5 Stars! Mahmoud Al-Qousi picked me up from Hurghada Airport. I was able to contact him directly at any time, and he reached out to me one day before my arrival to introduce himself. When we met, he immediately helped with my luggage and loaded it into the car. He also made sure to pick me up on time for my return transfer to the airport. He is very dedicated, available 24/7, and always responds quickly and in a very friendly manner. I felt well taken care of throughout the entire experience and highly recommend his service.

We booked a transfer from the airport to the hotel. The driver, Emad Naguib, contacted us and met us with a sign at the exit. He helped with our suitcases. He was a very pleasant driver. Excellent car. Extremely comfortable. Thank you very much.

Beware of this company. I just booked an airport meet and assist and taxi transfer to hotel. I messaged them by email, WhatsApp, and even their Instagram profile just to confirm. They did not, and there was no meet and assist or taxi waiting for me. I was able to find my own way to my hotel but they have just scammed me out of my money. No response or refund. Beware, you are at risk dealing with these scammers.

Booked a trip from Hurghada to Luxor. It lasted 4h more or less. Hanna, the driver, was great. Drove us carefully there and let us have a stop in a small shop along the road.

Really nice clean car. Driver very friendly and helpful. Was waiting for me with my name on a board even though my plane a little early. Knew exactly where I had requested to go and helped with luggage. Driver was Medhat Saad. Highly recommend.

Our driver met us on arrival with a sign of our names despite our flight arriving late and us not being able to communicate this with him due to having no signal on our phones he waited on us. He was polite and made us feel safe on the drive to the hotel and also recommended us tourists attractions. Our drivers name was Mahmoud Sayed. We booked in through booking.com

Den předem mě řidič Maqar Nadi kontaktoval, informoval mě, že bude v uvedenou hodinu čekat a nabídl mi i ostatní pomoc. Po příletu čekal s cedulí s mým jménem, pomohl mi s kufrem do auta, ověřil cíl cesty a dovezl mě velmi bezpečné na určené místo. Moc děkuji za pomoc, tuto službu můžu opravdu doporučit

I used Rimos Tours via Booking for the Airport/Hotel and Hotel/Airport transfers. Very, very satisfactory service; I am satisfied. I had drivers Adel Nassari and Mahmoud Adel, punctual individuals with ease and responsiveness in communication via WhatsApp! Thank you to Adel Nassari for being patient (yes, because when arriving at the airport, there is a lot of waiting to buy the visa and go through passport control). Thank you

Hanna Malik. A reliable, serious, and professional person; I had a wonderful experience.

We were taken care of at the airport by Hossam Hasaballah, who was very friendly and helped us a lot with our luggage. The baby carrier was added without any problem. There were also boosters available if needed. The car was comfortable and the atmosphere was very warm.

Super accessible and friendly. Faced with the delay in passport checks, he always showed willingness to wait for us.

Best experience with Emad naguin
