The best thing about the hotel is the luxury and the tranquility that exclusivity provides, since no curious people can just walk in. The river view, the pools, and the tiki bar are the strong points — it really feels like you’re inside the jungle. The rooms are very spacious and the water pressure in the bathroom is excellent. It’s a shame that the transportation situation ruins the peaceful experience. In the area they don’t allow Uber, and the hotel itself forces you to use the only option available: their remises (private cars). They’re more than double the price of a normal Uber. Total rip-off. You end up feeling limited in your ability to go out — in a hotel of this category, since they make you completely dependent on them for transport, this service should be included.

An Absolute Dream Stay! (And a huge shoutout to Mariana!) Our recent stay split between Loi Suites Recoleta and Loi Suites Iguazú was nothing short of incredible! While both properties are beautiful, our time in Iguazú was the ultimate relaxation experience. The Spa & The "Mariana Magic": The absolute highlight of the trip was the spa, and specifically, Mariana. I can say without hesitation that she is the most amazing masseuse I have ever had! She was incredibly attentive to my requests, deeply respectful, and just all-around sweet. I ended up visiting her almost every single night, and I even brought my daughter along so she could experience some of Mariana’s magic, too! The spa is incredibly lucky to have her on their team. Stellar Service Across the Board: It’s not just the spa, though—the entire staff from the front desk to the kitchen and maintenance team are super friendly, helpful, and deeply dedicated to their guests. The owners of these hotels should be incredibly proud of the team they’ve built. To top off an already perfect experience, we asked for a late checkout since our airport pickup wasn't until 1:00 PM. Without hesitation, they happily accommodated us past the 11:00 AM checkout time. It’s those extra touches that turn a good vacation into an unforgettable one! We are walking away extremely happy, thoroughly impressed, and completely satisfied. We loved every single second of our stay and will definitely be back! ¡Hasta pronto! — Familia Hicks-Beltrán
Great hotel! The most amazing views, the pool is beautiful and you're truly submerged into the jungle. We came during fall and you feel like you have the place to yourself. They had an awesome setup to view the world cup. Drinks were great! Service was amazing, they are very attentive. The pool overlooking the river is one of the most spectacular views ive ever seen! A 10/10 highly recommend!
UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO MANAGEMENT (Celeste): Management’s public response below continues to distort reality. You claim your team responded to each concern and "promptly" attended to maintenance—this is a complete fabrication. There is nothing "prompt" about forcing a guest to wait over 1.5 hours in stifling heat because your night staff initially denied my request and flatly insisted no fans were available. Furthermore, you claim adjustments were made to the centralized AC, but the room remained uncomfortably hot. What is the purpose of having a thermostat inside the guest rooms if guests have zero control over their own climate and management's "centralized" adjustments fail to cool the room? Your claim of providing "follow-up" is equally false; a manager was completely unavailable to contact during checkout, and upper management ignored the situation and failed to respond for days. Most critically, you claim security is of the "utmost importance," yet your public statement deliberately refuses to address the broken main entry door deadbolt and broken window lock that left the room physically unsecured. Future travelers do not have to rely on "opinions"—they can simply look at the attached photos below showing the physical defects and the explicit written confession from your own front desk staff admitting to these exact failures. ------------ Beautiful Property, but Safety/Habitability Failures and Management Omissions.. Loi Suites is a visually beautiful property with a jungle setting, that gives you a nice escape into the nature, but future guests must be highly vigilant regarding room maintenance and management accountability. Definitely doesn't deserve a 5 star property rating for serious issues. Shouldnt be even a 3 star. During my stay in Room 4004, the room suffered a total collapse of basic infrastructure: Severe Security Risks: Both the main entry door deadbolt and the room's window lock were completely broken, leaving the room physically insecure from the inside. When reported, the night staff didn't have a clue how to handle it and suggested sleeping with an unsecured balcony door open to mitigate the broken AC—even though the mosquito mesh was also broken and wouldn't close. Habitability & Service Failures: The room lacked basic sanitation as the plumbing broke twice, causing the toilet flush to completely fail on arrival and stop working again after an initial attempt to fix it. The AC was entirely non-functional in the extreme heat. When I requested a basic fan, night staff initially denied the request, claiming none were available, forcing me to wait in a sweltering, un-lockable room until nearly 11:00 PM before one was finally provided. Room change was denied citing the rooms were full, but that seemed to be a lie too as there were hardly 3-4 families seen at dinner and none at the pool during the entire day (at the pool which is their prime attraction!) Staff vs. Management Response: In stark contrast to the night shift (who didn't have a clue), the day staff at checkout actually tried to help, were empathetic, and explicitly acknowledged these physical defects to me in writing. Guest liaison was kind to get me a taxi. However, upper management completely avoided the situation on-site. A manager was unavailable to contact during checkout, and they only responded via email days later. When they finally did, they sent a highly defensive message attempting to distort the timeline and deny the issues to evade responsibility. Looking at page 41 of the official government Complaint Book (Libro de Quejas) on-site, there are over 40 pages of documented issues from prior guests. If you stay here for the beautiful landscape, check your door locks and room amenities immediately upon check-in, as upper management actively covers up service collapses and resists taking responsibility when things go wrong. (See attached photos of the broken locks, failed plumbing, and the written admissions from staff.)
This hotel is a must if you travel to Iguazu. Where to start. The location is amazing, you feel like you are in the middle of the jungle, walking to your rooms going through hanging bridges, all kinds of birds, and monkeys just hanging around. The pools are beautiful and I love that there is one for adults only, completely separated from the main ones. Multiple outdoor seating areas with fantastic views The rooms are great, big and if you can, get the one with the outdoor jacuzzi and enjoy it. Service was impecable, from everyone at the property, always ready to solve any issues or questions. Lastly, we love the food options, the breakfast buffet was great with multiple options. Only thing that i would add is more snacks or bites options for the pool bars. We would defenetly wil be comming back
