Our guide Fernando was very punctual and informative! I’d highly recommend this tour. We had an amazing trip to the Iguazu falls which was so beautiful.

We had a wonderful time at both sides of the falls. Fernando was a friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable guide who provided great insight and conversation! Vibes were great, admission was reasonable and the duration really felt worthwhile. The falls make for absolutely incredible viewing - a truly memorable and unique experience. Personally, the Argentine side was the highlight. With great sights, wildlife and accessibility. 10/10
Fernando was great, he gave me great information in the car and knows his way around town. While he doesn't join the tour with you (its mostly a private driver w/ information) I don't think its super necessary, and you can actually go way faster going through sites yourself. I was able to do both Brazilian, and Argentinian sides, boat ride, and helpcopter all in one day. Additionally, he saved us 3 hours at customs by having me go through and a friends picking me up on other side to go to hotel. HUGE time saver. If you want more of a DIY experience with someone to get you to the right places super efficiently, Fernando is your guy.
Fernando, our tour guide for the Iguazu Falls experience on both the Brazilian and Argentine sides, made our entire trip absolutely seamless and stress-free. His extensive knowledge, professionalism, and friendly nature truly enhanced our experience.
Our driver/guide was great. We were picked up at the hotel on time and we headed straight to the Argentine side of the falls. He talked use through the boarder crossing and then drove us to the falls. He assisted us in buying the tickets and then show us on the map best walking trails. We were then left to do the walks and we meet back with him a few hours later. He then took us back to Brazil were he did the same in that side. Helped us with tickets for the park and boat trips, showed us where to walk and meet us at the e d of the walk. It was a great tour and was perfect for us
Very poor service. Booked a private tour. Guide arrived 30 minutes late with another guest, then said we had to sit in backward facing child seats. Not acceptable ! Cancelled for a refund. Unreliable supplier AVOID ! !
Guilherme was the best tour guide ever! We had an amazing day! He was perfectly on time, he let us know how to manage our time and maximize everything! He was incredibly patient with us and our questions, and helped us navigate everything. We saw it all and it was incredible! 10/10 recommend!!
Tourist guide is wonderful!! He is very knowledgeable and helpful.. He helped every way and took good care of our stuff as well while we were in boat tour
Tour was amazing! Guilherme our guide was the best! We recommend this trip with him 10/10. The wildlife was amazing!! The views were breathtaking, every turn was something new to see. Very knowledgeable. We did a lot of walking and there were plenty of places to grab some water or use the bathroom. Route were easy to walk, just lots of it, most of the time in Argentina was elevated and did get a little bit slippery so make sure to wear shoes with good traction. And being a rain coat or poncho, the devils head or mouth(the big falls) you will get wet. Do not pass on this adventure!!
While the logistical organization of the tour was seamless and the natural beauty of Iguazu Falls is absolutely breathtaking, I cannot recommend this specific tour guide. The entire day felt incredibly rushed, as if the itinerary wasn't planned well enough to let us actually enjoy the sites. Instead of providing rich information or interesting insights about what we were seeing, the guide mostly focused on hurrying us along to stay on schedule. There was zero added value to having a guide on this trip. If you are looking to truly learn about the area and explore at a comfortable pace rather than just rushing from one place to another, I would suggest booking a different operator.
This is an amazing trip experience. Fernando my personal guide is an enthusiastic and colorful story teller. He is a treasure trove of interesting facts about Paraguay, Brazil, and Argentia. He knows where to go and how to get you there quickly with a warm personality. You cannot pick a better tour. In an emergeny over a damaged phone, Fernando went out of his way providing guidance and resourcefulness. Trip saved with fantastic pictures.
My girlfriend and I had a fantastic day at Iguazu Falls! We were able to hike on both the Argentina and Brazil side of the Falls to catch some great views. Our guide took us there during hours where it felt like we were the only ones in the park so we’re able to get some really nice pictures. We also did the rafting experience, which is something I will always remember. Our guide Guilherme was very knowledgeable and kind during our time with him. We finished up late at night and he was even sure to drive slowly on way back because my girlfriend and I had mentioned that we wanted to try to see a jaguar. It was a great experience that I recommend to anyone.
I had the most wonderful time, our tour guide was fantastic. The Iguazu Falls is something that everyone should do once in a lifetime. An unforgettable experience.
Guilherme was a great guide. We saved a lot of time at the borders and inside the parks because of his knowledge. He was helpful and interesting. We recommend this tour 100%
Love it. Worth of every penny. Our tour guide Fernando was so good to cover both side of the falls and awesome lunch. Luckily very reasonable crowd to cross the border and near falls❤️❤️❤️
Pros: Great communication on pickup. Nice Guys. Biggest pro is that you were led through the boarder and process of buying tickets with ease. The guide(s) knew the process and quickly led you through it. Other pro is it was a private tour. Cons: Once on tour it was rushed and very little information provided. We were not told the agenda of the day, just constantly told to follow them while they walked quickly ahead of us, not really making sure to check that we were keeping up. Did not seem concerned for physicals needs such as water (in the 90 degree weather), bathroom breaks, or even food. We had to ask to stop for lunch, water, and bathroom breaks. We also had to ask several times what was on the agenda, what was next, how long, etc. Then after several hours we were transferred to another guide, which we had no idea was going to happen. Make sure to bring snacks and water and ask for what you need. Hopefully they will do well, as they were nice guys, just need more experience in tourism.
I had a fantastic time seeing both sides in one day - what an amazing tour!
Fernando Alchapar di Silva was our Guide today at Igatzu ,Brazil and we are lucky to have such a wonderful person like him who is very knowledgeable, very patient and very friendly. The first trip we took as per Fernando suggestion was the Helicopter ride over Igatzu followed by boat ride to Igatzu . These were the wonderful experience one should have in a life time . The final experience was a trail to Igatzu by walk and we had a lovely rainbow picturesque view of Igatzu Overall our experience at Igatzu with Fernando was great 👍
Absolutely amazing experience, we managed to pack in a full day seeing so much thanks to the expertise and kind attention of our guide Guillermo. With the little touches like ensuring we stayed well hydrated and getting to each part of our experience on time to get the best out of the day. ( Even a poncho for the water ride) We had an absolute ball! Highly recommend doing this excursion and especially if you have limited time, as navigating the park is huge and simple things like getting through queues quickly made a big difference or even just what route to take. We saw a lot of diverse wildlife and the falls are just incredible no photo could ever do it justice. Getting to see the Argentinian side as well as the Brazil side in one day was fantastic and again made do easy due to thils excursion. Do this. You will not regret it 🥰
If choosing between doing this experience on your own or having a guide, I would suggest having the guide. Indeed, there is no much historical information to be told and the park is open for everyone in the same manner, but having someone will facilitate the experience, which for us made a difference. We didnt have to plan how to get to the falls, where to buy the tickets and which view points to see first. Our guide made everything for us, allowing not only a smooth entrance but also checking which view point has less people at times so we got a much less busy experience! Thank you!
Great pre-trip communication. Our guide Guilherme was wonderful and speaks English and Spanish. The Argentinian hike was great. We were able to hike all 3 routes at a fast pace. Be aware that for bizarre reason, the park was declining credit cards on Visa network but Mastercard went through. By the time we got to the Brazilian park, it was around 1:45p. We bought the ticket to do the boat ride which was more expensive than the park entrance fee. The nightmare began with this boat ride. It’s not the fault of the Viator tour company, but the boat company. The wait to get on the boat was 2hr20m. It was called a safari which was a misnomer because there was nothing to see on the way to the boat ramp. The boat ride itself was super fun going under the waterfalls - be prepared to get completely wet !! But it was short under 30 min. The whole process of getting on and off the boat really needs a massive overhaul. By the time we got to the first trail on the Brazilian side, it was already after the closing time which luckily we were able to stay around because this was a private trip. So if you plan to fly out the same day, be aware of the potential massive delay if you decide to take the boat ride.
Our guide was Fernando and he was FANTASTIC. As soon as we booked the tour he contacted us to make arrangements to meet. The tour included BOTH sides of the falls and a boat ride. Fernando wad extremely friendly, knowlegesble, and accomodating for the full 9 hours of the tour. I recommend this tour 100% to anyone looking for a reliable operator to conquer both falls in one day. 5 + Stars. Thank you for the memorsble experience Fernando! FYI..be prepared to walk 4.5- 5 miles throughout the day. Some stairs and uneeven surfaces througout the parks.
Mr Fernando nmmmwho was our guide was awesome! He is very familiar with the area and helped us to see the experience the entire Iguazu falls both on Argentina and Brazil sides. Thank you Fernando!
Lovely guy, great experience, amazing two days! One day the Brazil side, and the other day the Argentina side! Boat, helicopter, birds, we’ve done it all and can recommend the experience, guided by Fernando.
We had a great day visiting the worderful cataratas, we saw monkeys, tucanos and the marvelous iguazu falls……………………..
The falls is an incredible surreal place, the feeling is of being on another planet. The structure of the park is wonderful and our tour guide has great communication! Foz do Iguaçu is wonderful!
Thanks to our guide Guilherme. This experience cannot be described, it must be lived. A wonder of nature. You cannot visit one side without visiting the other; that would be missing half the experience. Brazil offers the entire side view and Argentina offers you the view from above the falls. What a wonder!
A good guide who walked through
The waterfalls were spectacular and the boat tour a real experience. However, the journey started slightly delayed, then the driver had to fill up and get things and later we would have to worry the rest of the day that the car would stop.
Very beautiful, an amazing adventure
We were a family of 17. And the guide was very patient with us and pleased us in everything. The views we took were spectacular. I recommend the tour.
I went alone on a tour with Fernando. I had a wonderful experience. He is very friendly and professional. I recommend it 100%. I went alone on a tour with Fernando. I have a wonderful experience. He is very kind and professional. I recommend this 100%

It has been a great experience to visit Iguazu with Guillermo. He has been watching everything and has been very nice. I totally recommend it
(Sorry if it's hard to understand i'm using google translator, but it's not very accurate to what I wanna mean) It is a great option if you want to have fun and have a good time in the family. We came from the Philippines to visit Foz Do Iguaçu and it is an amazing city, we love Brazil very much. Our tour guide was a nice and friendly Cover. The trails are very green and beautiful. I feel very happy and satisfied with the choice of Iguaçu Way Tour!
Great walk, with beautiful landscapes, very preserved natural Mood, with views of animals and mountain waterfalls.
