We stayed here whilst visiting the falls and couldn’t really fault it. Other than having to get our room key reset 4 times (slightly frustrating when you just want to get in your room) it’s a really good hotel. Service is exceptional, the food is pretty good, and the pool area is the perfect place to unwind.

The good: 1. The location. 2. Breakfast was decent, good variety and quality. 3. Some of the things in the room were done properly: high water pressure in the shower, light switches near the bed, complete blackout curtains, smart TV, cleanliness, noise proofing. 4. Staff tried their best to accommodate and speak Spanish. The bad: 1. Sleep quality in this hotel, for me, was awful. 2/10 at best, and I'm gentle because they aced the blackout curtains. Other than that, a total disaster. The mattress had a huge bump in the middle of it, the pillows are too thin and they don't give you any normal blanket with a cover. It's either a literal sheet or a thick fleece blanket. 2. The good water pressure in the shower is offset by lack of planning of the shower itself - even though it closes all the way, water still manages to drench the whole floor outside of it. 3. Very loud fridge further preventing you from sleeping well. 4. Wifi was unstable and kept going on and off. 5. I am being super careful with this one. I want to give the hotel management the benefit of the doubt, and if I weren't, this would have easily been a 1 star review canceling out every good thing I had to say. At check-out the receptionist told me their system was experiencing issues and that they couldn't confirm whether I had consumed anything out of the minibar. He asked me, twice, and I had confirmed that I hadn't. He asked me for my email and phone number in case they find out I did consume anything, when the system came back online. Coincidentally, I received an email 2 hours later from the hotel, telling me I had consumed a box of pringles for which I need to pay. After responding and telling them, again, that I hadn't consumed anything from the minibar, they said that I should ignore their last email or in short, that they believe me and it's all fine. I've been to countless hotels all over the world and this is the first time anything like that happens to me. I don't want to treat it as a scam attempt but it sure did put a damper on my stay.
We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Foz do Iguaçu. The property is beautiful, with a relaxing atmosphere and a really nice pool area that’s perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The staff were all very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, which made a big difference. Breakfast was also a highlight—fresh, varied, and a great way to start the day. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, which we really appreciated. The only downside was that there was no closet or proper storage space for clothes, which made it a bit inconvenient for organizing our belongings. Overall, it’s a lovely hotel with great service and amenities, and we would definitely consider staying here again.
Rooms were clean but when we enter the room many items were missing and we had to ask everything one by one. No complementary water even for welcoming (even in the lobby) you have to buy everything. Hair dryer was not working in the room. Also my son was electrocuted from a plug simply by touching. After breakfast I filled my termos with coffee and they said it is not allowed. Which was very surprising. Then without informing they tried to charge me this coffee price (7 dollars) during check out. Very bed experience
Beautiful hotel one of the best we stayed in while in Brazil. Impressed by the breakfast variety, nicest food. Even had options for gluten free/intolerances. Pool area is really relaxing.. drainage and deep tissue massage was amazing. Would stay again in the future
