My wife and I, tourists from Cameroon were disappointed by a local driver who agreed to drive us from Alexandria to Hurghada. He simply didn't show up the morning of the trip and won't take his calls. We googled online and Go Bus presented itself as an alternative. Rushed to the bus station, picked up two tickets and mounted the 70 seater bus. Very long trip, lots of stops for refreshing and dropping passengers, but globally comfortable. The high-rise bus meant we could enjoy the view further afield. But the long trip meant my wife was exhausted on arrival though happy with the huge cost savings and the fact that we maintained our travel schedule after all.
The whole process is very smooth and the customer service will confirm the details via WhatsApp making sure everything is right. The driver also WhatsApp me with clear details. My driver Ahmed Rabie is a good driver, he came on time ( actually 10 mins early) so I don't need to wait, driving skills is good and I felt comfortable even though it's 6 hours drive. He even helped me to take a good picture during one of the rest point. I'm very satisfied.

Our family of three were expecting a comfortable transfer from Cairo to Hurghada and booked an 8person van. The driver keeps turing off the A/C for the back and it was a really difficult ride for us to get rest on this 4+ hours drive. Tried to communicate with he, but we have hard time understand him. Note: there is missing the option of Cairo to Hurghada private transfer.
The best way to get to Cairo and back! We travelled as a group of 6 from Makadi bay, so needed a minibus (it will fit 8). We have stayed in Cairo for 3 days, so booked a return at the same time. Once booked we've received communication via WhatsApp. You will need to provide passport pictures and your hotel and room numbers. This is necessary for the police permit to travel, so don't be alarmed. There are a lot of checkpoints on the road. We've received the driver details before travel and he was at our hotel on time. Van is clean and reasonably comfortable, although 5-6hrs in any vehicle will be tiring. There is aircon and seats recline a little. Plenty of room. We've stopped twice on the way to Cairo, to stretch out legs and use the bathroom. Make sure you have egyptian pounds as most toilets charge 10-15 EGP. For the way back we've had the same driver: Mohamed Altayar, which was great, as we knew him and he knew where our hotel was. Again, we've had communication that he is our driver. Mohamed got us to the airport terminal in Hurghada in plenty of time. Overall, can not fault them! Great price and service! Definitely worth for a large group. Highly recommend!
We booked a private car transfer from our Hurghada Hotel to our hotel in downtown town Cairo. We paid 25 percent online and the remainder to the driver. From the minute we booked we were informed about every detail of our booking in good English. The company also sent a picture of our driver and car. Our driver Karim arrived on time and he was a good man. He took us to clean rest stops and we arrived in Cairo ahead of time. When we are next in Hurghada we will use 123 taxi for all our travel arrangements. Well done to the team!
Safe trip from Hurghada to Cairo, and my driver, Akeem? (I can't remember his name) , was the nicest, safest driver for me trip back to Cairo! And, his car was immaculately clean! Had a great time riding shotgun with him, enjoying the desert scenery while driving from the Red Sea back to Giza. Very relaxing! Appreciate you all!
It was old clunky car, dusty and dirty, bearly working ac. The driver was doing his best, but then almost had a crash when he missed the turn from the 3rd lane way into the side lane to the hotel, and just made a turn on the spot, turning my side to the oncoming traffic, nice.. Head th headache for a week afterwards, as the car was vibrating on the road. It was truly disgusting, posting a picture of a mercedes and providing a dangerous to drive in old scrap yard junk.

Very good taxi service. Good with communication via what’s app + drivers are very friendly/safe and make you feel comfortable. Taxi firm ask you to pay a deposit and pay by a Stripe link which provides you with comfort that this is a reputable service.

Thank you for today. I arrived at the hotel in Hurghada safely. I just give your opinion. Your driver was driving from Cairo to Hurghada for 5 hours talking to someone on his cell phone. The voice was so loud that the child couldn't sleep. I think it is the taxi company's policy to refrain from speaking privately as much as possible because it is a Korona-ka, but what do you think? However, I think safety is more important than that. Although there are cultural differences between Egypt and Japan, as a taxi company, the safety and comfort of passengers is the first priority, and personal matters should be done outside business hours. I am planning to make a reservation to return to Cairo on May 6th, but I hope that the previous matter will be improved. Unfortunately, I would like to give tripadviser a star this time, but I would be honored if you could deal with it after confirming the facts. I paid the driver EGP 1700 in cash for today's balance. I didn't get a receipt.
Great service ! We took a trip to Giza from Hurghada ,we wanted just to see the pyramids and go back as we had a full trip t Cairo two years ago . Price between all of as was the same as we would go for the long trip in the bus with travel agency . We paid 235 euro for private mini bus for 4 ppl ! Almost 1000 km , two drivers who were very nice and professional , they help us purchase all the tickets around the pyramids etc . Transfer from door to door and private mini bus for the same trip as would take about 6 more hours with a travel agency . Thank you guys!!!
One if the best car companies I have dealt with in a very long time. They are very professional, quick to respond, show up on time, and friendly. Our driver Arsani was really awesome, he made the 5hrs trip go by so quick we didnt even believe it. He is professional, speaks really good English, very helpful, and fun to ride with. Their prices even beat Careem and Uber and I definitely recommend using them.
Impressive service by regional standards and definitely worth the extra cost for anyone unfamiliar with Egypt or nervous about road travel. We travelled from Cairo to Hurgharda, fairly last-minute, and all went smoothly. We requested a stop at Saqarra and, even though this was not actually on the way, our request was accommodated (we were given 2 hours to explore the site) at comparatively little additional cost. All initial communications were through WhatsApp - whoever mans the office has great English and drivers speak some English (ours was fairly fluent) - which is really handy. With these longer trips booked last-minute, a driver collects a deposit the night before. It may seem a bit alarming to hand over cash like that but the office sends a prompt WhatsApp message confirming receipt of the amount, and it's fair enough for them to ask for a deposit. Overall, we found this to be a reliable, punctual and hassle-free service, running between Hurgharda and Cairo and beyond.
Highly recommend this company. Easily booked the transfer from Cairo airport to Hurghada resort over Whatsapp. Communication is excellent and instructions for meeting the driver were straightforward and clear. Our driver Ashraf was a very kind man, went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and help us with anything he sensed we needed. Used the company again for Hurghada to Luxor and experience was much the same
Perfect driving, very punctual. The only downside was his rather low level of English which made communication complicated.
