Got exactly what I wanted: a really good hammam experience and a perfect massage. They picked us up with a mini van at the hotel and dropped us off at the spa reception. We changed into swimming shorts and went with 10 other people into the salt room. Then came the sauna and the jacuzzi (all these three were unnecessary for me). After that the real fun began: traditional Turkish hammam, cooling down and then a 45-minutes long massage. Men are taken care of men, while women are taken care of women. Tipping was easy through a numbered box system at the end of- much better than anywhere else before where it felt pressured and awkward. They dropped us back at the hotel to finish the activity. Overall I would rate it as 10/10, I recommend it to everyone else.

Amazing experience, went with my partner and made to feel so welcome. Staff very friendly and treatments great standard, quoted €200 in our hotel and this was a fraction of the price. Highly recommend!

You get to experience all the spa facilities and you finish off with a 45 minute massage , couldn’t ask for more .

Pick up and drop of was fantastic, outer exterior is extremely uninvting. Went into reception and between 3 of us, 2 of us got pedicure and facial and the other got just facial. By the time my pedicure was done, my friend was just finishing her facial and she was moved on to the sauna. We did not see her for the rest of the spa day. Pedicure and massage was great value for money and ladies who did it was lovely. After the sauna we went into the steam room but heat kept getting let out due to constant opening. We was then ushered into another room to start the hammam. This is where i was really upset! The lady unclipped my bikini top, lowered my pants and walked off for a good 5 minutes. I was closest to the door and there was male workers walking in and out. When I looked over to my friend, she was getting massaged with the bubbles and the lady looking after me hadn't started with scrubbing. I felt extremely exposed and frustrated. The whole experience felt very rushed as somehow I was done before my friend. We ended up on another table with what I presume was a salt scrub. Again, no communication at all. We asked to be washed after 10 mins ish, and then moved along again to the swimming pool and given a towel. We had seen our other friend who got separated from us and she had already had her massage! We was given the opportunity to get into the hot tub which we did. We had to ask for the jets to be turned on and then was told to get out and go for a massage. All the doors are left open and I had to request on multiple occasions for it to be closed. The massage was not 45 minutes, but it was lovely! My massage lady was fantastic and did a really good job. When i spoke with my other friend, she said she really enjoyed her hammam but communication needs to be better. Overall, I personally think it was ok value for money but need to work on communication. The massage was worth the money.

I had an amazing experience today with the Turkish bath, hamam, and full body massage. The whole treatment was incredibly relaxing and professional from start to finish. I also added a pedicure for myself and a facial for my wife — both were excellent and done with real care and attention. The value for money was outstanding for the quality of service we received. We left feeling refreshed and pampered, and we will definitely be back!

Pick up and drop off good. Good value for 2 hrs. We had fun but just be aware it isn’t rushed and it felt like being in a production line of people waiting our turn. Also the massage must have been only 25min at best. Still good value for the price, just don’t expect 45min of massage.. It says approximately 3 hrs but that’s not the case, we finished 2.5 hrs includes all the pick ups and drop offs of 10 people.

It was great value for money. We booked it based off the reviews and it’s perfect for the start of a holiday. The scrub gets your skin prepped for a great tan!

Great pick up from our hotel, arrived at the spa once you enter you see what a beautiful place it is, one of the cleanest nicest spa we have ever been to. Mostly great treatment by the staff. Lovely jacuzzi. Massage was a little short as we were left until last the 4 that were English we were left in the jacuzzi 10 minutes longer than everyone else in our party that were french. Why I don't know as at the end we were the big tippers leaving 400 each. Overall a great experience

Everything was just awesome, they even made a very fast reservation and the driver pocked me up shortly after. The atmosphere was friendly and professional service . It s been my second time there and I have already booked the next one . I ve tried many hammams in Hurghada but this one is my favourite one . I cant wait summer visit again ;)

Booked this as a female traveller with 14 yr old son, all in all a great experience, great communication, pick up and drop off, and the spa was lovely especially the massage, my son was a little nervous but they let him come in the same room for massage, so we both could relax and not worry.

The best atmosphere we have had . We attended many Turkish hamams but the peaceful atmosphere, rooms, music, spirit and especially girls who were assisted us all the time were the best ones,very talented ( Shee and Heba- thank you girls) We recommend thist place as the top in Hurghada and we definitely come there again.

Super price-performance ratio

My cousin and I booked a massage package through our guide mts at the shopping center Senzo, for 50- Euro per person. Only mass handling, fast and superficial, cold everywhere and also not clean. We weren't having any of it, and when we complain, we fall on deaf ears, as long as they collected the money. Absolutely not to recommend this massage salon in Hurghada In Senzo!!

I will be honest and objective , nice services for the price, came as a couple, we had a massage each , a woman for me a man for sir, the masseur applies himself and is much more involved, the masseuse gave me the impression of wanting to finish quickly, I knew much better in terms of technique, but let’s relativize for the price... on the other hand this little lady was much more active to ask for tips! In conclusion nice establishment correct service.

It is a nice experience and activity to do at a very reasonable price. The staff is friendly. If necessary, we offer additional treatments pedicure manicure for 10€ extra or facial massage for 10€ too. Thanks to Omima and Faty for their duet massages. Little downside: watch out for the ladies toilet next to the bar, I stayed locked inside fortunately there was someone at the bar who heard me to come open up 😉

The hammam and massage were very good Just a shame you had to wear swimwear, there were no thin cloths to wrap around you

It was a pleasant experience. All staff were friendly and the course was structured systematically. The price was also reasonable and the pickup and drop from the hotel was done on time. Highly recommended.

All services also additional good quality and execution. The property is beautiful and is well maintained. If additional services are booked, only in cash or check exactly what amount is to be debited, here we calculate a different exchange rate than valid at the moment.

My experience was not good !- no communication possible as the lady in charge of me could not speak English -therefore I was passed through the whole spa- massage was not -but one. Blurring oil - foam was poured over hair and face without asking - burned in the eyes! The toilets are dirty and completely broken! This is not a recovery! In the end, showering would be important - but there are no showers in the locker rooms! My partner's massage was good but the rest is unfortunately not good! The lady at the reception was endeavoured but so no relaxation is possible!

Staff were friendly and nice Massages were very good, you had the choice between relax, medium and hard & Hays or (ais) and shimma were top👍 Those who are fixated on price performance should come here. Transfer from and to the hotel were also very good. Give people a little tip people, even if it's only 2-3€!
