Makaryous Bakry was a very safe driver. He was waiting for us more than 1 hour, because our luggage was very late. That was amazing!! His car was very clean, we had a little nice small talk. His service was very good.

All good Comfortable, clean, new car, nice experience

Toller Service! On the way to Hurghada, we had to rebook our flight and ended up arriving several hours late. We were able to sort out all the changes very easily via WhatsApp with our driver, Emad Naguib. He waited patiently at the exit with a name sign. Great service!

We had a wonderful experience with Makar Nady, who drove us from Hurghada Airport to Albatros Hotel. He was very polite, respectful, friendly, and professional throughout the journey. Makar has excellent manners and made us feel comfortable and welcome from the moment we met him. The drive was smooth and safe, and his attitude was truly appreciated. Thank you, Makar, for your kindness and great service. Highly recommended!

We always book our transfers with Rimo Tours, and this time we were lucky enough to have Emad Naguib pick us up again. We were so happy to see him! Just like all the drivers at Rimo, Emad is incredibly punctual, friendly, and reliable. Next time, I’ll definitely ask if he can be our driver again. 😊

Hanna Malik - our driver was friendly, professional and efficient. Would highly recommend.

Mahmoud El-Fayoumi he is the Best ❤️

Before booking for airport assistance, I have write them and ask all my questions, they have confirmed someone will have my name and wait for me right after arrival and fast track included. However , when I have reached no one was there , mobile phone was not answering after 15 min. Someone shouting my name from far . Without any uniform, or name card . They fast track never provided. And representative was on the phone all time and even left us for few min to do some personal job. I asked someone to help with luggage he said no need and we had to carry all heavy with little help of him. It was terrible experience. He told me as they gurantee fast track and didn’t provide we have to request refund. But when I contacted them the company acknowledged that service has gurantee by his agent and didn’t provide but refused to refund. They are totally scammers and don’t waste your money and time .

Hossam Hasaballah was amazing driver for our private transfer.

It was a really pleasant ride with Samir Elisha. Can only recommend him

Everything you wish for: timely, helpful, polite, friendly, knowledgeable. A pleasure to ride with him.

Great communication prior to transfer by both Rimo stouts and the driver, Bahaa Ali, which provided peace of mind. Timely collection and a comfortable journey to my end destination, perfect 👍👍

Our driver, Emad Naguib, was there perfectly in time. He was extremely friendly and was giving us a very comprehensive overview of the region. If you ever have the chance booking Emad do it...he is a great choice!!!

This was our 6th trip to Egypt, but our first time booking a private transfer through Holiday extras as the booking agent with the transfer being with Rimo Tours — and we won’t be going back to shared transfers again in Egypt! Our driver, Samir Elisha, got in touch via WhatsApp before we’d even landed (I had WiFi on the plane, so could reply straight away), which made everything feel really smooth and well organised from the start. You also get 15 minutes of free WiFi at Hurghada Airport if you need to make contact — although honestly, everything was so straightforward that even without the WhatsApp message, I already knew exactly what to expect, as all the private pick-ups are in the same area and the pick up instructions are emailed to you well in advance. Pick-up was exactly as described, just outside arrivals, and Samir took care of our luggage straight away. The journey itself was quick, comfortable, and efficient — we arrived at our hotel in just 20 minutes, which is a huge difference compared to the long waits and extended transfer times we’ve experienced with tour companies in the past. Overall, a fantastic service that made the start of our holiday stress-free. We would 100% recommend Rimo Tours and Samir Elisha, and we’ll definitely be using them again on our next trip!

Everything was perfect , driver waiting on time by arrival , quick transfer to the hotel

Samir Elisha took us from our hotel to the airport and was so friendly, courteous and helpful. He was early to arrive and let us know that he was waiting for us but not to rush and was just fantastic. The car was immaculate too. Thank you Samir.

Our driver Samir Elisha who collected us from the hotel and took us to Hurghada airport. He kept us updated via WhatsApp and arrived on time. Samir was friendly and helpful. Would recommend Rimo Tours for an airport transfer.

Perfekt. Nice Driver with a komfortable car.

“The service was excellent. Samir was professional, and from the very beginning his manner and our conversation made me feel completely at ease. Definitely the best driver of the entire trip.”

Fantastic transfer that took all the stress out of getting to the hotel. Samir Eilsha met us at the exit and was parked close by. Vehicle was spacious modern and clean. I highly recommend.

Bahaa is a very good driver, very kind, who puts you at ease. Many thanks to him.

Thank you so much Emad Naguib 🙏 I loved talking to you ☺️

Great and very friendly Service!

Pros: a driver was waiting for us and driving to the hotel was fine. Cons: When I gave him (M.E.) 20 EGP tip he started to complain about it and I had to give him 100 EGP, which is 10 x more than you shoud give!
