I recommend this experience if you stay in Hurghada (in the city), whaen I stayed in Makadi Bay they did not come to take us to the massage ans spa parlor.

Nice experience, driver was on time, it was clean and relaxing. Friendly staff. Sauna, steambath, scrub, facemask and massage all were well.

Excellent communication from start to finish. Driver arrived early. Once we got changed we were led through for our sauna, followed by steam room and then had some relaxation time in the Jacquzzi before starting the Hammam experience. We had a skin peel and foam bath which was very enjoyable. Afterwards we had an hour long massage which was great. . We feel like new people after it. Excellent value for money. Have been here once before and will definitely come again. Can't recommend this place enough.

A really great Hamman, very friendly staff. The care and applications were really recommended. The transfer in a brand new Changan and a driver named Ahmed who takes you safely and well from to the hotel.

Our pickup, which was included in the price, was forgotten. At pickup time came a WhatsApp where we were. I should send a picture of the hotel. No reaction after that. After waiting 30 minutes I have written to the provider, even since no reaction. Then our security representative from the hotel got involved and called. After 60 minutes finally pick up from the hotel. Upon arrival at Clepatra Spa, there was tea. Then we went to change (advantage to other spas in Hurghada you keep your key from the locker) then we went to the sauna. There it was quite noisy in the vestibule, I was so not used to this spa and the staff were very stressed. When we came out of the sauna it was quiet and we went to the steam bath from there to the jacuzzi. We were left in there for quite a long time. We got the feeling that somehow everything was double booked. After 30 minutes in the jacuzzi (where we were sold drinks and fish fun) we finally head to Haman. As always, it was good there, it always varies from employee to employee. The whole body massage afterwards lasted 60 minutes and was very good

We were there the 4th time. We no longer want to book another hammam, were always disappointed with others, not here at all. We will come back. 👍🏻👍🏻

RUN AWAY... Already the driver was half an hour late to pick us up. Arrived on the spot, a wait not possible, it speaks very loudly from everywhere. We're like a herd in an enclosure. Hammam and massage at a super affordable price. We started with the sauna, then Jacuzzi, Turkish bath and ended with Hammam and massage. The care of the staff in washing the body was really thorough and the massage was excellent. One of the best ever made!

What can I say about that? We booked a Hammam for the first time in Hurghada and it was just fantastic. First we were allowed to go to the sauna afterwards we went to the steam bath afterwards we went to the hot tub. Afterwards we really started with a full body wash and removing all impurities with a kind of peeling glove. Then we got a foam massage that felt as soft as cotton wool. After a short relaxation break and a drink on the house, we went on to the full body massage with massage oil. The massage was outstandingly good and went on for almost 1 hour. As a finishing touch, we were given a face mask. I recommend it to every holidaymaker to go there once. If we are close again we will definitely come back. Greetings from Germany
