Well organized and good communication from Adriano. Would have liked more background information and history, but what he did share was good. He was friendly and had a good sense of humor.

Itinerary
In the middle of the Iguaçu National Park, with its 185,000 hectares of subtropical forest, you will have a panoramic view of the 275 falls that make up the Iguaçu Falls. On the Brazilian side, you follow a 2 km trail, always observing the beautiful falls, and at the end of the trail you can be treated to a spray of water from the falls and have a beautiful view of the devil's throat. On this route you may come across small wild animals such as our friendly coatis and some birds.
Arriving at Iguaçu National Park from the Argentine side, you will be able to enjoy the beautiful trails that will take you very close to the falls on the upper and lower trails. The "Devil's Throat" is one of the most beautiful falls we have in the Falls.

This was a fantastic experience. Our guide was so knowledgeable and he showed us the best places for photographs and pointed out wildlife and flora and fauna too. He slowed his pace to suit everyone in the group, which was appreciated. The views were amazing and it was well worth seeing the falls from both sides as the views are so different. Be warned, you will get wet! We took rain jackets and they certainly helped, but, despite getting wet, it was well worth the experience.
This tour was amazing! First of all, our guide Junior did a wonderful job helping everyone get tickets and explore both parks without feeling rushed. We went to the Argentina side first and visited the Garganta del Diablo. Then hiked the Upper trail. Both are spectacular. You do have enough time for photos. You get to experience the falls close up. Then we went to the Brazil side and had lunch. Then walked the path to the platform. Lots of panoramic views of the falls. You will "fall" in love with the views. I would easily book this trip again if I ever come back to Igauzu.
It was fun and well-organized. Junior did a great job being an experienced guide. The volume of the water swelled due to rain and it’s even more amazing. I would recommend this to anyone.
Highly recommended! One day for all sites. Good guid and excellent views
Especially I recommend a tour guide named Roberto. He was excellent, well-organized. He gave us so many useful informations and curiosities about this place. I'd like to thank him for his kindness and professionalism during our trip. Huge recommendation for such an amazing place and great company.
Great tour. Best way to visit both sides of the falls in one day. Tour did not feel rushed. We were able to walk a lot, take a short train ride, and access several viewpoints on the Argentine side. On the Brazilian side, we had a wonderful view of the entire falls and had enough time to walk down to the base of the falls. Guide/driver was excellent.
We highly recommend this tour, and our guide Adriano. Every part of this all day tour worked perfectly. It was very good value. We would happily do it again.
The guide was very informative, professional, accommodating, and organized. He picked us on time and the day was very well planned. I would defiantly recommend this trip!
I would highly recommend this tour. It’s worth noting that you’d have to pay for the tour and the passes to visit both the Argentinian and Brazilian Parks. This is not a negative but I felt it was worth mentioning. The positives include: * Robert the tour guide was very welcoming, informative and friendly. He made sure we were all comfortable and spoke in English and Spanish. * The views are amazing which we had more than enough time to view and admire on both sides. Words and pictures don’t do it justice. I don’t have any real negatives but I would recommend wearing a raincoat/ponchos as a lot of water does spray in the tourist areas. If you’ve ever dreamed of seeing Iguazu Falls then I would once again highly recommend this tour. It was well organised, delivered on what it promised and I left with a positive experience.
Had a great time. Robert kept everything smooth and efficient. Got to see both sides and finish by 4:00p - which people had said was impossible
We had an excellent guide, Bruno. Looked after us brilliantly through passport and entry ticket procedures. Falls are stunning. We took so many pictures. Exceeded expectations.
STTFOZ was amazing to work with. Robert was our guide for the day and his expertise and knowledge of the area is superb. We had a day trip to Foz do Iguaçu from Buenos Aires last month. Unfortunately due to time constraints we were unable to spend then 6 hours in the area. We booked SSTFOZ to help us with the trip as we were worried that due to long lines and border crossing we might not be able to see too much. Robert was wonderful to work with and even helped us arrange pick up from the airport on the Argentina side. He was very knowledgeable about the area and ensured that we were not only able to see both sides of the falls but also were able to experience the boat ride. In addition, he helped the kids spot toucans, monkeys turtles and other mammals on our hikes and answered all their questions patiently. We honestly would not have been able to experience the magic of the area and see so much without Robert. Thank you!
Our tour group was very lucky, as there had been heavy rain over the past week, and access to the Devil's Throat closed for several days. We had perfect weather, and higher than normal water volumes, which made for a spectacular day! Our guide was Bruno, and driver Fabio. Both excellent. Bruno is super organized, and gives perfectly detailed explanations of the day's itinerary and precise times that things will take place. In each instance, things worked out exactly as he indicated. As noted in the list of tour inclusions and exclusions, there are some expenses that are not covered in the tour. This is what we paid extra, for the reference of others who may wish to take this tour in future. All prices are current as of December 15, 2024: 1) Iguazu National Park Fee (Argentina) - 45,000 ARS 2) Iguacu National Park Fee (Brazil) - 116 R 3) Brazilian Eco Fee - The equivalent of $1 US, but can also be paid in ARS or R cash 4) Lunch - Three options: food court, fast food, or Brazilian buffet. I opted for the latter option, and the price was a flat 149 R, excluding beverages. Also, though not mentioned in the tour itinerary on TripAdvisor, there is an optional boat tour available, if desired. The boat tour is of two hours duration, and costs the equivalent of $65 US, where you can ride in an inflatable boat right up to the base of the waterfalls. We were told to expect to get very wet, if we chose to participate. None of the people in our group decided to participate in the boat tour, but Bruno indicated that approximately 60% of most groups do decide to take the boat tour. In my case, if I had known in advance that this option was available, I would have taken steps to protect my electronic gear from water, and brought a rain covering or other garment. People who do not want to take the boat tour do the normal itinerary, which in the afternoon consists of walking along the trails to the various viewpoints situated along the Brazilian side of the falls.
Antonio and his crew did an amazing job on this tour. Pickup was punctual and well organized as well as the rest of the day. The clear overview of the day, tickets to be purchased, and logistics of the trip was super helpful. Timing and getting to a location just a minute or 2 earlier than the competitors made a huge difference and saved our group a lot of time and headaches and ultimately made the tour very pleasant. Antonio, our guide, was extremely accommodating and gave excellent information and answered questions in an upbeat and confident fashion with a little fun along the way. The van was comfortable, clean, and the driver did an excellent job. Our group had the opportunity to do the boat excursion under the falls in the afternoon if we chose to. Antonio gave clear advice as to what this experience was and what to expect. His whole crew rallied and succeeded on making sure that I would complete the tour in sufficient time to get to IGU for a flight at the end of the day. I can’t say enough good about this tour and those who work so hard to make it a fantastic experience. Do yourself a favor and book with them!
Incredible tour. The guide is super nice and speaks great English. I booked the afternoon before and everything worked as planned. You get to see the most important parts of both sides in a single-day which is pretty incredible, you have plenty of time to enjoy it as well. Just keep in mind that you have to pay both entrance fees as well as the lunch, if you want to eat.
The tour owner never confirmed and never showed up. I contacted the tour company right after booking, then again the next morning, then again after they were supposed to pick me up. I contacted Viator support, they called the tour company, no answer. Refund requested / pending.
I booked a tour to see the fall from both sides. I was picked up at my condo on time. I received advance notice and clear instructions from my guide. My guide, Bruno, was fantastic. He made sure to take care of me really well, explaining about the falls and anything else I had questions about. He was really nice and knew his way around really well. He suggested things for me to do after the tour. I really recommend booking the visit with a guide to help with the border crossing and ticket booths. We saved a lot of time. Very good experience. Thank you
The breath taking vision of the falls and the people I shared the day with . Our guide was also very attentive and gave us a day to remember
Bruno was such a fun and wonderful guide! I had the best time with him. We walked the upper and lower circuits of the Argentinian side, and also walked the Brazil side. He’s knowledgeable and keeps it light and humorous too! I’m so happy I booked this tour.
Our guide made the journey very smooth, including crossing the borders. They were very welcoming and guided us around the best routes on both the Argentinian and Brazilian side of the waterfalls. Bruno was very friendly and helped with any photo needs and knew the name of the different wildlife we saw. It was an amazing day and would 100% recommend doing both sides of the waterfall if you’re considering it, and the boat ride if you can afford it! Thank you Bruno and Robert for a great day!
Amazing experience. If you're short on time and only able to see one side, go to the brazilian side, it's shorter, and has better panoramic views. Our guide was nothing short of a genius at his job.
Coming from a person whom have seen 6 of the wonders of the world I would have to say this was my all time favorite. The foz in comparison makes Machu Picchu feel like a kiddie blowup pool in comparison. It is hard to wow me but the falls did just that. Saving note by your boat ride inside Argentina while on this tour and save a bundle. Viator sells for $200 on the Brazilian side but I paid in peso equivalent of $50 USD on the Argentina side and the peso keeps devalue so it might be less when you travel. The guide was awesome Antonio and was extremely knowledgeable and help with logistic transportation to do other things .. another tibit if you plan to travel to Beas Aries than fly inside Argentina instead of Brazil and save 300% Porto do iguazu
The guide upon seeing that the majority of the group spoke English decided to only speak in English and I told him to repeat things to me in Spanish and he told me in a bit, in fact I did have to speak with him and demand the language I think it was a lack of professionalism besides the fact that he charged us in cash 15R for taxes for crossing from one country to another things that my agency did not tell me about and that on the internet it does not say such a tax exists, other than that the tour was extraordinary despite the bad weather on August 8, 2026.
Excellent. We avoided long lines, well organized. Although we were lifted well after the agreed time. Same super recommended, beautiful experience.
I think the tour should be divided into two days. Very running and tired for just one day. But it's wonderful
Well organized excursion. Junior our guide was competent and attentive. He gave us all the explanations we needed
Best of all, Andre was our guide. He has a profound knowledge of both parks. Since our group consisted of only 8 people he took a lot of time to talk to everyone. The transport was also great. I can only recommend this tour with Andre.
Magnífica experiencia, visitando las cataratas entre ambos países, con buen servicio de los guías. Solo diría que falta incluir un almuerzo.
The worst experience of my life. We had been picked up at the hotel at 7 a.m. and they didn't show up. And for the most part, when you call the contact phone, they don't take it. I'm waiting for my money back. Definitely a scam. Do not book this activity.
Tour booked - not picked up !!! The event cannot be reached by phone or mail. Worst tour operator.
Travel from Mexico and the service provided by the agency was excellent. The service is very personalized and give you enough time to appreciate the falls and walk through the parks; likewise, very punctual with your attention and any questions since before arriving in Brazil always keep in touch by Whatsapp Fabio, the tour guide, very attentive and respectful. During the tours you are always on the lookout and guide for any questions. Super recommended!
Excursion totalmente recomendable visitando los dos lados de las cataratas en el mismo dia. el sitio mas bonito del mundo que he visitado. el guia Bruno genial genial, muy atento y amable. Lorenzo
