Went with my 2 Daughter-in-laws We had Sauna, Steam Room, Jacuzzi, Coconut Full Body Exfoliation, Soap Suds ‘thingy’ Chocolate Face Mask and Full Body Masssge. Fabulous, Relaxing Excellent Experience and highly recommended. I had Sheema as my masseuse and she was great. Massage was one if best I have had Advice….remember to take some cash to tip taxi driver and staff in spa, they deserved it and we forgot to take any and were highly embarrassed as they had been so brill

Thought we were getting a nice romantic Spa experience. Spent 30 minutes of our 3 hr experience sat in waiting room and another 30 minutes in a dark room watching Microsoft screen savers on a TV..not even sat with my husband. The scrubs and sauna were rushed. Felt like I was on a convyer belt. The worse was to come when I was taken off for my massage and with NO consent , had my neck manipulated. I'd had Neck surgery 15 months earlier and have been told by my spinal surgeon that this could have killed me!! I have been in pain ever since and still having physio to put it right.

Finally been 3 times. Every third time it was delivered fine. Both the Turkish sauna, steam bath, and jacuzzi are very clean, neat, and well-maintained. Both the hamman massage and scrub total package are a good deal and really recommended.

Walaa is an excellent massage therapist, very kind and caring. I highly recommend getting a massage from her! I actually came back twice. My partner was taken care of by Abdoullah, who is also very pleasant and an excellent massage therapist. We both had a very good time and were very satisfied with our massages.

Great spa! We are completely satisfied. We had a 2-hour package (Cleopatra) with a sauna, jacuzzi, steam bath, hammam, and a 45-minute massage. Everything was clean. Jana and Zezu gave us excellent massages and took great care of us!

I've never seen anything like this!! Incredibly dirty, mould on every corner, the towels smell, the sponges smell, the hamam stone was freezing cold, the sauna was lined with towels, the “ massage ” was just a cream. I am speechless, even by Egyptian standards this “ spa ” is an imposition!! The transfer ran for over 1.5 hours because we drove to four other hotels.. an absolute imposition!!

Very good time spent at the SPA as a couple. 2 hours relaxation with sauna, hamman, scrub, chocolate mask and massage. Very good massage, thanks to our 2 masseuses who were very efficient and very kind. Institute very clean. I recommend without hesitation.

Incredibly affordable hammam experience with massage, booked from home via Sembo. Were picked up at the hotel after confirmation via WhatsApp and were then piloted around the premises by the staff. Had to change and on with bathrobe and slippers, then included below; * sauna * steam room with citrus * scrubbing of the whole body on marble benches - hamam * chocolate mask after scrubbing * after showering lie in spa room with tea and unwind with calm music * 45min full body massage Throughout the procedure, you had the same masseuse who took care of you, I had a male masseuse and my daughters had female masseuses. I liked to tip them afterwards (which is customary to do). Finally we were driven home to the hotel and for all this I paid 190sek/person! Tip not included then of course but incredibly affordable, everything took about 2h 50min.

I was at the Rivolvi Spa for the first time today and found it excellent and really great! Mariam was my carer and masseuse and she was/is a very nice dear girl and a very good masseuse! I cannot understand the negative reviews here! Probably these are frustrated Germans or Gestalten (people can't be called Das!) who have booked with the wrong provider! If you book in advance with MyDriver Hurghada (German-speaking taxi and limo Service), you are best off and safe! It is only driven directly from the hotel to the spa without picking up other people and all very punctually! MyDriver Hurghada (WhatsApp +20 11 22002458) is Unique and very friendly! An afternoon at the top, with a sauna and hammam departure followed by a moment of break in the Jacuzzi then a coconut body scrub and a chocolate face mask, followed by a long massage.

It was way too cold in the spa and the marble you're lying on for a scrub and foam treatment wasn't heated! The massage wasn't done as it should be! I am a beautician myself and know how to do it.

Booked through the tour operator, a complete program with transfer, sauna, steam sauna, haman and massage. Was picked up at the hotel, 20 min. Later than agreed, I then in the. car still about 5 min. Have to wait because the driver was walking around looking for other people. When I arrived, I was sent to a locker room to lock my belongings in a locker with a strange lady, but she then had the key. After that sauna and steam sauna really gross and unhygienic, in the steam sauna booger and gum stick to the wall. In the Haman you should lie down on a large stone slab so that you get soaped, there are 20 more people on it, who knows what you will get there. Disgusting! Massage was fine so far but much shorter than planned. After that I got my things out of the locker by one of the ladies opening it with a master key. Scary the whole thing. There were 7 more people with me there, all were just as dissatisfied. FINGER AWAY. Better use the offer in the hotel.

Only small bathrobes, small towels, zero know your customer experience , moist mass sauna women and men mixed (in bathing clothes) (on musty pads) cold private sauna, jacuzzis locked due to construction site, you can not walk 2 m without an employee chatting one, feeling of lock-through -no private closet key , massage is started with wet swim shorts.

One was accompanied through the complete sequence -Sauna...cloths are already present on the seats, fresh??? -Steam bath...good -Hammam👎...coconut peeling it was only applied but not properly peeled ....chocolate mask good ....shower ....soaping only on the surface ....rinsing - Jacuzzi 👎...cold and only very light, jacuzzi pool dirty at the edges (while requesting 10 Euro fish spa - I didn't use it) - Massage very good👍 -Transfer super👍 Conclusion...Exfoliating bad-old skin is still on Massage good
