Private Transfer To/from Hurghada Airport

Everything worked out well, our driver met us where agreed and we got to our hotel in Makadi bay in 30 mins.

Driver showed up before time. Helpful and spoke some English. Off course expected the customary Egyptian baksheesh. But then we had 12 bags between 5 persons so well deserved.

We arrived at Hurghada Airport at 22:00 once we passed through Security and Passport Control I was picked up and all our luggage was taken by Special Assistant in a wheelchair. There was no one to pick us up and take us to our hotel. My wife and I were left outside and had to book another private transfer to our hotel at the cost of £25 I have the receipt and would like to get a refund from you for £25 plus the cost of our original Private Transfer. Please note that we did not arrive at our hotel until 22:45. We both have been up since 06:30am and we have been let down by your Company for our Holiday 😡👎

The Taxi transfer didn’t arrive. We waited for30mins. No contact, No Apology. In the end we ended up having to use the TUI transfer. Would not recommend using this company.

Driver was easy to spot, had my name showing clearly. Arrived in one piece, driving laws are distinctly odd in Egypt. Would recommend.

No problems with pickup from the airport and transfer to the hotel, although there were some delays. No complaints. Since the title of this tour was "Airport Pick-up and Drop-off", we had booked the hotel pick-up and drop-off at the airport in advance, but we received a call the night before saying that we would be picked up at the airport. We ended up booking a cab at the hotel to take us to the airport. In fact, the shuttle car we booked here did not come to the hotel. It was an early morning flight, so somehow it was a relief to find out the day before that the pickup truck would not be at the hotel. The company I asked for was 24hr but the email communication was a ton of nonsense and ended up unresolved. I really want a cancellation fee because I didn't use the transfer from the hotel to the airport (it didn't come)....

It went very bad. My driver was 40 minutes late. Nothing else to say. If possible I would have given 0 stars

We used Egypt Excursions on line to travel to our resort hotel and return. The service was excellent; the driver was waiting for us as we left airport terminal and the drive was safe and efficient. The private transfer from Airport to the Hotel was organised by Booking.com in collaboration with Egypt Excursion. The driver was friendly, the van was comfortable and big enough to accomodate 3 persons with big luggages and sport equipment. It was a pleasant piece of a fantastic holiday. Highly recommended.

The taxi was waiting as stated. There was a message the day before you remind us of the arrangements. A telephone number was provided so we could call them without any problems. Great value for money too. Very good service as we were a little apprehensive at first. We arrived from Gatwick. The car was big enough for the family of five and five suitcases.

Good service overall and very cheap compared to other transfers. When we landed there was a man with our name but her made us wait ages before we got into the taxi. Was not ideal as he said 5 min and we ended waiting 15min. however on the way back we booked the same company and it was very punctual pick up with the driving arriving on time and dropping us. The airport was only 10min from our resort so was not a big issue.

On the plus side, a driver was waiting for us at the airport. However turned out to be a con as tried to charge us more money. I had booked a car for 4 people and confirmed that several times with the tour operator. Yet they had apparently only sent a small car which couldn’t fit us all in so they said they would send a bigger car. Then after waiting over 30 minutes they said it would cost an extra £10 for the car, which was nearly double what I had paid with trip advisor. Avoid this company at all costs.

Driver dropped us at the wrong hotel, so we had to walk across to the right one. They could not be contacted by our hotel or ourselves on the number they provided over several days, so we could not ensure they collected us from the correct hotel for the return journey to the airport. Great and reliable airport transfer that I have been using for 2 separate trips to Hurghada (Jan 2023, Jan 2024)! Both times we have been traveling as 2 adults and 2 small kids to and from Makadi Bay. Every time I’ve been greeted with information on Whatsapp and the communication has been working superb. The drivers have made themselves clearly visible at the airport (notice thst they are standing outside the terminal building), and the driving has always felt safe, which has been my no-1 priority when looking for options to the charter busses. I will make sure to use them again for future bookings to Hurghada. Thank you!
