French guys here: my son and I owe an enchanting experience first and foremost to our guide, Charles, from the SigaFoz agency. A six-star guide who speaks English fluently. A six-star human being —charming, cultured, extremely professional, and highly efficient in the field. The guy was born and raised in the Foz area. He's been around the world. Very good value for money. Magic was promised. Magic was delivered. Muito obrigado, Charles.

My friend and I had the absolute best tour with our guide, Junior! The day was tailored to what we wanted to do, and crossing borders and getting into each side of the park was seamless. There is also an option to stop for lunch if desired. We would recommend this tour and Junior as a guide to anyone!
Simply WOW! What an experience and I have to give the guide Junior props he was phenomenal through the day. Definitely would recommend booking this tour and ask for Junior
I visited the falls on a cool rainy day and the crowds were not bad at all. I was told the night before to purchase a ticket to enter the park in Argentina for the day (about $30 per person). The day starts early at 7:50 am ( I was staying on the Argentina side) were the tour began. We walked the trails and took a train to view the falls from that side. We then got back in the bus and drove to the Brazilian side which was a very different view! Again I purchased a entry ticket to get in the park at a kiosk (about $20 per person) then I chose the boat tour ($80 per person) which took about an hour while the rest of the group went on without me. The boat tour was such a rush, but make sure you bring a really good poncho because you will get soaked!
Myself and my partner had a private tour with Charles and we thoroughly enjoyed our day. He was the most warm an informative tour guide we've ever had. You do have to pay that admission for both parks which is about £45 per park but I think it was definitely worth it. We got picked up from our hotel and headed straight to the Argentinian side so early we were pretty much the first there so the pictures we got were fantastic, then headed to the Brazilian side whereby my partner and I were able to walk a part of the tour alone, which was nice. I wasn't sure what the full day experience would be like but it was not at all rushed and we even got to go to Parque des Avres after with Charles as per his recommendation - another in which we really enjoyed. I want to thank Charles & Sigafoz for organising the most perfect day and end of our trip in Brazil, we even got dropped at the Iguassu Airport. We will never forget it!
Iguazú Falls are magnificent, we seen both side, our guide Junior and driver are wonderful and friendly
Our guide was Charles and we found him to be super friendly, super knowledgeable, with a super sense of humour. Charles adapted our trip to suit my wife’s mobility issues. We had SUPER day with a SUPER guide. Thank you.
Charles was the most amazing tour guide we have ever had. He had really great facts about the falls, was so sweet and attentive and made sure to take us to every place we wanted to go and helped get us through really fast . He also took so many photos of us and we genuinely had a great time with him. I will recommend him to my family and friends, no one better. We had the best day.
We had an amazing experience. The team was very helpful, responsive and they handled everything for us. Our guide Charles was exceptional. He was very knowledgeable, kind, professional and fun. He made everything go smoothly and customized our two days to make our every wish real. We could not ask for anything more.
We relied on Sigafoz Turismo as of landing on Argentina airport and transfer to hotel on Brazilian side, one day private tour and transfer to Brazilian airport on departure. Everything was smooth, timely and perfect organized (in minute) as agreed during planning. Out of stunning marvelous Iguazu falls we have best guide on our 18 days South America tour-Charles. Charles gave us comprehensive guidance's about falls, life on three countries border, recommended best restaurant (food quality) for break between Argentina and Brazilian side of visit. Definitely, both Sigafoz and Charles made our visit to Iguazu excellent. Love and passion about life on such place given by Charles was another beauty of this trip.
A must do! Our guide was warm and knowledgeable. To see both the Brazilian and Argentinian sides of the falls are magical. You will forever remember the sheer power of the water.
Our guide, Maycon, was the absolute best. My mom is 80 and can’t walk a lot but I love to hike. He did a great job making sure we were both taken care of. Our enjoyment was his only priority. He was so kind, accommodating, helpful, informative, and sweet. We had the best trip and saw so much! The price is higher than a large group trip but it is so worth the extra cost to have the day tailored to your needs.
Could not recommend this trip enough. We had very limited time, but the team were able to organise an itinerary that meant we got to see everything we wanted to. Communication via WhatsApp was quick and easy and they were happy to ask all of our questions. Charles was waiting to pick us up at the airport and explained what the plan was and what to expect. He made sure the day ran smoothly, but we never felt rushed. He took lots of great pictures and told us lots of interesting information that we would have missed out on. Charles and Sigafoz were fantastic from start to finish, could not recommend enough.
It was an amazing experience. Our guide Charles could speak perfect English and Spanish. He was enthusiastic and friendly and made the experience even better. Highly recommend!
Our guide Maycon was terrific. He was very kind, courteous and told us many interesting facts about the falls and the area. It was a fabulous day!
It was an extraordinary experience, to do absolutely with a guide because you can quickly be lost if you want to do both sides. Junior, our guide was at his best. We highly recommend and without hesitation this tour with this agency.
Many thanks to Charles for this great tour on both sides of the Iguazu Falls. A prudent driver, a very competent guide and also an extremely pleasant conversation partner. The tour was wisely planned and included all the highlights we wanted to experience. It couldn’t have been better – really excellent!
Our family of 9 people, we did the 2 Days tour to Iguazu, One day in Brazil and another in Argentina. The experience was amazing. They had a lot of detail in the service, and Charles' attention was impressive. He told us a lot about the story, and he answered all our concerns. The place is spectacular, and Charles made the experience even better. Iguazu must be on everyone’s bucket list.
I will only use 9 letters to define the excursion - guide - agency, it is EXCELLENT. Professional is how I should define the Zairo guide. A real tour guide. Don't stop doing the Macuco nautical safari. It's the dessert strawberry of the excursion. It is optional, not included, it is paid at the time.
We hired the private tour for my family (marriage + 3 young boys) and the experience has turned out to be wonderful. Our guide Zairo picked us up at the hotel and made sure everything was perfect. Polite, discreet and very attentive was anticipating each visit so that everything flowed properly. He was very flexible taking us to a place to eat, he had no qualms about accompanying us until the last shift of the boat... in short, we left already dusk of the Brazilian park with the feeling that better could not be. Gracias Zairo!
If you are traveling to Iguazu, I recommend it. Our guide was Charles. We were picked up from the airport and went straight to see the falls on the Argentine side. He explained everything perfect, we were taken to the hotel and the next day he picked us up in an amazing van, we saw the Brazilian side, we got on the boat, we visited the bird park and we flew by helicopter. I dropped my cell phone down a slope and the park guards mobilized until they got it back. I really recommend them without a doubt, and all the Service at an amazing price. We were lucky enough to see a jaguar!
