Though the duration is short, it’s definitely the most worthwhile experience for visiting Iguazú! Panoramic view from the helicopter to see the waterfall from different angles.

Seeing Iguazú from above gave us a greater appreciation for the beauty and vastness of the waterfalls. Well worth it!

To take a Panoramic helicopter flight over Iguasu Falls - largest falls system in the World - was in my wish list. I took a fantastic scenic helicopter flight over the falls and still overwhelmed with all this excitement and great memories! The service was also superb! Professional and friendly pilot and staff! Much appreciated!

It is quite short at 10-12 minutes but after travelling from Europe it was well worth it. Having been at the falls from Brazil & Argentina sides, it was well worth seeing them from the air.

After having been on helicopter tours at Victoria Falls, Hawaii and other locations that were spectacular, and very much worth the expensive cost, I decided to book this tour to see the falls from above. I was totally disappointed. It was definitely not worth the money and very poorly executed. The tour company sold 6 seats for the tour (1 person sat in the front next to the pilot and the others sat in back with a 2 - 3 configuration). Other sightseeing helicopter tours only sell 4 or 5 seats so everyone has a window view. The helicopter did not have large unobsructed windows - only a tiny opening that one person could see out of clearly - the rest of the glass had frames cutting across the view and was dirty so only 3 people had unobstructed views or could take photos (the person in front and the 2 next to open windows). I was unlucky enough to be in the middle seat and had literally no view - that seat should never be sold. Also, the pilot did not understand the definition of a sightseeing tour of the falls and was more focused on giving us an adventure ride with tight turns right over the river and falls and flying upstream directly over the river, so that we could not get any panorama and unless you were seated in front you saw nothing. Save your money and do not take this tour.

Fantastic experience , run very smoothly and efficiently. Which is helpful as a very short ride, but what a ride. It completed the whole experience as we had done walks on Argentinian and Brazilian sides, this was then the icing on the cake to finish

Absolutely spectacular. The service from when we entered and exchanged our booking for the ticket, to the waiting room, to being escorted through to where the lockers were for our bags… was five star. Friendly staff, clean premises, reasonable priced gift store. The views were magnificent. Each pass we made over the falls, I thought was our last, but the pilot kept going back to make sure we all got good views and plenty of time for videos and photos. Absolutely bucket list. A must do!!!

AMAZING!! Views and vibes were immaculate and unreal. Chopper seats 6 people, 1 in the passenger seat and 5 in the back. Everyone has access to the views but obviously passenger is probably best seat and the 4 window seats are next best, so one person does get stuck in the back middle which kinda sucks. Best to go in a group of 6 so you know each other and don’t have rude and aggressive tourists on your 10 minute flight literally pushing your head out of the way so they can get some probably awful photo of nothing. So yeah go with a bigger group or be there in line FIRST and grab a good spot. Or just don’t be an a$zh013. Either way, amazing tour and highly recommend!

We were offered this optionas an add on to our two day tour of Iguazu Falls by our tour guide. (Another option was a boat ride along the Iguazu river to see the falls up close). The cost difference between the two was $30 US. Although the helicopter trip was only 10 mins, it was worth every penny. We were the second trip of the morning along with another couple. Two aircraft were operating. The set up is very good and we took plenty of pics, we also bought their video and photo package on a USB. GREAT VIEWS OF THE FALLS. there are small lockers that are free to use rather than take bags on to the helicopter. There are toilets, a cafe, and a gift shop on site.

This was a truly incredible experience. The chopper gives an incredible panoramic view of the entire area around the falls. You see literally every angle if the falls themselves which are truly breathtaking. Spectacular treat to see such beautiful nature.

Well organized, easy to find, well situated close to the gate of the falls. Short but intense flight. Very good. Each side of the helicopter has twice the chance to see all. A must. Memories for years.

The 10 minutes flight over Iguaçu Falls is worth it, nicely complementing the boat tour (by Macuco Safari) and the visit to Devil’s Throat, giving you an overview of the majestic nature of this ‘sacred’ place. We took the complete 35 minutes Iguaçu tour, which was not do great, because the dam was just a dam, and our pilot was not generous with comments or answers to questions.

This is a unique opportunity to see one of the seven wonders of the world from the sky! The helicopter must have a minimum of 4 passengers ( and maximum of 6) to take flight. I unfortunately had some unruly tourists jostling for seat positions in the helicopter and even arguing once inside. I did not allow that behavior to spoli my experience. But it definitely left an impression.

Great experience and really worth it! Office opens at 9am. Get there early around 8:30am, so you can get ahead of other passengers. It is first come first served basis. if you are in argentine side, hire a taxi driver . Taxi drivers skip argentine border regular car lane it will save hours.

booked this tour as part of a special two‑day trip for my husband’s 40th birthday. The highlight was supposed to be a helicopter ride over Iguazú. Unfortunately, it turned into the worst experience I’ve ever had with Viator. From the moment I landed at IGR airport, I suspected the ride might be canceled due to weather. That’s understandable. What is not acceptable is the agency’s complete lack of communication. They provide no phone number, they don’t answer Viator emails, and there is simply no way to reach them. In the past two years, I’ve booked over 100 tours through Viator, and every other agency has contacted me proactively—except this one. Because of their silence, I spent $80 on a taxi to their office only to find it closed. In the pouring rain, I then had to wait 45 minutes for another taxi, which dropped me at the Argentina border. From there, I had to get yet another taxi just to reach my hotel. In total, I wasted more than $140 and three hours of precious time on what was supposed to be a two‑day trip. When I finally managed to WhatsApp them (thanks to my taxi driver finding their number), their only response was: “We closed because of the weather.” No apology, no courtesy, no message beforehand. I wasn’t upset about the cancellation itself—I understand weather happens. I was furious because they didn’t care enough to notify me, and they couldn’t even apologize. To make matters worse, I have photos showing the place closed at 3:30 pm, even though they claim to operate until 5 pm. Their attitude is simply “first come, first served, 9 to 5.” Nothing more. DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR. They don’t care about you, your time, or your experience.

Very well organised. Bit overcast so made it not busy and straight on to helicopter. Easy to get there via uber or taxi and a local bus. Fantastic overview of all the falls. Worth it.

Although the helicopter ride lasts only 10 minutes, it is a spectacular experience with magnificent views. My advice is to have one of the backseats facing forward and then share your camera with the person in the other back seat facing forward depending on the angle of the helicopter. The people in the seat in the middle and facing backwards saw almost nothing.

First of all, buy this tickets in person. It’s much cheaper. Secondly, if you get a bad seat, you see almost nothing. Lastly, it’s extremely short. It’s much better to just go to the park and see it

We booked the trip on the spot, on 29 August. The flight is described as lasting 9 minutes. Note: this is the total time, including take-off and landing. We knew that. However, in practice, it is 4 minutes to take off and fly to the waterfall, and then we just turn back above the waterfall. We are over the waterfall for 1 minute and 15 seconds (according to the time stamp on the photos), which means for about 35 seconds the left and right sides of the helicopter see the waterfall. The pilot knows how to fly, but he is not experienced enough to make the flight stable, calm and elegant. Rather, he jerks and makes nervous turns. This is very bad for the propeller, but also for the passengers and for taking photos. In total, we managed to take about a dozen photos above the waterfall - only from one high altitude, at a forced angle. For comparison, we took a few other helicopter flights (also over waterfalls, e.g. Victoria Falls in South Africa). The price was similar, but we spent about 15 minutes over the waterfall itself, the pilot smoothly changed altitude, made a few circles, and flew in a civilised and smooth manner. In short, the flight took place, theoretically as described. However, it was almost nothing - basically take-off, landing and a momentary view of the waterfall from a great height. Absolutely not worth the money.

Don’t waste your money. The view from the upper walkways and the boat is far more impressive. See the falls from both the Brazil and Argentina sides instead. My experience? Stuck in a middle seat, windows blocked by phones and cameras. Ten minutes in the air, a hefty price tag, and barely a glimpse outside. Felt like a rip-off.

The helicopter flight over Iguacu Falls is a 'must'! The check-in process is very straight-forward, with agents able to help in English, Spanish and Portuguese. Sit in front next to the pilot if you can, but everyone had a great view.

This experience was short and sweet! About 15 minutes helicopter closed door ride over Iguazu Falls! It was incredible to see it from a Birds Eye few as there is sooo much area the falls cover. You circle the falls a few times then head back to the base.

An absolute must, this is an opportunity of a lifetime and by far the best way to see the falls!! Although 10 minutes does not seem like much time, it is perfect! It allows you to get some very good pictures of them and see them from a different perspective. We paid around £85 each and it was worth every penny, I would love to do it again.

Well worth doing. Incredible view. You share the aircraft with other people. It’s first come to get onto the chopper; others with us barged their way to the front and the staff are very focused on getting the plane into the air so they dont think through where people seat. My wife ended up with the only middle seat despite being the shortest. She saw very little so it was not a great experience for her….

Super cool experience honestly! Although you cannot reserve a specific time slot; everything went super quick. The flight was only 10 minutes but flying over Iguazu Falls was the best experience ever!

What an experience we had in a helicopter ride over the Iguazu Cascadas. Unforgettable. Pilot plus 5 more with all but one a window seat. Quite cramped but too taken up by the views simultaneously of the cascades on both sides Brazil and Argentinian. For me nearly as good as going under the cascades but still an exhilarating life experience. Up below the clouds over the cascades of Iguazu Fernando Nieto visiting from London.

Worth the money and the experience. we arrived first up to get in line & had a great experience. We had seen the falls from the Argentinian side the day before, yet this gave us a view and videos of the air perspective. worth every cent we paid. You are not up for more than 10 - 15 minutes yet still worth the ride & experience, Thank you

All I can say is WOW!!! ... And THANK YOU from our group of seven (7) travelers. Due to the size of the helicopter, we had to split into groups of four (4) and three (3) in different helicopters. Unfortunate but well worth it, because you get to see these AMAZING falls from above. The flight gives you a much better view of the size and expanse of the area. This experience was incredible and beautiful!!

Breathtaking views that' can only be fully appreciated from above. So large that i recommend bringing along the wide angle lens 👍 Very well organized staff, in which I am certain no matter what language you speak there is someone there to assist you 😊 I recommend this fly over highly, it's an experience with memories sure to last a lifetime, a great deal for your money $$$
