We definitely got there in one piece. 😅 Driver was friendly and made additional stops for us. Driver was speedy to the point where we felt unsafe at times. Very inappropriate imagery in the trunk of the car.

Absolutely smashing, tip-top. Contact made with the agent a few days prior to the trip and through WhatsApp was able to easily send the required information (passport details (required for tourists), hotel pick and drop off locations). Great communications from the agent and a hassle free, stress free, journey. Our driver was courteous, prompt, impeccably presented car, and managed to find our drop off location much better than our UK travel agent did! A great experience, thank you.

Booked a private transfer from Hurghada to Luxor with this company. Planned for up to a 5 hour delay just in case. Despite a WhatsApp message confirming all of our details at 1 in the morning, they simply did not turn up to drive us from the hotel to our destination in Luxor. No response on WhatsApp or any of the social media platforms, or their telephone either. Viator, the booking agent was also completely useless. Advised us to seek alternative transportation. That’s it. No effort to assist in any way whatsoever. I find it unbelievable and highly suspicious that Nice Tours is number one in anything other than being first at being utterly useless and a complete fraud. Avoid this company at all cost. Spend your money elsewhere or risk being stranded!

We arrived safe and sound. The company texted via what’s up app a few days ahead of time to verify all information.

The driver and his manners were excellent but the biggest and most important drawback was that the AC in the car wasn’t working. Warm heat was coming out. This is absolutely unacceptable in a 4.5 hour long ride through the desert in 30 degrees celsius. It was suffocating inside so we had to open the windows but obviously it didn’t help as hot air was coming in. Surely your cars must be checked regularly for any repairs that need doing so I’m surprised this was missed. I can’t fault the driver but the car wasn’t acceptable.

We visited Luxor and Esraa was our tour guide. She was amazing! So informative, kind and friendly! She felt like a friend! If anyone does come to Luxor or do excursions, we definitely recommend Esraa!

I booked this company on getyourguide. Zeinab was my tour operator and arranged everything perfectly for us. Communication was great, very efficient. The tour from Hurghada to Luxor went great! The views were amazing and at lunch the food was good. Our guide Mahmoud Issa is very knowledgeable, easy-going and fun to be around. We went to the Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Hatshepsut and the Temple of Karnak.

Booked a one way transfer from Hurghada (hotel in Soma Bay) to Luxor with the added stop at Dendera Temple. It's totally worth the extra cost to stop at Dendera Temple, the most well preserved ancient Egyptian archaeological sites I've seen.

The driver was very professional, punctual and attentive, offering us protection from the sun and driving very smoothly. The entire transfer was very organized, not only during the car trip, but also with the previous preparation and valuable subsequent support from Elaria.

We can recommend this transfer organised by Elarya from Nice Tours for us. We had a good comfortable car and driver took us on time from Luxor to Hurghada airport. I must admit it was worth paying more for this transfer as we had a nice car for 4 hours comfortable journey for three tall adults. We could also enjoy lunch in the car.

(More popular, more reviewed one, the guy holding a paper with his name) They did not came that morning, I tried to call them 1 hour, then they said they will not do my transport. Then I booked this company and Elaria send car in 30 minutes to my hotel. The other company ruined my day and plans. This company has less star, less popular , much professional. Thanks

Booking the drive was very easy, Merna was very helpful and answered all our questions. Our driver was Mahmoud, he was a very safe and reliable driver. He made us feel safe in a country we were not familiar with. I would highly recommend you book him as your driver.

The transfer from my luxor hotel to Hurghada went smoothly. I was solo traveler but the driver Ahmed was great, he entertained me the whole road and turned some music, stopped at a local cafe when I felt a little sick from the road! The transfer couldn't be more better. Will recommend this service

The transfer was very nice. Driver (Elaria) was on time at our hotel, bought us water on the way and made a stop to give us a toilet break and so we could get some snacks. Even though he didn't speak English, he was really kind and tried his best. Would recommend.

Our transfer was just good, the driver was Mando, he was a polite and quiet driver. He was drive his car in peace without speeding and that made us feel safe and comfortable all the way long to Luxor. You may feel a little Nausea during the way so be aware of that.

I would like to rate this service 5 out of 5 stars, we were a family of 7 and we got a big van with 14 seats which was more than enough for us & our luggage. The driver of the van name was Medo and he was exceptional driver, our children felt sick during the travel road so Medo offered to stop at the nearest cafe and he stopped and waited for us extra 1-hour as we had some rest before coming back to the vehicle.

Punctual and even ahead of 45min. Comfortable vehicle. Driver would occasionally look at his mobile while driving. His motive beeped all the time. No explanation at first to tell us when was the 10min break. No bottle of water. A bottle of water would have been appreciated.

Our driver, Karim, was outstanding and the car was super comfortable. The downside of this booking is the handling of communication by Nice Tours. Not having received the details for the meeting with the driver, I wrote to them via whatsapp and they only replied the night before the transfer, asking me at that point for passports and confirmation of the meeting point (initially they had even confused the route I booked). I therefore recommend contacting them at least a couple of days before the time of booking so as to avoid spending a sleepless night on their mobile phone with them since they have totally out of step response times. The same morning of booking they never answered my further request for information on the license plate of the car, necessary to be able to access the driver to the resort as they were OOO.

We booked a private transfer from Hurghada to Luxor, which according to the booking should start at 5:00 am. Unfortunately, we were only picked up at 5:45 a.m. While the company has apologised and explained that the driver was stopped at a border, I think it is important to take such contingencies into account when planning – especially if it happens more frequently. It was particularly disappointing that we did not receive a partial refund despite the delay that affected our entire daily routine. In my opinion, we would have been entitled to this, but Viator refused to pay back even a cent without giving any reasons for it. Overall, the Service was very unprofessional and disappointing. I therefore cannot recommend booking anything here – reliability and customer friendliness look different to me.
