Sahl Hasheesh & Makadi: Transfer To Or From Hurghada Airport!

Excellent pick up and drop off service, to Premier Le Reve Hotel. Polite driver and clean vehicle. Used this company in March this year and will use again for my next visit, so much quicker and easier than using the TUI transfer coach.

Booked Hurghada Transfer for the journeys on both sides of my trip - from the airport to the hotel, and from the hotel back to the airport. Be aware: Booking the TripAdvisor option 'From airport to Hurghada hotel' doesn't mean all hotels in Hurghada, it means hotels only in the Hurghada city area. The areas in Hurghada that are further away - Sahl Hasheesh and others - you have to pay more for. Which I did once the driver explained the error I'd made. You're best off booking directly through their website, rather than Trip Advisor, then you'll get the full quote up front. Easy to arrange, good communication from the company (Mohamed is great!). Pick up was on time, both times. Vehicle was comfortable and clean. Journey felt speedy but safe (compared to what I'd read from other transport providers and the Egyptian driving style in general). Polite drivers. Our flight arriving in Hurghada was delayed by an hour and I was worried that our driver will have gone by then, but he was still there waiting for us with a sign and our names on it. He wasn't angry, and he still got us to the hotel just fine. It made a stressful delay much better. Excellent value for money. Don't bother getting the shared shuttle buses - they actually worked out more expensive for two of us and would have taken twice as long.

I have in previous years used Hurghada Transfers for airport transfers and have been perfectly happy with the service. I booked them again for 6 and 13 October for airport transfers but due to a mix up we were not picked up from the airport. I emailed Mohamed as soon as I could and he responded with sincere apologies for the 'no show' which was a mix up due to being in the wrong terminal and offered to transfer us back to the airport free of charge. Given the great service we had previously received and the continuous great reviews on TA we agreed to be picked up on 13 October for our return journey. The driver arrived promptly and as with previous experiences the vehicle was clean, fully air conditioned and the driver was helpful and friendly. Despite the mix up we would not hesitate to use Hurghada transfers again and fully accept that these things happen.

I live in the Netherlands and every time I book with Mr. Mohamed Nas, I respect the times when two so respectful Arabic markets are closed up.

Overall it was a pleasant trip. For the way out it was all well arranged. When problems were encountered on the way back we contacted the owner. He immediately thought in terms of solutions and tried to solve the problems. He has done this well. Therefore 4 stars.

We (mother and actually adult daughter) booked the transport to our hotel with return via their website hurghadatransfer.com (not to be confused with transferhurgada. com, which is a different company). The answer to my request arrived on the same day (1 January), and confirmation via phone call was no problem whatsoever as the operator spoke English very well. Organizing the return transfer via Whatsapp was also very easy. The routes were done by different drivers who were also fluent in English and very friendly. As for costs, we paid 630 Egyptian pounds (i.e. 34 €) in total. All in all, we can wholeheartedly recommend Hurghada Transfer/Tourghada.
