Fabulous day at the falls! We had the most amazing day at Iguazu Falls with our guide, Bruno. Nothing was too much trouble, he took care of everything. We had a great trip with Bruno who made the pick up and drop off smooth and had excellent communication. With his special tourist van crossing the border was very easy as we could go through the dedicated tourist lane.

I flew in from Buenos Aires for a day trip at the falls and this was the perfect itinerary. Diego was a great guide and we got to see both sides thoroughly. Definitely recommend the boat if you can since you go right under the falls.

DON'T book. Tour operator did not turn up, Viator could not contact them and took no responsibility. Wasted a 2 day trip. Only suggested a trip refund. The whole experience was frustrating. Do not risk your holiday experience.

There is a lot of walking, it might be good to bring a hat and sunglasses . It’s a wonder of nature not to be missed. Bruno is a great guide and easy to get along with. He is very knowledgeable about the geography and wild life.

It’s a terrible experience for us to book this trip since we flew more than 24 hours from United States to Iguazu, arrived last night. We waited at Hotel Saint George at 7am (pickup time) and waited there for over 2.5hours with multiple messages to Trip Advisor‼️ Hotel front desk helped us to send messages and call them, they replied with 10 minutes away but NEVER showed up‼️ We have asked full refund but still NO response yet‼️

such a wonderful experience with this one day tour for our family. was picked up from Bazil side and later one went to argentia side. Willian is our tour guid, speak very well English and take care every thing for us (cross the boarder and buying the park ticket). highly recommended

Bruno was an exceptional guide. His English is excellent and he provides clear instruction in English, Spanish, & Portuguese as needed by the guests that day. He does everything possible to accommodate the needs of each guest without inconveniencing anyone else. He was very responsive to pre-trip questions as well. Bruno is extremely knowledgable about the parks in both countries and adjusts the tour based on where guests are staying and how crowded the parks and border crossing is that day. Seeing the falls from both sides is highly recommended and having Bruno to manage the border crossings, advise on paying park fees, and navigate within the parks was invaluable. Especially if you want to visit both parks in one day.

Bruno is really great in his job. He was always friendly and funny at all. He answered all our questions and has always translate everything, so everyone knows what is going on. And about the tour are so many things to say but I'll keep it simple. He has shown us all the good looking places to see the wonderful waterfalls. The Tour was perfect planned and everything went very good. Good time structure and perfect paths to walk. Anyways I just can say it again. Go to the Tour with Bruno! It will be fun.

This was a great tour! Bruno is a really great guide. He is able to adapt and tweak things as needed to ensure everyone has the best possible experience. I met a lot of really great people too! It’s definitely worth seeing both the Argentinian and Brazilian sides of the falls. And ask your guide about the boat ride too! I was concerned that I wouldn’t be able to do it because it wasn’t mentioned in the description, but it’s definitely a possibility so don’t worry.

Sincerely spectacular everything with Bruno! We're not much of a tourer but in this case, by chance of life, we did it and we have no regrets. We were very lucky to be the only thing to speak Spanish and since there were no more people, we had private tour with him. Everything was very enjoyable even under rain.
