Further to our conversation this morning, I would like to say that, after waiting for 1hour a car turned up to take us to our small English speaking tour. However when getting on the bus, it was not English speaking. Them Neither the driver or tour guide spoke to us, we then drove for a while and stopped, we didn’t know what for and nobody told us. This my wife found very worrying and started to stress her. We were then told we were meeting with a car with someone who spoke English. Not what we paid for as we prefer a small group, that’s what we booked for. The whole day was supposed to be all inclusive, so was surprised when we were asked to pay, it also stated we had paid to go into the spinks, which was was also expected to pay again for. The mini bus was also very uncomfortable for a long trip , not your usual standard. We was expecting a lovely day out, but all we got was worry, stress, extremely sore back and less money than expected So I request a small refunded. Many thanks, I’ll be waiting for your response.

Experience an exclusive Hurghada-to-Cairo day trip by van, traveling in a small group for a personalized journey to Egypt’s greatest wonders. This all-inclusive tour features a visit to the brand-new Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM), home to the world’s most significant collection of ancient artifacts, including the complete, breathtaking treasures of King Tutankhamun and his iconic solid gold mask. After exploring the museum’s state-of-the-art galleries, you will head to the Giza Plateau to stand before the Great Pyramids and the Sphinx. Your day includes seamless hotel transfers, a professional Egyptologist guide, a delicious local lunch, and all entry fees, ensuring a stress-free immersion into 5,000 years of history.
The Pyramids of Giza are the only one of the seven ancient wonders still remaining to this day. It is believed that they were built to serve as an eternal resting place of the pharaohs. The oldest and largest of the three pyramids was build on demand of Khufu or named also Cheops. The middle sized pyramid was built by Khafre or also called Chefre, the son of Khufu. And the third and smallest one was built by Menkaure alias Mycerinus, the grandson of Khufu and son of Khafre. Despite the fact that throughout the millennia ancient civilizations built incredible structures across the planet, the Pyramids of Giza outshine nearly all of them.
Next on the agenda is the Egyptian Museum of Antiquities that is housing the most valuable collections of artifacts and antiquities of its kind. The more than 100.000 items in the museum include some 1.700 artifacts from the tomb of Tutankhamun, including the solid golden mask that covered the pharaoh’s head. Other treasures to be found at the museum are reliefs, sarcophagi, papyri, funerary art and the content of various tombs but also jewelry, and ornaments of all kinds. Sculptures and statues are also to be found at the museum. An entire hall is dedicated to the royal mummies of 11 kings and queens.

We had a wonderful trip to Cairo on the 11th March. Our driver Zuma and Guide Abdul were brilliant, kept us safe and taught us a lot about the country and sites. We would thoroughly recommend this trip and the care and consideration that both the driver and guide showed was wonderful.
Great trip for 2 persons, all well arranged by HurghadaOnlineTours. Pickup at the hotel, flight to Cairo, pickup by guide and driver and we spent the day at the Egyptian Museum, pyramids and in the city. Guide Sayed gave us all options for personalization and we had a wonderfull tour. All went smooth and we felt very safe with dlthe driver Arafat, who managed to drive calmly but swift theough the chaotic traffic. Many thanks for this wonderful and memorable experience!!
My friend and I are very thankful to Akram for making this trip a possibility for us! We had initially booked what we thought was a highly rated tour through Get Your Guide, but very late the night before the trip was supposed to happen, they had informed us that no more flight tickets were available. Disappointed, as we were already in bed anticipating getting picking up super early for our flight to Cairo, we were guaranteed that flights were available for the following day. As you can expect, they were not able to get flights for the following day either. So we got our money back, and with only 1 full day of our trip in Hurghada left, we thought we'd ask around other companies if making this trip was a possibility. With less than 24 hours until the trip was supposed to start, Hurghada Online Tours, specifically Akram, was the only one who was able to make hit happen for us. So for that, we are thankful to him. In regards to the tour itself, our driver to and from the Hurghada airport was very kind and picked us up and dropped us off promptly. We flew to Cairo and met our guide Sayed and driver Ahmed at the airport. Ahmed was an amazing driver throughout the entire day, and my friend and I felt very safe with him behind the wheel amidst the chaos that is driving in Cairo. Sayed had great spirits the entire day and was very informative as he took us to the Museum of Egypt and the Pyramids of Giza. He allowed us to take our time everywhere we went and took tons of photos for us, which we appreciated. So big shoutout to them! Towards to end of the day, before having to head back to Cairo airport, we had some time to kill when my friend and I said we were interested in buying gold jewellery from an authentic place in Cairo. Our guide took us to Merit Center Bazaar. Upon getting there, we quickly realized the shop was a tourist trap. Prices were completely inflated and did not at all reflect what 18k gold per gram was supposed to sell for. Downstairs to Merit Bazaar is the Egypt Papyrus Institute. They start out with a demo on how papyrus paper is made which sucks you in. We ended up purchasing a couple of pieces, but looking back on it, we fully fell into the trap as everything was most likely overpriced and mass produced. The worker wasn't even able to tell us who painted one of the artworks which had no signature, which we should've noticed was a red flag. We just hope we bought real papyrus and not banana leaves, but who knows. So if you get recommended this place, maybe go elsewhere. Overall, grateful to Hurghada Online Tours!
We actually got in touch with them directly as there is not a private tour option via Tripadvisor. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Our guide Ahmed was very knowledgeable and took great pictures for us. The two drivers were great too and the van was clean and comfortable. It was a whole day (2am pick-up and 10pm drop-off at our hotel Jaz Bluemarine) and honestly tiring, but worth it. I will definitely recommend them to anyone if you want a reliable and competitively priced tour from Hurghada.
It was cancelled however we didn’t know that until 1 hr 20 mins after the tour should have started and after waiting around for 45 mins before giving up and going back to bed.
Great trip to Cairo with my family including 2 young children. Air con transport from Hurghada was good with lots of drinks provided. Very knowledgeable tour guide who was very helpful.
I queried online about doing a day trip to Cairo from Hurghada by plane for 4 adults. Akram responded by providing full itinerary and price and how to pay. The price was competitive with others and I went ahead and booked it. One the day of the trip, the taxi came on time to pick us from the hotel to the airport for the onwards journey to Cairo. At Cairo the tour guide and taxi came on time and the whole day was organised nicely and we all really enjoyed the whole day. The tour guide, Sultan was excellent and very friendly and informative. I would recommend Akram anytime.
Everything was perfect! Professionalism, dedication, common sense and quality from the staff!! I highly recommend!
It was a very nice camel was a gentleman taking me for a nice stroll in the sand, food at the buffet was bad but altogether a great experience
An excellent trip after was initially cancelled last minute. Our tour guide Mandour was absolutely brilliant, helpful, and highly passionate and we had a great time. Even with the long drive this is a brilliant tour and well worth the cost and we absolutely loved it.
Very good experience with our guide Sherrieff. He was very good and informative. He organised a nice restaurant for lunch, camel ride and Bedouin. All suitable for my 14 and 7 year old kids.
Trip was cancelled 30minutes before we were supposed to be picked up. We left the hotel to meet the van at the main gate as they can't go in (20min waited) and after we went back to the reception for Internet signal to find out our trip was cancelled as they did not have permission to enter Cairo in that day. So woke up at 1am for nothing with 2 kids. This is after they confirmed a day before the trip was on.
We had a wonderful trip from Hurghada to Cairo & Giza. Right from the start we were picked up at our scheduled time from our hotel. There were two drivers who made us feel very welcomed, safe and comfortable on our journey. We travelled in an air conditioned van with 5 other people. The group is small which gives a more personalised experience. The drive was pleasant early in the morning and we slept until the rest stops for use of the toilet and can buy food and drink. Water and snacks were included on our vehicle journey also. Once in Cairo we first stopped at the Egyptian Museum of antiquities all tickets included. We met our lovely welcoming tour guide who was very knowledgeable and spoke many languages. Our tour guide also gave us useful tips on how to avoid the tourist scams and hustlers. He also best advised us on where to shop for souvenirs at a reasonable price, if you wanted to and no pressure to buy or do any other activity if you didn’t want to. He was unlike any other tourist guide made our trip run very efficiently and smoothly the extra knowledge and advice of Egyptian culture in the city of Cairo this made our trip so much more enjoyable. We stopped for perfume shop for 30 minutes you could try purfume and have tea or coffee but you are not obligated to buy anything. Afterwards we went for our included lunch at a buffet restaurant which was very good. Drinks are extra charge. Then we went to visit the pyramids of Giza and the Sphynx. Which is included ticket admission. If you want to as extra activity your guide will organise a camel ride Our experience I would 100% recommend! This was absolutely fantastic the men take very good panoramic pictures. Also horse and carnage is extra option. This is paid in cash Egyptian, 500 aprox. ( March 2024) We returned in good time. It’s a long day as expected from Hurghada from 2am to 10pm we would recommend to bring a neck pillow for sleeping and your own snacks and water. I would 100% recommend this tour experience.
Great experience… Cairo is such a vibrant city to visit … the private tour guide really tailor made the program to our likes … highly recommended tour agency and trustworthy Manager
We booked a private trip to Cairo from Hurghada. We had a great van with friendly drivers. Also the Dutch guide was friendly and has told us a lot. Lunch was great. So we where very happy with this, all we ask for was arranged
Really great day out, the team were professional, knowledgeable and fun, and the others in the group added even more good company. A really excellent itinerary and experience, with all the hassle taken out and a lot of positives added in. Highly recommended!
OK here goes. There’s so many facets to the experience we booked that it makes sense to start at the beginning. It’s an early morning start, like early early. Pick up from Crystal Bay was 1am, and credit where it’s due, the mini-van arrived pretty much on schedule and one of the drivers came into the lobby to collect us. Our drivers didn’t speak a lot of English, so don’t expect a lot of information to be forthcoming before reaching Cairo! Pickups at other hotels in Hurghada took another 45 minutes or so before heading north out of town towards Cairo. If you, like ourselves are experiencing Egypt for the first time, be prepared for a bit of a culture shock on the roads. There are no rules other than get from A to B. Speed limits, lane discipline, driver etiquette… nah forget it, it’s every car, van, bus lorry, motor-cyclist for themselves. Honking the horn and flashing lights to advise drivers in front to get the hell out of the way is something you’ll need to get comfortable with real quick. There are several stops on the way for comfort breaks, tolls and police check some of which may seem a bit shady and uncomfortable, and do seem to add a lot of time to the journey but must be necessary. Take advantage of the comfort breaks and remember cash is king. 10egp seems to be the norm for use of the rest rooms which by British standards are immaculately clean. Coffee is also advisable in the early hours unless you’re able to sleep while hurtling along at speeds on roads that are less than perfect. You’ll know when you’re in Cairo, as the traffic turns into utter bedlam. It’s nuts!!! 8,10,12 lanes of traffic converging onto 2 at best once you hit the old town at around 9.30am. Motorcycles, cycles, pedestrians, tuk tuks all become potential adversaries and targets in the utter chaos. Our first stop was the Egyptian Musuem where we met our guide for the day. An hour or so inside the museum taking on the major artefacts and displays with our guide telling the story of each and building a picture along the way. Back into the minivan for a short trip to the banks of the Nile for a boat trip that wasn’t on our specific inventory but was for some of our fellow travellers. It’s was offered to us for for €10 per person which seemed pretty reasonable for a 25minute round trip. Following the boat trip back onto the minivan again for the short trip to Giza. Traffic is still busy at around midday but our drivers appeared to be experts and finding and indeed in some cases creating gaps in the bumper to bumper and door to door chaos! Arriving in Giza, it’s startling to see how quickly the pyramids appear over the top of the urban landscape. A visit to a local business selling glassware and perfume essences is followed by an all you can eat lunch at a local restaurant which was clean and welcoming. The cost of food is included but drinks are not so have a few euros/dollars handy! Also take the opportunity to use the rest room here as it’s the last chance before the pyramids. They pyramids themselves and the sphinx are wondrous and our guide was again top notch with information and photography skills and tips. Last stop is at a local art store for a demonstration of how papyrus is made and used with another opportunity to spend your $$$. We dropped our guide off around 4pm after a day which is absolutely non-stop and puts any effects of sleep deprivation on the back burner. Leaving Cairo is the reverse experience of entering Cairo… chaos, mayhem then nothing! The journey back is once more peppered with rest stops, tolls and security checks but maybe not to the extent of the outward journey. Take advantage of these breaks to eat as you won’t return to resort until after 9pm! To summarise the day on a sentence is not to do it justice. It’s equal parts humbling, exciting, educational and to some extents utterly terrifying!!! Tips to enjoy the day to the max? 1. Have plenty off small denominations of cash in EGP, Euro and USD on hand. 2. Trust your drivers and listen to your guide. 3. Immerse yourself 100% in the experience. 4. You’ll spend 12 hours in that minivan… at some point someone will fart!
We visited Cairo by a Van from Hurghada with 3 children on 22nd October. Akram gave me the best price for a private tour. I arranged it before coming to Egypt. I did not have to pay even a penny to confirm the trip and only have to pay in the morning of the tour (I actually paid on my way back). They were very punctual. If you booked your Egypt trip with a big travel agent you will meet by an agent affiliated to the travel company at the hotel and pressure your to book with them. Mine told me that I will not have insurance if I book through others ( I think he was trying to scare us for booking online cheap). The van was clean and air conditioned. The drivers were polite and good but speaks little english. The tour guide joined us at Cairo. He speaks good english. He knows very well what he is doing and explained everything nicely and clearly. He took family photos for us. The pyramids were little crowded (nothing to with the tour). Great Sphinx was less crowded as we didn't go inside the pyramid which is not included in the price. Papyrus museum and perfume factory was nice as an experience. There was a bit of indirect pressure for buying stuff from those shops. The items clearly appeared overpriced. We did not buy anything though. You can use wash rooms on these places. After the Pyramids, Sphinx, museums we had our included lunch. The restaurant was in the middle of a town. It was clean and tidy. the food presented very nice and appeared very hygienic. The choices are little limited compared to the hotels but well worth. The last stop was Egyptian museum. It will take at least one day if you want to go through all the exhibits. However, the guide took us through the major exhibits and we had time to wander around if needed (kids were tired by this time). It is again a very long journey way back and they will stop at the same food court where it stopped in the morning. The foods at the court is bit overpriced but you have a variety of choices. Tip1: Make sure you collect/carry plenty of bottled water Tip2: Keep some Egyptian Pounds with you as you need to pay for using wash rooms on the food court where all tourist vehicles stops and also at the Pyramids. I didn't have any Egyptian pounds and the tour guide lend me some money (of course I paid back). Tip 3: Use the wash rooms at the Papyrus museum or perfume factory or at the lunch place as those are more hygienic than the once at the Pyramids (also free). I would rather tip driver and the guide little extra rather than paying to use wash rooms. Tip 4: take some water to the lunch as they charge extra for bottled water and of course for any extra drinks. Tip 5: Please have your breakfast in the Van while travelling as there will be no extra time for having the breakfast. Considering all the costs including tickets to pyramids and museum, I think the price was very reasonable. It was well organised. TOP TIP: JUST TEXT AKRAM IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT CAIRO TRIP FROM HURGHADA. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.
I have just returned from a one week holiday in Hurghada. During this time I had two wonderful trips with Hurghada Online Tours, one to Luxor via car and the other to Cario by Plane. Both guides were very knowledgeable but I must say, if you have the opportunity and are in Cairo, request Reeham, you will not be disappointed. She is a force of nature and obviously loves Egyptian history. We had private transport for both trips including the 7hr round trip for Luxor. Both cars were modern and very clean. The drivers were considerate, prompt and professional. I had been investigating the different tours that were available before we went to Egypt and Akram @ Hurghada Online Tours always answered my questions promptly and with detailed information. I was concerned about booking the tours via an online company especially as they were substantially cheaper than tours provided by EasyJet who we booked the hotel through. However when I asked Akram when he wanted payment, he replied he only wanted payment when the taxi picked us up for the start of the trip, so there was no risk. I must also mention that I changed the Cario tour from taxi to plane a few days before departure. Akram purchased the ticket himself taking the risk that I did not back out of the agreement, not sure many other tour companies would do this. The Easyjet representative did try to get me to use their preferred travel company, he could not compete on price with Hurghada Online Tours and therefore implied that our safety could be at risk. If you are thinking about booking any tours in Hurghada do not be intimidated by the local representative, contact Akram @ Hurghada Online Tours and enjoy a professional tour at a responsible cost.
The best day ever! Contacted Akram in advance of our trip to Egypt by WhatsApp he is very quick to respond and will answer any questions you have. The hotel we are staying at is a little out the way of Hurghada so Akram organised extra taxis for us to get to and from the tour bus these were on time and we were not left waiting at all. All of the drivers and Morisha the tour guide were very friendly, helpful and happy to explain anything to you most of all they want you to have a great time. The van journey is very long but the van is air conditioned and comfortable and it is definitely worth it for the trip you get when you are there! As well as seeing the Egyptian museum, pyramids and sphinx which of course are the main reasons to visit we also got to ride a camel and take a boat ride on the river Nile! Akram also arranged a private transfer from the airport to our hotel for us when we arrived in Egypt so we did not have to wait on the TUI bus. The taxi ride was a good price and they were already waiting for us when we got out of the airport just what you need after w long day of travelling no messing around. The people that picked us up were very friendly and even told us a bit about Egypt and Hurghada on the way to our hotel. I would highly recommend Akram and his team for any trips you want to take in Egypt
We had a fantastic time visit the pyramids, sphinx and the Egyptian museum. Akram has been extremely helpful with everything and is always there whenever I had a question, he recommended the hotel we stayed at (Jaz Aquamarine) which was brilliant. I would highly recommend using hurghada online tours as they have fantastic prices, 5* customer service and extremely reliable
To be honest, whilst seeing the Pyramids is a must when in Egypt, I was still dreading the long day, having to travel 6 hours each way from and back to Hurghada. However, I can honestly say me and my partner had the best day and this really made our week long holiday ! Akram was easy to talk to and he arranged everything for us without us having to worry at all. The car was comfortable and Ahmed made us feel very safe whilst driving, which is not always how you feel in Egypt ! Ahmed spoke good English and really helped us understand the history and help with our questions. Super Mo was our tour guide and wow, this man is intelligent ! He was so so knowledgeable but we were not bored. He gave just the right amount of information and his English is impeccable. He ate lunch with us and he just had a laugh and talked about our families which is nice and makes you feel like he really cares. During our tours to the museum and pyramids, Mohammed was always there when we turned around and helped us with turning away scammers and ensured we had a good deal with the horse and camel rides which we wanted to do. He also spent the day taking photos of us and did not ask for any money or push for a tip. The service is so good you can’t help but leave them a little something to say thank you! The lunch included was lovely and we only had to pay for drinks, which was not much. Just as a tip, take extra money as you will be charged to use the toilets. Some wet wipes will help too! I cannot recommend this trip enough, honestly. It was truly and unforgettable experience and we really feel as though we have made friends within this company.
Excellent experience. I recommand it! We took the Van from Hurghada. The guide is very professionnal, took care of us and avoid the crowded aera in the museum. We were all the time the first at the right place..first at the restaurant too...very good tour!
A good but long trip. Akram communicated well from the start by WhatsApp. I was nervous to book with someone I hadn't met but I didn't need to be. He offered a good price and good advice. As for the trip after an early start (with driver 20 mins late) it took 8 hours to get to Cairo due to the compulsory convoy. Our driver got a bit lost so by the time we got to the Museum we were late. Super Mo is an excellent guide, his English is superb and his enthusiasm clear. He entertained us well - including children aged 13 and 11. We asked for an authentic Egyptian lunch after seeing the tourist restaurant and he went off to find it. Meanwhile we were left in the papyrus shop where we were told we would be educated about making papyrus. However it was 10% education and 90% hard sell. They are beautiful and we did buy one. Similar thing with the perfume shop - I'm sure the product is great quality but it definitely feels like a tourist trap. We enjoyed the pyramids and sphinx and Super Mo helped us take some great photos. The trip back to Makadi bay was better - a mere 6 hours. All in all recommended but a very long day out.
Was an excellent experience, very friendly, flexible and professional drivers !!! Lots of fun with our tourist guide with a super extra informations included, very helpful at all the time!!! Would highly recommend this trip as it's a small group you have more time to spend in each places!!! Thank you so much for all of you to make my dream to become a reality!!!
One of my favorite day in Egypt. First of all, not so many turists and crowds in December. Second, our guide, Super Mo(Muhamed) was amazing, explained and showed everything in Cairo. It was really great, I am still amazed.
Based on my experience, I do not recommend to use this company for the tour from Hurghada to Cairo at all. After the agreement about the Private tour - the price and all the conditions, the company increased already agreed price by 25% - 2 days before our trip. Be careful when you agree any trip with this company.
A trip to remember! Thank you Akram for all! Great experience and great people! It was the best !!!!
The journey to/from Cairo was comfortable and safe (a small new car, crossover), the driver was on time, very polite and helpful (excepting the fact that he didn't spoke English very well) and the tour guide in Cairo was excellent (he spoke English well and he was a real source of useful and interesting information). PS the time spent in the car from Hurghada to Cairo and back was about six hours each way.
We took 2 trips from them, we spoke with Akram, who was very open and gave us all the required information. The guide Ashraf was the best. Thank you.
Really enjoyable experience. Travelled to Cairo, Giza Plateau, Karnak and also drove quads and buggies in the desert. Big thumb up for Ashraf, our Egyptian guide, perfect command of English, knows a lot of info about the sights, funny trivia. Talkative and reliable guy. Many thanks to Akhram, the organizer. Serious, steady-going person, eager to help. Provides all necessary info. Strongly recommend!
Very good organised tour and flexible arrangements. Initially I inclined for a Cairo tour from Hurgada with plane transportation but unfortunately there were no suitable flights in the morning so Akram whom I contacted via Internet, gave me the alternative to go to Cairo with a private van and return in the evening by plane which was a good ideea regarding the distance. Emad the guide, was very knowledgeable in ancient egiptian history and offered us practical information also regarding egiptian traditions, day to day life and how to stay clear of all small traders that try to offer either merchandise or services so you can enjoy your visit. The drivers were very punctual and as swift as they could. We felt safe and enjoyed our trips, one to Cairo and one to Luxor. Thank you for our nice experience.
Excellent service from mr Akram. We had a very comfortable trip. The driver was on time as pre-arranged. Very nice people from driver to guide and the people on the phone. Thank you!
Arranged our trip before we left the UK due to having young children on the trip. Was abit unsure what to expect as this was done via messages. The service was amazing. Akram advised us the night before to get packed breakfast from the hotel and ensure we book for dinner as we will be late back (something we never thought about) The pick up from Hughada was at 3am and this was on time. The long journey to Cairo was pleasant we had a couple of stops car journey was comfortable and we mostly slept through. We got to the museum just as it was opening and our tour guide Mohammed was great. The tour was in English and Mohammed had great knowledge. We listened to the tour through walkie talkies as we were a group of 10. We stopped for lunch and then went on to a guided tour of the Pyramids and the Sphinx. Mohammed had a great sense of humour and kept us engaged throughout the day. Hughada online tours offer competitive prices. If you want to plan your trips ahead of your holiday you can completely trust this company. Once again thank you for a memorable trip to Cairo.
Made this excursion with my friend, we were definitely unanimous, a splendid experience. Thank you very much for the kindness and professionalism of the whole team. Baba Jorge was a phenomenal guide. The show was great and the activity an incredible moment. I totally recommend it...
We talked to Akram from France directly, and we booked a tour from Hurghada by van on september 23rd. During our trip in Hurghada, we met 4 friends, and so a few days before our supposed trip, we asked Akram if we could add those 4 friends into our trip, and there was no problem at all. Also, two nights before the trip, I realized I have not specified we wanted a french guide, and he managed to have us a french instead of the english one he initially had for us. So that was great ! The trip to Hurghada was long, very long with the drivers driving fast on tons of bumpy roads, but that is how Egyptians drive, and the roads do not help at all. The drivers did respect all of our requirements such as turning on/off lights and A/C without questioning. I had my baby of 20 months with us and Akram and the drivers made this trip a lot easier for us. Did not get the chance to book other trips, because my baby was already tired of the Nile cruise we were in the week before. If I could recommend someone, definitely would be Akram !!
We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of this tour. Most of other services we experienced during our holidays in Egypt were very beneath the levels of our expectance, but the experience we got from this tour, pretty much compensated all the other bad ones. The tour guide (Ahmed) really provided all his effort to entertain, educate and make sure we got everything we needed for this tour. We had enough time to catch up with the group, and to pleasantly enjoy the sightseeings! Also the drivers were really careful and thoughtful about us.
Tiring excursion, but it was worth it. Our guide Mohammed was very good, attentive, and knowledgeable, and he gave us a wonderful experience. Obviously, they took us to perfume and papyrus shops, which we would have gladly done without.
I didn't like the way the experience was organized. The car is not comfortable to make a trip of so many hours and during the night. The guide in Cairo charged money for things that were already included in the reservation. I chose the option of having everything included and in the end I had to pay more 20€ per person directly to the guide to see a view of the pyramids that was included in the price, worse than that is that we went in a chariot pulled by horse, the guide didn't even go, and we still gave a slice to the owner of the chariot. What saved the trip were the other 2 couples who also went with our group, show us very well and they also felt stolen. The pyramids are worth seeing and the great Egyptian museum, but I recommend going to another company.
We went on two outings with Akram and in both cases we keep a great experience The first we went to Cairo to see the new museum and the Pyramids. Private car with a guide. Everything went very well. The driver was serious and careful The second we went to Paradise Island, a driver came to our hotel to take us to the port.Day boat with drinks and meals on board, plus 1h30 on the island with private deckchair I recommend this body which is very serious and very correct in price
Super good organization, quick contact via whatsap. Everything on time with pickup, beautiful places and everything within a good Timeline. The guide was phenomenally special thanks to Donny, because of the expertise and knowledge of the history about Egypt it made the trip extra special. Next time we absolutely book again at Hurghada online tours Thank you so much Dennis and Melissa.
The trip was not as expected because the tour guides were constantly pushing. And the driver did not drive particularly well or carefully – often too fast or jerky, so it felt unsafe.
Superbe journée, nous avons tous vu, rapide mais nécessaire pour une journée. Trajet en bus de hurghada au Caire très sécurisée, un peu à l étroit mais c est le principe en connaissance de cause
Very interesting tour where we saw a lot. Driver very reliable and good (we felt safe, even on the long tour) and the tour guide knew well. There is a deduction due to the organization, as we had to spend a total of almost two hours waiting both on the way out and on the way back, as the groups were merged from different VIP vans due to the language. Also there is deduction for the restaurant, cheap and fast food in the atmosphere of a transit restaurant.
The tour was undoubtedly wonderful, but the exploration, I'm outraged, the package I booked was all inclusive as you describe, and at the pyramids when getting in the van, the person in charge charged each person 20 euros, This has to have an explanation, 13/06 /2024
Great trip! Nice and friendly supervisors. Lunch was delicious. A beautiful experience. Food, drinks and snacks will be provided along the way. In my opinion, the trip to the perfumery store should have been omitted.
Pyramid excursion, museum, sphinx, meals, perfumes: Saad (driver), Shaima (daughter and co-pilot), Armed (English guide) and Mohamed (french guide) Mostly English-speaking group so not necessarily fun for us. Not really feeling like I was part of this group all day. The description of the day could be more precise as to what is included or not. It is mentioned that entry to the Giza Pyramid is included but it was not specified that you still have to pay entry to go inside. When you've never been here, it's surprising and if you haven't planned, you're very upset, especially with children. This really deserves clarification. Overall, the day is very well organized, even too well organized because the visit to the museum is hasty without even having time to stop at the souvenir shop... My son and I would have happily taken a look but not possible because the day is precise. Not so much a holiday rhythm.... Fortunately, the sites visited are incredible enough to look past these details. But I will have to go back and this time with a private guide or on my own so as not to have to depend on other people. Our French-speaking guide was especially kind and attentive throughout the visits, especially with my son who really appreciated it. He loved the photo sessions with Mohamed, so a big thank you to him.
A must! All well organized. Picked up at 0:30 in Sona Bay, 9:00 in the museum, great lunch, 13:00-15:00 pyramids and sphinx, 21:30 back.
