Nice clean Boat Friendly people

Nice day swimming with dolphins and snorkelling. The pick up time was as agreed, however the waiting time for the last tourists was too long, we spend an hour in the marina. Otherwise everything was good, the choice of soft drinks and lunch. Snorkelling was also long enough to explore the reefs.

We had a last minute decision to do this trip and glad we did it. Getting close to the dolphins was great (albeit brief) as was swimming near the coral which lasted longer. Food was filling and there were soft drinks too. The only feedback I would say is that it felt an age before we last the pier, nearly 2 hours after our pick up. The tour said 8 hours inclusive from 8am, we didn't leave till 9:40.

Overall a very nice experience and an amazing day at sea. Friendly staff and the food was fine. We saw a few dolphins from the boat, but no chance to swim with them. Beautiful coral reefs with snorkeling guide and no safety issues. All equipment available for free. Only complaint would be a long wait at the harbour before leaving with no information as to why we were waiting an hour before leaving.

Never seen such clear water in my life so can’t wait to come back again. Love that I get to swim around beautiful preserved coral reef and fish. The guides took wonderful care of me when snorkeling and went out of their way to try to spot dolphins. It’s such a wonderful experience for my first time ever in Egypt.

Got to see dolphins but due to extreme wind, we couldn't swim with them. Lunch was great. Greatful to Ahmed and team for the experience.

It was a good trip. It’s a day at sea looking for dolphins with lots of snorkelling. I got to swim alongside a dolphin which was a great experience. What let this trip down was the organisation. I had to chase them for a pick-up time which I didn’t receive until really late the night before. The lack of communication was frustrating, we didn’t know where they were picking us up and if the trip was even going ahead. Not a surprise once on the trip as it was a bunch of young lads running the trip who were having a great time. It was a fun atmosphere but not the most professional but for the price I can’t complain really.

I am happy with dolphin VIP, especially, best guid SIKH MOHAMED, he did the best he could.

sheik Mohammed was our guide and he was awesome. So friendly and looked after my son really well. We seen many dolphins and the snorkel was a great experience. Really recommend and our guide was fantastic.

Hi. I had booked provisionally with another company for £80, I changed my mind and booked this trip which was much cheaper and thank god I did. Excellent trip. Picked up at hotel and transferred to boat waiting by Hilton Hotel. Very warm welcome. Boat was very clean and staff brilliant. In all bout 20 on board. Made our way out to Dolphin house didn't know what to expect but fingers crossed. We arrived in area with quite a few boats about. Staff on board informed us if we wanted to get in and swim we were welcome to. They knew what they were doing with a dolphin spotter in front of boat. WOW WOW the dolphins came. What an experience to see close up. Absolutely amazing. Plenty of time spent here with pictures galore lol. We left and stopped another 2 times for a chance to snorkel with equipment provided. Lunch was provided very nice and constant flow of soft drinks and coffee and tea provided in price. We finished trip and again transferred back to hotel. Don't just think about it BOOK this trip. 1st class very well organised trip by people who knew what they were doing.

The experience is good, the diving coaches are experienced and friendly. There are 3 dives included in this trip including dolphin house and two coral reefs for scuba diving. The water is clean and we can see many dolphins and coral fishes

The Boattrip was amazing. Everything was so well organised and the crew was fun and nice to spend the day with. We visited some beautiful reefs and I saw so many different and beautiful fishes. A day to remember! 🐠

We had such a wonderful time, and our tour guides were fantastic with our daughter. They really helped her feel at ease in the water when she was a bit nervous and made sure she felt safe and comfortable. We got to see dolphins and snorkel in two different spots, plus we had lunch. The guide and camera man went above and beyond to help all the kids on board get used to the experience and feel safe. Just a heads-up, there is an extra entry fee of €10 per person after you have paid on Tripadvisor.

This trip was lovely the snorkel guides and boat workers were amazing. The only problem is this trip says it includes and water sport experience banana boat etc we were no offered this option. Swimming with the dolphins and snorkeling was unforgettable.

It's a very good experience, the guide and staff are very patient and nice, we saw very good views.

Sadly this experience was cancelled due to bad weather and the Red Sea Authorities prohibiting boats sailing but company offered us to rebook an alternative date. Sadly our holiday was not long enough so they gave us a full refund. Hopefully we will be back in Hurghada and can do this excursion another time.

This trip is not swimming with dolphins, it is snorkeling by the reef. It was still very pleasant, beautiful corals and fish. We did go dolphin watching and saw a small group of wild dolphins. Food on board was great, staff friendly. Please note you are not free to swim around, you are guided by a staff member in a group, which can be annoying as slow swimmers and splashing can ruin the experience. Extra £5 pp fees for national park.

This trips was awesome. People were super nice and helpful during the whole tirp. The food was also good. We were so lucky to see and swim with the dolphins and even with a whale shark!

It was truly an amazing experience. We booked this tour and got picked up at our hotel in soma bay around 7:45. After we arrived the tour started and we got to see the dolphins. We saw many of them and they actually came so close. At this point the experience was truly amazing. Who would have guessed that it gets even better. We had two nice snorkelling drives and a lunch with swimming option. On our way back one of our amazing guides spotted a whale shark and we got to see him close, we even swam with him. It was the perfect day with the perfect tour!

Mohamed Ali was an excellent guide and took great care of us. He did his Job really well and we enjoyed the Tour with him really much. Regarding the planning everthing was also good. First we went to the snorkeling Spot for the Dolphins. Unfortunately there was only one dolphin to see. Now to the negative Point is that there were too many people in the Tour and it was really overcrowded. Especially in that snorkeling Spot there were also different boats and therefore to many people to be able to enjoy the experience. It felt Like a Race and it was rather stressful. So I Wouldnt recommend this Tour if youre Not a good swimmer and Need more assistance from your snorkeling Guide, since He wont be able to have eyes constantly on everyone. The second snorkeling Spot was a Little Bit better. In General we saw too Little Dolphins for a dolphin Tour. The Food After the snorkeling was really nice. In General for that Price it is a really nice Tour.

Fabulous day, me and my best friend took her brothers. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming, being so nice to the kids. Definitely would recommend. 10/10.

We had a great day on and off the boat. The crew was very kind and professional, we had fun on the boat and then we had the opportunity to swim with a playful dolphin, really special. The snorkeling was very beautiful, the lunch was great and the photos and videos (extra fee) were awesome. Our special guide Mohamed from Alfatours was really friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
