This hotel is beautifully located, surrounded by nature and offering a wide range of amenities. The outdoor pool and kids’ playroom are especially enjoyable. At first glance, the building may not seem impressive, but once inside, you can truly appreciate the thoughtful architectural design focused on comfort. The rooms are a good size, very clean, and feature balconies with lovely views of nature. The staff is polite and friendly, and the food is delicious. Definitely recommended if you in Argentina and going to visit Iguazu Falls the this is the place to stop.

Everything was great! Highly recommend the massages. Food is also pretty good.
Nice hotel in a good location. We would have given it five stars, but our room was located at the far end of the lobby, which required carrying our luggage up and down a few steps to reach room after taking the elevator to the third floor. We did not use the pool, mainly because it was quite crowded in the evenings, so we chose not to venture in.
Falls Iguazu hotel was amazing. The staff, food, pool and amenities were great. The only thing missing was some light evening entertainment or music to liven up the atmosphere. Thank you especially to Stefania in reception, she was so helpful and kind. Also Bruno was fantastic. Thank you Falls Iguazu Hotel
I must say I was dissapointed with the service and other aspects of this hotel for the price and star rating. Firstly, positives- It is nice in terms of the rooms and decor etc. The breakfast and dinner inclusions, while basic, are nice. However I was very dissapointed with other aspects. The outdoor pool is not clean (with bugs, toilet paper and other dirt floating when I was there) and is quite cold (this would be ok in hot weather but it wasn't hot when we were there). We tried to use the "indoor pool and sauna" but the staff said this cost extra and were quite rude about it. In my view for the cost, this should come included as with other places we have been, especially given the situation of the outdoor pool. We also asked for help exchanging money but were brusquely told "no" even when the restaurant staff first said it was possible. The final straw for me was when I tried to bring a hotel umbrella to town during the lashing rain and the hotel person grabbed it off me and said it can't be taken outside the hotel! Customer service!! I was lost for words to be honest for an "alleged five star hotel". I would recommend staying in a simpler place in the town (this is also a bit out). Ultimately you just want to see the Falls so I wouldnt waste money here given my experience.
