We had an amazing trip thank you to Mr Ashraf at Rimo tours. The boat trip was very nice & staff so friendly & helpful. Snorkeling was beautiful. Orange bay also beautiful. Recommend taking cash as no contactless/card at Orange bay. We purchased lovely photographs from the staff on the boat/under water. Highly recommend
😡 I booked a transfer service with this company. A man named Ashraf—who claimed to be the manager—contacted me with offers and referred me to Ayman El-Bakhtawi, who said he was the company owner. I booked a trip with Ayman and agreed on a price, but when the time came for the trip, he demanded an additional fee, stating that I couldn't go—or get a refund—unless I paid it. I was forced to pay, which put me in an extremely embarrassing situation. During the trip, I met other customers receiving the exact same service for a much lower price. These people are scammers, and I will never book with them again. 😡🤬🤬

Very good .& very respectfull when it comes to dolphin watching. Had a great snorkeling experience & lots of fun. The underwater pictures & videos are breathtaking. Thank you SO MUCH ❤️.

We had a great time - it was excellent value for money, the boat was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. Note - you’ll need cash if you want to buy snacks or drinks during the stop on Orange Island.

We found snorkeling a super unique experience. Only the visit to Orange bay was a bit disappointing. Afterwards the activities on the banana boat and the sofa were not so bad.
