The customer service is the worst I have, they never explain or verify the pick up time. Just for mention they arrive later also. However the activity was amazing, if you have the time, definitely take the chance.

First class and value for money. Been on 2 trips with Red Dragon now and would recommend
I had a great time on the quad safari! 🏜️ The ride through the desert was so much fun, and the views were amazing. The guide was friendly and helpful, and everything was well organized. I really enjoyed the experience and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Hurghada! 😊
It was an excellent experience. The staff were outstanding. Thank you for everything.
What an absolutely fantastic experience! The quad biking was fast, exciting and great fun from start to finish. The guides were brilliant at keeping everyone moving, pulling slower riders to the side so those wanting to go faster could get past. We had a lovely stop at a Bedouin camp at the foot of the mountains, where we enjoyed a complimentary camel ride, freshly made bread and tea. The scenery was stunning, with some fantastic photo opportunities along the way. We chose the 3pm tour, which was perfect as we got to experience the desert in daylight and then the added excitement of riding back in the dark. All in all length of visit was 5 from pick up to drop off, we were picked up from Baron Palace at 2.25pm and returned 7.30pm. Communication was clear via WhatsApp. There’s a €10 charge per person for National Park entry and a further €10 pp for transport, very good value. A really memorable experience and definitely one of the highlights of our holiday. Would highly recommend.
It was a good organized trip, we enjoyed
Absolutely great trip while family enjoyed themselves, staff were all great and great value for money!
Great value for money, and the whole group had an amazing experience
Was perfect from start to finish. Had the best time and such good value for money. All the guides were fab and we had a great photographer too.
Was a great experience. My family loved it! We had a minor hiccup with the transfer going out but other than that it was perfect
It was very nice. We saw beautiful places and the culture. i would recomment.
The buggy ride itself was awesome it was everything else that wasn’t. If you are reading this please watch out for all the money gouging 1- they tried to make us double pay for the city safari permit price; had to argue with the guy even with proof 2- they will make you pay for goggles and say you need them and glasses aren’t adequate, that’s not true so we paid for nothing 3- a photographer will try to tag along even if you didn’t agree to anything. DO NOT agree to this under any circumstances. We got stuck with a guy called al magic who forced his way onto the expedition and basically hijacked it and turned it into a photoshoot which was NOT what we agreed to or paid for. After the photo shoot al magic was relentless with having us pay $100 USD for his sub quality photo shoot. He followed us around the compound for half an hour then when we finally got into the vehicle to take us back he kept being pushy to the point of accompanying us to the hotel (we had to say we left our physical credit card at the hotel to not have to pay for his forced photoshoot). After that he got his buddy to drive us to the hotel and his buddy tried making my wife stay in the car while I “go get money”. My wife ran out of the car and we had to get security to get this guy off the hotel compound, very scary experience Buggy ride awesome, scams suck and al magic is pathetic Thread carefully
Honestly, one of the worst experiences with a tour company. Less than two minutes into the drive, the guide was already pressuring one of the women to stop driving, even though she made no mistakes afterward. The worst part was the photographers getting angry and cursing in Arabic when we refused to buy their overpriced pictures (€40 for 20 photos). They wouldn’t even let us take pictures ourselves! To make things worse, just five minutes into the Bedouin dancing show, we were told to leave because we hadn’t bought the photos. At the end, the driver also kept begging us to write reviews in front of him so he could send them to his manager. We refused, but he continued insisting. This could explain why they have so many reviews. The experience itself was great, but this company ruined it with its pushy and unprofessional behaviour. I would not recommend them! Whatever they say as response is just an excuse…
It was an amazing experience. A great view with a local village. We wer 4 peaple and the guide was very friendly. It felt like a long time, even though we had a lot of fun.
Super cool it was really nice :)
Great experience had lots of fun and would definitely recommend. Our tour guide was great and photographer. Had the best time
Really good we had a guid to ourselves was out for hours the photographer was brilliant too. Driver for pick up and drop off was great too
Private tour included pickup, very nice driver Farouk, accommodating and sweet. Good drive, and it included tea in the beduin village, history of the beduins, and option of camelride.
Very good experience! We went at 2pm and we were scared that the heat would be bad, but on the ATV the wind was perfect. If I can suggest anything, bring a backpack to put all of your things inside.
it was nice and we where able to drive fast with our guide
It has been a wonderful experience, everything was perfect. I will strongly recommend it to everyone.
The safari was a wonderful experience. The guides were attentive and made sure we stayed with the group and were ready to help when needed. They talked us through it which helped for nerves.
Pick up Mr. Mohammed Was so good he Give us informations about places we seen on the road. Experience and guide was perfect really worth for the money i really recommend this.
It's good experience to driving a quad in desert.
Best trip I've ever done! Totally worth it! 🥰
Overall I enjoyed the experience but there were a couple of things which marred it slightly. After being picked up and taken to the ATV base, our driver got out and left us with no instructions of where to go. We made our way to the sheltered area ourselves and waited for the Quad safari to begin. A member of staff came and helpfully arranged our scarves in the correct way, we were then taken for a safety demonstration. The actual safari over beach and sand (plus a main road) was good and was well led. This took about 1.5 hours in total. A photographer accompanied us and took some staged shots at the photo stops as well as a video. These photos and video were available by WhatsApp for €30. Once back in camp, this was where I felt things were a bit disorganised. Our trip included a camel ride and a drink in a Bedouin village, we were not told any instructions about either. We were basically left to sit in the shelter. After about 10 minutes of hanging about we could see the Bedouin hut (purpose made) and ventured in ourselves. A man gave us a nice talk about Bedouin life and demonstrated some of the potions they make, he then was quite pushy in trying to sell us natural aftershaves or sun cream. Then our driver came in and twice interrupted us to say the bus was ready to go. I assumed we were then going to go for a camel ride but no, he said it was time to go and that everyone was waiting for us! It appeared that we had to seek out the camel for ourselves and had we not wasted time hanging about with no communication then that’s exactly what we would have done. I was disappointed about missing the camel ride. The three stars I give this trip are purely for the quad bike ride.
Nader and Elomda are the go to for some adrenaline rush in Hurgaba. It was an amazing experience !!
Five stars all the way. Went with my 5 year old son and daughter on a private trip. They LOVED it! Five stars from each of us
Good experience for the most part, though felt at times like riding through a desert building site rather than the desert, also collect in a car that seated 7, but we were a group of 8, plus the driver making it 9, not much in the way of aircon, so it let it down slightly, and of course felt slightly unsafe too… the guide was decent, friendly and would defo recommend him.
We booked this trip with Red Dragon. We would 100% recommend. We usually book through hotel but we did it direct with red dragon tours after reading trip advisor reviews. All communication via whatsap no hidden extras, very helpful with all the questions I had. The actual trip was amazing. We were picked up from hotel by guide who was lovely. Taken to quad centre all staff great, helpful and courteous. The actual trip itself was 110%, gutted we done it day before we leave as would book again. The two guides and photographer were brilliant. Really put us at ease. We did the desert and beach trip at 5pm perfect for us as not too hot. Felt like we were on the quads for hours, well worth the cost.
Best experience. Very Nice and wild
Wonderful experience with Mo and the rest of the team. First quads (top!), camel riding and a short visit of a beduine village. Can definitely reccomend and would do an extended tour to the mountains with Mo next time
Very horrible. Pickup was not in an AC car. We were picked up in a van a very hot one. The tour wasn’t organized. They left us there at the waiting area for long until we started asking questions and demanding a refund or to be taken back to the hotel. The ATV itself was good but every other thing was horrible. My worst experience on vacation
Absolutely sensational adventure, catering for mums, dads, kids through to the experienced MX rider you will love the scenery, the heat, the exceptional customer service and care from your hotel pickup by Joe to the fully escorted and supervised riding by Mohammed and Nader. Helmet and training provided to make your adventures memorable for all the right reasons and a video photo pack to remember and show everyone your Egyptian Hurghada time. Still not sure.... I'm 68 and if I can do it so can you at the pace you want. The ocean breeze makes your ride comfortable but of course a back pack, water, scarf are essential...ENJOY ENJOY
Very well organised and staff are very friendly. The ride itself is very long and well worth the price, you have 2 stops along the way for photo opp and rest before heading back. As usual they take their own photos and you pay for them, prices are reasonable but you've got to haggle to get the best deal.
From pick up to drop off, the trip was perfect. Driver polite and friendly. Out on the quads after a safety briefing, stopping for a camel ride, homemade roti and strong tea, I couldn't recommend this enough. A***
We love the tour guide was perfect, greate expreince
Nice experience, would recommend
Exciting experience for children and adults. Camel riding is a special experience. You need a glasses. and a scarf for this activity
The quad experience was amazing! Our tour guide was very kind, and helpful with our sons issues. In next year we'll coming back!
We had a very good experience. We had a private tour and I do think it's worth the price. They had paid very good attention to our family. I would definitely recommend everyone to have a private tour and as it's a much better then groups. Tour guide was very good also. Please do mind that you will be extremely sandy. You also should rent glasses and a scarf if you don't have one. Rental for glasses only is 3 euro at the time of writing. There is also lunch and a show after the ride which was not included on the website where we booked. Expect to spend about 4 hours there in total.
We had a great time (ATV and cameral riding). People were very friendly and helpful and it was a lot of fun for a very good price. Thank you so much 🥰
Amazing! Its worth the price! We also paid for our photos at the end which was 25 dollars and an additonal 5 dollars to hold a baby lion! What an experience🤩
The experience was really good, the 3 hour quad bike ride was just long enough without my partner getting tired. Only negative was the transport to the experience, this was not of a good standard. When booking I suggest requesting a more premium transfer. Tip: take lots of small change for tips as everyone on the tour expected something
This experiance was very easy to book and they gave us the best quote we had been offered. The communication from start to end was so good.
We had booked the private quad tour. Transfer from the hotel to the quad station and back went smoothly and on time. Since my girlfriend does not have a driver's license, the orientation was all the more important for her, but it went well and was simple, so that driving the quad was no problem. A very special thanks goes to our two guides Mahmoud and Maseng, with whom we had a lot of fun and, above all, felt safe at all times. During the tour, many pictures and videos are taken that you can purchase for an additional 65€. The tour is as described, and we were also able to ride camels in the Bedouin village, which was not in the description. Big thank you :)))
Very nice experience, the staff were all very nice, we felt very comfortable.
3-hour quad bike outing at the end of the day, at sunset, with pickup and drop-off at our hotel. Warning, somewhat physical activity, it vibrates seriously 😅
Super trip, brilliant, especially back in the dark. Awesome, I can only recommend it; our children, 9 and 11, had a blast. The guides are super nice!
I had to pay €54 extra avoid at all costs really we did not even see a sunset
