Orquideas Palace

Very nice stay here, clean, attentive employees, beautifull garden, super green outdoors.

Lucia was our waitress! She was so sweet. A very nice waitress , professional! The food here was delicious and the hotel clean. So clean. I was very impressed and cant find anything to complain about!

The only reason to stay here would be that all other hotels were full. The bathroom is moldy. The restaurant and in this case I use that term loosely, serves cooked food that makes tv dinners a better option. The staff outright lies to your face. You cannot even have a cup of coffee in your room in the morning. And the smell, someone should teach them about exhaust fans. And finally, if you are not in the main building, no wifi...

This hotel is amazing! The rooms were clean and spacious. Well appointed. The setting is wonderful! Surrounded by native vegetation, but not too overwhelming. The restaurant is great, with great food, both their fixed menu and the a la carte, with a good selection of fine wines. But what really stood out, and I can’t praise enough, is the service. Every single person, from the reception desk, the cleaning crew, the bar tenders, the servers, everyone were polite, friendly, and efficient. And it’s close enough to the downtown area and to the attractions. I definitely recommend it!
