Dreams Park Show - Combo Of All Attractions! Amazing!

The experience itself was great but getting a tickets was complete disaster! So at first keep in mind that you must print your internary they sent you on the website in order to redeem your tickets which is fine. So I found a way to print my tickets at the hotel and there were 2 redemption points where you could go to get your tickets! So I went to one was close to my hotel and it was closed( the website said it was open) so I went on the front desk and asked so the lady called them and I spoke to tour agent in the phone and she told me to come to different place which was 25 minutes away to get the tickets. So I went there and it was a hotel in downtown and I came to front desk again and they had no idea why I am here and they said that agency is closed today. So they tried to contact the tour guide and they said that they were going to deliver tickets in 30 minutes. So the tour guy texted me on WhatsApp and was very rude to me and told me like there is a redemption place on your ticket and you just needed to go there. Wbu did you show up at the hotel Rafain? Well first of all there 2 places on the ticket and I didn’t know that one was closed and another thing is that is not the right way to talk to your customers even though you think that they are idiots! I am not from here and don’t speak Portuguese so I still found a way to come here and getting around! No need to be rude she telling that I am stupid! I went to a place and it was closed and your your guide sent me to wrong place ! How is it my fault? Why am I an idiot??? So I had been waiting for 2 hours almost at the hotel so I messaged her again and she was like I thought you were coming here to get the tickets! Are freaking serious??????you made me wait for 2 hours and now telling I have to time here! So finally they brought me tickets and told me well I am sorry we sent you to wrong place but if you followed the thing was on the ticket you will be fine ! You just gotta be kidding me!!!!!you don’t talk to people that way!!!this is not a customer service I would like to receive! I have lost almost all day:( I didn’t even have time for anything. I had quick lunch and went for a tour. And I went there and they gave me tickets for 2 people!!!!!jesus Christ! I am solo traveler! Common! I normally don’t write reviews unless it is an amazing experience or the worst one! Today I took time and wrote this review!!!! It was just bad and made me so tired so I wasn’t able to enjoy the tour at all. But the ice museum was fantastic and open bar!!!!

Information is missing that some attractions require booking or cannot be accessed at any time. The wax museum has a tape that does not allow taking photos with the characters, only by paying a lot to the local photographers and only for a few characters and settings. The promotional arts of the wax museum show people with characters that do not happen in reality. There is an excessive amount of moments where it is only allowed to take photos if it is with the local photographers, drastically decreasing interaction with attractions! We went with a tour company that limited our schedule and we couldn't go to the Dream Motor Show because it was 12:00 and there was a show at 1:00 PM and it was closed from 12:00 for those who hadn't reserved the show. And this was never told to us and there is no notice at the location. Overall, the advertising on social media is much better than the place really is. It's something to go once and that's it!

The sales sector by Call Center is bad, Manaus asked to make a program between the days 17 and 22/11, did not complete and did not offer the packages like Dreams Park and its full attraction, I had to check on YouTube. When I arrived in Foz I contacted and I was asking about the other tours and parks and still they fit me in a confusing way. Get out of the waterfalls and I was only taken to the wax museum , from there I waited for 1.5 hours and to be taken to Wonder Park , one walk and one return . I may have only stayed in the previous to go to the Ice Bar, dinosaurs. In September I bought some tours with this company and hotel was not available. And they didn't even worry about seeing another hotel. The only advantage that guides are note 10 , of all the tours I did, especially those who go to the city for the first time. There should be a team to better offer the tours and know how to fit with the times and dates.

It was the best experience with a travel agency I've ever had. Just by the simple fact of the company having an application that I can see all my script day to day with the vouchers there inside, already demonstrates the level of maturity of the quality of the service provided. All transfers (go and go transport) were punctual, the communication when necessary be given by guides, either by whatsapp is efficient and objective. I recommend too much, and would hire the services again, they are excellent!

Bilet kupiony online z Nicei do Krakowa z przesiadka w Padwie.Pierwszy spóźniony ponad 1,5 godz. Drugi mnie odjechał, na infolinię polska po 20-stej nie dodzwonisz się,jedynie po angielsku.Pytanie co mam zrobić: stoję we Włoszech na przystanku , jest 22.30 odjechał mój autokar, a oni na to że nie było spóźnienia ,po 3 godzinnych przepychankach telefonicznych gdzie nikt na infolini nie mógł mi pomóc, bo przecież oni nic nie mogą musiałem kupić kolejny bilet już bez przesiadek i spędzić kolejne 12 godzin czekajac na niego na dworze, na przystanku bo bałem się kolejnej przesiadki bo ani kierowcy ani obsługa nie mają nad tym żadnej kontroli. Porażka.Nie polecam.Dodam że jadąc w nocy w końcu do Polski siedziałem z przodu autokaru i słyszałem rozmowy kierowców.Oni kierują się tylko aplikacjami na przystankach , ktore zamykają się z dana godziną , jeżeli kogoś nie ma to trudno nie ich problem, nie ma żadnej logistyki i kontaktu pomiędzy kolejnymi autokarami .Wtedy nie zabrali z kolejnych przystankow z nowu kilku odob , ktore nie dotarły na czas.Ja spędziłem na przystanku 24 h .Nie polecam tego przewoźnika, nie otrzymałem żadnej pomocy że strony infolinii.Wg mnie to wszyscy poszkodowani przez tą firmę powinni się zebrać i założyć sprawę w sądzie.Muj email enwir@o2.pl poszkodowany proszę o kontakt im więcej nas będzie tym większe szanse

Ample and well-bound park with a very beautiful glass facade. The various theme miniparks visited are weak and expensive. They are not worth what they charge for what they offer. Wax Museum up to q would be acceptable if you do not know Wax Museum, Wonders of the World, just for those who have never seen anything live. Besides not having a logical sequence. Motor show only for those who like and see few motorcycles decorated in American style. Careful people but I repeat, very expensive for what they offer.

The five attractions are good and different. We love the Valley of the Dinosaurs, Wax Museum, Ice Bar and Wonders of the World.

The ice bar is really cold! Vc has to take gloves to more of protection, because the one they deliver is fine and not enough. Out of it! It's splendid. The photos they take inside, they're pretty expensive, but they're worth it. The drink they offer is great, has for all tastes, with or without alcohol. I like it. It was a very interesting experience, I found it fantastic. The indication made by the employee Leonardo da Loumar was excellent, all the tours indicated, all guidance given. Perfect.

I found the ice bar pretty cool! However, I was very unhappy with the wax museum... There are insulation cord in the surroundings of the statues, only allowing to take photos remotely, not allowing any interaction with the character... only in the spaces held by the photographer of the place that is allowed the interaction, I found this absurd! Who goes to a wax museum to take pictures away from the characters? I've never seen that!

Very cool, it's worth it, just I don't approve the places reserved for photo only for the photographers of the park and in the end pay an absurd for a photo, being that I already paid a salty price to enter the park.

For those who go in the summer of course ;) The heat was so in this February in Foz that this bar was a delight of experience. There is an open bar with caipirinha and other drinks, ice chocolate for kids to love but you can't take a picture in there... nor stay longer than 15 minutes.

Very interesting this museum and the tour in it ends up being quite fun. We can take funny photos and in fact overall the wax dolls are very well done. It is also important to pass by the bar, which has good drinks and a very relaxed climate.
