I would like to record my feedback regarding the experience we had with the services contracted. We met the company on YouTube with tips videos and tours in Foz do Iguaçu, we researched and looked with great recommendations. Our group consisted of three elderly people with reduced mobility, which is why we planned and contracted private tours in advance, seeking comfort, safety and quality. Initial and commercial care: The first contact with the young man was excellent. However, the sequence of the care was carried out by Lidiane, who proved extremely rigid throughout the process. I requested the change of attendant on two occasions, but I was informed by her that it would not be possible because the reservation was already under her responsibility. Transfer Airport x Hotel: When we arrived at the airport, the driver was not in the matched location. After 15 minutes of waiting, he entered the airport buffering, didn't even answer the "good day", just asked the name and left walking fast, the car had 2 broken benches. Tour to Paraguay: We hire and pay for a private van (for up to 15 people) with a guide, as shown in the voucher and conversations via WhatsApp. However, a Freemont model vehicle (for 6 people) was sent. This drastically limited our space and prevented us from making the purchases we had planned. Also, the guide, though very kind, did not accompany us to the shops. None of the two services (private van and guide in the shopping) were delivered as promised. Tour to Argentina: Again, instead of the contracted van, they sent a smaller vehicle (Spin). I'd already report this error earlier by phone, but the problem repeated itself. We contracted in advance looking for comfort, but the lack of care at the conference of what was sold and what was effectively delivered became evident. Professionals who stand out positively: Despite all the disturbances, I would like to highlight and thank the care of some staff professionals who showed respect: the after-sales of Gabriela (at Hotel JL by Bourbon), the attention and agility of Kerol to solve the car problem for our last ride. Unfortunately, due to the lack of attention, non-compliance of the contractor and poor service in the sales process, the overall experience was much lower than expected for a company with more than 30 years. Simple problems that could have been avoided with a minimum of organization and respect for the customer. I hope this report serves to improve the basic processes and service of the company.

We hired the transfer service to Paraguay and had an excellent experience with Loumar Tourism. I used the transportation to shop in Paraguay and bought a ticket to itaipu with Loumar. They have personal care in the city's major hotels. I had unforeseen and needed to change the dates of the tours, they were super quick and attentive. The transportation to Paraguay was great, good bus, lively guide and passing tips on the way. We bought the shopping transfer in Ciudad del Este with scheduling on the day of the return of our trip and, we asked if scheduling the return time for the 16h we would be in the hotel until 17:30. However on the day of the tour, when we were to confirm the return we asked the guide again, he responded very grossly that he could not guarantee the time of our return due to the border and customs saying that everything could happen and that he would not be held responsible for our delay for return. We replied saying that the sales sector had said the opposite and that for this reason we had chosen the day of the return of the trip to visit Paraguay, the guide replied that the Sales had lied. In addition to little ethical I was quite badly impressed with the lack of commitment. For those people who have never understood ... in the tours that are made passing the borders of Paraguay and Argentina the best option is to hire agencies for translation, and not go by account, this because in addition to these agencies to know and thus avoid certain perrengues of the tours, they also manage to circulate in an alternative to the cars and thus have better permeability in the places, in fact you do not pay the transportation only but the accesses and knowledge of guides and companies. For this reason we find very unsuitable the care for the transfer offered by Loumar in this situation. We did not indicate because they offered for our tour the go and go with a printed guide, which although very useful, still does not compare the company of one Cover during our tour on site.

All the tours we made with Loumar were great and we left early, however this trip to Paraguay was absurd. On the day when it was necessary to leave early, since there is a huge queue at the entrance and when you want to make the most of the time available, we left at 8:30 and arrived there more than 10:00 to return at 13:00. If there is any earlier time for this tour we were not informed. It was very boring to spend just 3 hours doing everything in a hurry. The ideal would be to get out well on that day, it was an unpleasant experience. Better get along with a taxi to take, wait and come back. It's worth more.

Bad experience 1°) Departure time: 07h35m Agent Júlio arrived 25 minutes late. He got us speeding up being that who was late was him (agent Julio) He ran out through the hotel hall, leaving us behind. 2°) I bought the tour 3 months earlier with Agent Moramed, and made it very clear that I wanted to be leaving at the door of Cellshop. Well, the bus stopped on the other side of the main avenue, where we had to cross it, climb the stairs and still walk to the door of the Cellshop where I encountered a Van da Loumar with visitors. 3°) Agent Julio didn't wait for us to get off the bus. Me and my wife were the last people to get off the bus when I watched Agent Julio had already crossed the avenue and climbed the stairs and me and my wife were on the other side of the main avenue. So we did not have to cross the main avenue alone, me and my wife had to climb the stairs, and walk to the door of the Cellshop alone without the help of agent Julio. You never leave a visitor behind. Sorry... Conclusion Loumar Tourism did not meet the combined (descriptive in the Voucher/Ticket) and we were also left behind during the transfer to Paraguay.

I come through this to describe my experience with LOUMAR and the responsibility with the Tourist! I made the purchase in Paraguay of an IPAD by my daughter that passed the value of the individual quota! I combined with the Transfer guide that my intention was to stop in Supervision, Declare and be taken back to my Hotel!! And that's what happened! I stopped , declared , paid the tax, called the Call center Loumar , I was informed that in 20 minutes would pass new transport!
