purchased the boat tour were taken to that in the afternoon. I highly recommend boat tour if physically able, the views from the water are the best. Just be advised there are 280 stairs to climb up and down, and you will get completely soaked, bring change of clothes.
Everything was very organized, both guides were fantastic, they did their best to keep all of entertained. After the trip they share their time explaining all the tour.
Everything about the tour was well coordinated and the communication was excellent. Frederico was knowledgeable, friendly and very accommodating. Loved my whole time visiting Iguazu Falls and would highly recommend this tour!
The boat trip was so exciting and many brilliant views. Perfect organisation of the entire excursion. Perhaps tourists could walk the track on their own so that they do not wait for other tourists
other guests are friendly. The tourguide is a little bit independent. However, we get some cool information from him on the bus. The boat ride is fun, worthwhile to try (it's not scary, don't worry)
