Great location for iguassu falls, and birds park, close to the airport. The acess is a.little confuse for Uber and taxi. Splendid staff. New building is great, the old one where my brother stayed was not that good.

Review for the 2nd building the "comfort" one. My room was connected to the other with a door : no sound insulation at all !! I had the feeling I shared my room with the 2 ladies is the other. No sound proof either with the windows or main door. AC and mini fridge seemed old and were really noisy. Bathroom very small. I call desk service, gave my room number to be wakeup but the call never came and I was really late for excursion to the falls. Breakfast and buffet nice though but overall an horrible stay.

The photo service, 196 Clicks, was terrific! The people were really friendly and made sure to take the free photo shoot in several locations (especially Alana and Alaf). The staff overall were terrific as well, and perfect for kids.

A modern and fresh hotel with very friendly staff. The atmosphere is calm, and the swimming-pool garden is beautiful. The breakfast was great as well.

Our stay here was a bit disappointing. The resort is well located near the airport and Iguaçu Falls. It has a great pool area for adults and a separate one for children. The rooms are a very basic and the walls are very thin. Our next door neighbors kept waking us up because the sound was so loud. Also, during check-in we realized we booked the wrong date by one night on Expedia. We were absolutely exhausted after being awake for more than 24 hours travelling to Brazil and the manager was very slow to help fix the issue. The next day at breakfast, we were harassed because when reception rebooked our room they rebooked it for only one of us instead of two. All this headache for an included breakfast which was very low quality. Shameful.
