Foz Do Iguaçu Round-trip Airport Transfer

Both drivers went beyond expectations to assure that we were properly dealt with on arrival at hotel and more particularly at the airport Anna Katerina was wonderful in making sure that our check-in went smoothly.

To begin you overcharged me $176 for 4 people. 2nd issue, no one showed up at the airport to pick us up. We had to take a taxi to get to our hotel with the help of the airport security. When i called the company you listed, they couldn't find it but later called back saying they found it and they said they will refund my taxi money. Can you imagine our seniors situation in a new place not knowing who to trust?

The airport to hotel and return transfers were great. Airport pickup was easily identifiable with the greeting sign. The return trip driver was at the hotel a bit early which was fine. Other drivers were very courteous, spoke English very well and the cars were immaculate.

The airport pick up and drop off went smoothly. They were professional, nice and on time. Will definitely recommend.

The driver no showed for both arrival and departure transfers. I even confirmed the departure transfer and they still no showed! Don’t use this company, just get a taxi at the airport.

I contacted Viator prior to arriving at my final destination because of a missed flight connection. It was absolutely no problem; I simply provided my updated arrival information and our driver was waiting with my name and a smile.

No one turned up at the airport to collect us. Thankfully there are plenty of taxis as a much less cost than this service charges! Our return to the airport was as planned - but there was no explanation as to why only half the service had been received. There is no difficulty with taxis in this area - and they would prove cheaper than this company.

<p>The agent was on-time, waiting for me in the arrivals section with a name board. She was friendly and informative, definitely recommended.</p>

<p>The ride service was not there to pick us up at the airport. We had to call them to get us.</p>

<p>So glad we booked these transfers. Saved so much time and the service was excellent. The guide was friendly and extremely helpful. On the way to our hotel we mentioned that we would have liked to have seen the Itaipu Dam on our last day but didn't know if we had time before they picked us up for the transfer back to the airport, she phoned her office from the car and explained what we wanted to do and before we reached our hotel the trip was sorted!</p>

<p>Excellent service. The driver and his assistant there after customs with our names on a sign with smiles on their faces. They took us and one other couple in their van to our hotel. Luckily they took us to our hotel first it wasn't clear when we made the reservation that you are driven with other travelers. There's a soft sell on tours that they do, but not annoying in any way. All-in-all a great experience.</p>

<p>The guide and driver met us promptly at the airport and again at the hotel.<br/> Although this could be done more cheaply using local taxis or, better yet, complementary transfer for some hotels, it does make things easier after a late flight or a long day of touring.</p>

<p>We were disappointed as soon as we landed at Foz do Iguazu airport. No one greeted and picked us at the airport! After we asked around to other pickup staff, they directed us to some one who was supposed to pickup us. Thanks to other pickup staff for their hospitality and assistance! Picking a taxi at the airport may just be a better option, because we don't expect to picked up.</p>

<p>Perfect! On time and very professional! They helped us with the check-in once we arrived at the hotel by getting the cards to fill out and shorten the wait. There was a little bit of business intention behind as the driver tried to sell us more Tours. But it was nice to be taken care of anyway since nobody speaks English properly in this part of the country.<br/> On our way back to the airport, the guide helped us by unloading our suitcases first, showed us the proper entrance as it can be confusing, and a little explanation about the specific procedure as Iguacu is in the border of 3 countries.<br/> Very pleased with the whole experience and very helpful for this region.</p>

<p>I wish I could give a zero! I arrived at 1:30am. They charged 2x the taxi price, Pick up guy didn't arrive after I got my luggage, had to wait for 15 mins for another couple to share a van at 2am, and dropped them off 1st before my hotel! MOST STUPID DECISION I EVER MADE WAS TO BOOK THIS TRANSFER!!!</p>

<p>This was an excellent service. We were concerned on our return trip because nobody called us for a pick up time. After a few calls, it turned out that the Argentina-Brazil border was closed due to some strike. They arranged three different taxis to get us from our hotel to the airport, one on each side, one in between plus about half mile walk on the Iguassu river bridge! We were happy finally to reach the airport. I am sure we would not have made it on our own that day!!!</p>

Cataratas son maravillosas, estar en contacto con la Majestuosa Naturaleza es impresionante. La represa extraordinaria ingenieria del hombre, realmente vale la pena la experiencia.

The Enterprise MMC tourism was wonderful , we arrived at foz airport the driver was already waiting for us with a super attentive name plaque made the cordialities and explained to us how foz was Iguaçu , and on the return to the airport left nothing to wish are congratulations OBS: All the drivers treated us very well from Enterprise MMC, we performed all the trips with them was sensational.

<p>ABSOLUT EMPFEHLENSWERT<br/> Eigentlich brauchte ich nur einen Transfer in die Stadt. Die einzelnen Ausflüge buche ich normalerweise nicht im Vorhinein. <br/> So auch diesmal. Der Abholende machte mir einige günstige Angebote. Bis zum Re transfer waren alle Touren perfekt.<br/> Ich will niemand der mitläuft und ständig spricht, ausser ich will eine geführte Tour. Es hat wirklich alles bestens geklappt.<br/> Fahrer Cleton Cruz. Toll organisiert. Absolut empfehlenswert. Danke nochmal für alles.</p>
