Its a typical resort, there is food (some of it great, some of it bad) and lots of activities but no water available other than for purchase. The place is quite noisy.

Nice enough, good location. Excellent breakfast. A lot of children so if you want a peaceful hotel this may not be the right one for you.

Great location, beautiful family friendly hotel. I wish that the toilets did not smell so bad entire stay,would of be great! Their cleaning was spraying the toilets and flashing it after I pointed out them not being clean ( literally you could see the left over po.p from previous people) yet they didn't scrub it off. We had ant problem, switched the room but somehow next room again had it... Food was absolutely great, so many selections. Staff is nice as well too. I guess the only main big issue was how LOUD it was. I mean soooo loud. Kids running through the hallway SCREAMING AND PLAYING GAMES like 11.30-12 am then again starts at 5-6 am. We had a set itinerary to follow and it was struggling trying to get 3hours sleep per night where my kids and us were frustrated! Especially on the day we arrived after total 14h traveling time we were miserable. We reported multiple times yet not much has changed. 1 night multiple room doors were opened ( seemed as multiple families traveling together) where their kids were all together on the wholesale playing loud game as it is a living room! Absolutely no respect nor manners. This was literally 12 am in the morning too where most people trying to rest. Not sure if it's always like this or was it a bad luck.

As a hotel for a family stay, this place has everything! Look no further! For us, staying as an older couple, we were also able to find a quiet corner to enjoy a drink. The staff here were fantastic! Marco on the front desk spoke excellent english and spent half an hour trying to sort issues with our flight. Even in the night, the person on duty was very willing to help me. Bar staff were courteous and the gentleman I charge of the restaurant was incredibly friendly yet professional. The buffet evening meal was fabulous and excellent value for money. Breakfast had everything you could possibly want. Location to the Falls and to the airport were perfect.
