We had a full day tour with Hadeer which took us to see the Pyramids, Camel Ride, The Egyptian Museum with Lunch. We are very thankful for her patience, the way she had with us and the kids. Thank you for a very nice day in Cairo.

We are so lucky that we had Doha as our guide. I am traveling with my two children of 12 and 16 and visited the Egyptian museum and the pyramids with Doha. She managed to make our tour special, for all of us, by making it intriguing, interesting and fun for the children and also knew exactly when to go in depth to make sure to deliver my experience as adult too. She was lovely with the kids and it was obvious she was very passionate about everything single thing she was showing us. It felt like we got a personal tour by a friend or family member, that made everything to make sure we got the best out of our experience.

The tour was very nice, had a great time with Noura and excellent service from Jamica from Comeback Limousine. He spoke very good English and showed me the city while driving through. The car was very clean and even got free drinks and good music.

Our guide Tamer was wonderful, an actual archeologist, he was very knowledgeable. Our driver Momen was great too

We had a guide named Hassan Ghanem who spoke very poor English and didn't explain anything to us. We booked this through GET YOUR GUIDE, which is supposed to be a reputable company. But obviously we ended up with this company, which was very bad. They took us to a tea and spice place that wasn't on the tour to constantly sell us things. We went to the pyramids and they didn't explain anything to us. They didn't explain anything to us at the museum either. They are scammers. Don't hire them. They picked us up in Hurghada with an extremely uncomfortable van. You couldn't even recline the seats. It was a terrible experience. We went to eat at a fairly good restaurant, but the drinks were very expensive. Four euros per drink. And they weren't included. The Nile River excursion for 10 euros isn't worth it because they don't explain anything either. They are scammers.

I did a tour (from hurgada 2 days in Luxor) with my mom and it was very nice. Our guide hamdy was very knowledgeable and could tell us all we wanted to know about the artifacts. The drivers were both very nice as well. Our hotel (the temple hotel) was perfect, very good service and breakfast. Overall we would definitely recommend this tour! 🇳🇱

I booked a week in advance. Sent over the documents and was received confirmation etc. we arrived in Egypt and the evening before we were due to get picked up at 4am, we received a WhatsApp to say the trip was cancelled due to no available flights! When booking the trip I had checked the flights myself and there was plenty of space, so why were the seats not booked then? Why wait until the evening before? I was offered an alternative date 3 days later or a refund. Bearing in mind I was only in Egypt for a short time and the pyramids was the main thing we wanted to see, we were not happy. I spent the next day trying to organise someone else to take us to Cairo and eventually managed to get a different operator to drive us on very short notice! I request a refund and was told it would be granted. Eventually 10 days later I was told I needed to request the refund via the app! So I waited 2 weeks since cancellation before I received my money back! Luckily I had money to organise a trip with someone else because if I didn’t we wouldn’t have got to see the pyramids! To say we were disappointed with this booking would be an understatement!

Even though there were a few hickups regarding the flight times, our exceptional guide Tamir and the very nice driver Ahmed made this a very special day for us. We travel a lot, but so far we have never had a guide as knowledgeable as Tamir. Additionally he is very nice and also looked out for us and took great care of us.

The tour with our guide Anna was great. First we went to the pyramids and the Sphinx, then to the National Museum with the mummies and finally there was a nice Egyptian meal. Everything was well organized, but above all Anna explained everything wonderfully and knowledgeably. She answered all our questions about the history of Egypt competently and gave us a wonderful day.

I booked a tour from Hurghada to Cairo with Nice Tours. Everything went smoothly, the flight ticket was booked for me, the entrance to the pyramids, museum, etc. I was picked up from my hotel by private transfer and brought back. I was picked up from the hotel by private transfer and taken back again, everything went as Nice Tours had described. When I arrived in Cairo, the driver Ameer was already waiting for me. Ameer was very friendly and very nice. Our guide Hazam was very nice, attentive and very informative, he told us a lot and taught us a lot, thanks again for that. We were a small group (5 people) and I really enjoyed it. The lunch was also good. Thanks for the great time, I had a lot of fun and learnt a lot about the history of Egypt. And I want also to thank for Marina from Nice Tours, she wrote me all the time when I had questions. She had organized very good!

My daughter and myself booked the trip to fly from our holiday destination in Hurghada to Cairo for the full day experience of the pyramids of Giza and Sphinx plus the visit to the museum. We were picked up by a taxi and driven to the airport. The driver was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately our flight to Cairo at 8:00 was delayed due to technical issues and didn’t take off until 10:30 which meant we missed some valuable time in Cairo. Once we arrived at Cairo our driver Mohamed was waiting for us with name card. His English wasn’t the greatest but he had a voice note on his phone explaining that our guide Mariem would be joining us en route. We collected Mariem just a few km along the road for our experience to start. Although we had lost some time Mariem made sure saw everything from the pyramids, Sphinx and the museum. Her knowledge was fantastic and she definitely knows her stuff. Would I recommend this trip, company and guide. 100% the value was exceptional.

Everything was prearranged and worked out better than I could have ever expected. I was contacted by nice tours on WhatsApp where Marianne sent me all the details. Our resort was outside Hurghada, the usual pick up city, but the tour company was able to arrange a private return trip ride for us for only $30 more. We were picked up from the resort and driven to the airport in a private car. Made it to our flights without an issue. We were picked up at the airport in Cairo by our wonderful tour guide, Hazem, who also stayed with us the entire day. I can’t say enough about Hazem. He is the most friendly, educated, respectful, and kindest person I ever met. He took it upon himself to be a big brother to my 9 year old daughter, Amelia. He did everything in his power to keep her engaged and entertained. He bought her ice-cream and even two stuffed animal toys. We saw everything we wanted and he asked us what we preferred to do. We were pretty exhausted in the end of the day and were ready for a break. We ended the day with going to his favorite rooftop cafe with a view of the Nile river. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and truly treated us like family. I told him how much I appreciated all he did and what a genuinely good person he was. He were truly blessed with him.

I recently booked a one day pyramid tour in Giza. I was assigned Noura as my guide. Noura was very down to earth, very friendly and very knowledgeable. She told me about the history of the pyramids and about Egyptian history. Noura was a very good guide and would recommend her.

We so appreciated our guide who helped us through the massive city of Cairo. Not only did we have a private guide, Hadir, but we had a private driver because we are a family of six. This is the perfect way to see all that is important in Cairo/Giza.

After reading reviews I was sceptical about this tour as many complained about certain aspects. However, me and my girlfriend had a very pleasant time and I can’t rate Hazem high enough, he started the day off buy providing us with water and a snack after our long journey, also he was very knowledgable regarding all the sites we saw during the day. He was very accommodating for everyone’s needs as he was taking many photos for us all whilst also explaining the history throughout. Hazem even gave advice about how to conduct yourself in the area to have a more pleasant experience. The journey there and back is very long and bumpy so don’t expect to get much sleep, I would recommend getting some sleep before hand. I would recommend this trip to any others wanting to visit the pyramids from hurghada.

We had a wonderful experience on our day trip to Cairo with Nice Tours (through Viator) via Trip Advisor. Having said that, the trip in terms of organisation before we got there was a little bit up-and-down and we ended up being collected at 2:30 am for a 4:45 flight - earlier than originally expected. Once all the details were finalised we were collected and driven to the airport. The flight was short (around 50 minutes ) and on a 737 with Egyptair. When we arrived at the airport in Cairo, we were met by our driver Sa My, he was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire day and definitely enhanced our whole experience. Because the flight was a lot earlier than we originally expected, Nice Tours arranged for Sa My to take us to a hotel called the Sofia pyramid hotel for a 3 hour stopover to catch up on some sleep. From the top floor you could go up and have breakfast and look out over the pyramids. This was at no extra charge and added to the experience. Sa My then took us to meet our tour guide Adham and we proceeded with the tour of the pyramids, Sphinx, my wife rode a camel as an extra option. We were taken to a perfume and papyrus shop but politely made it clear we were not buying and were not hassled . Lunch was fabulous and plentiful, you just had to pay for drinks. We then continued our journey to the Egyptian Museum. After this Adham asked what we wanted to do. We opted to do an impromptu short boat trip on the Nile, we ended up on a boat with Adham and the owner of the boat for the equivalent cost of around £26.00. We opted not to do the bazaar as it was very busy and we were tired, so Sa My took us back to the airport. He really was a fabulous driver and really looked after us all day. When we landed at Hurghada airport our driver was waiting and dropped us back up the hotel. Final thoughts regarding the confusion over the flights to Cairo . I believe this may have been caused by Viators policy of having the ability to cancel up to 24 hours before your trip. This works for everything else except where you have to book a flight. This means that the tour operator can’t book the flights until the last minute without taking the financial risk of you cancelling. Perhaps Viator need to refine this rule where the booking of internal flights is involved We had a fabulous day and would highly recommend this tour

Very nice experience with Mostafa. We drove from Hurghada to Cairo in a shuttle bus. We saw the pyramids, bought some souvenirs (oils, species, papyrus…)… a bit touristic, but good experience. Also, good food for lunch.

We've had a beautiful day in Cairo with Miriam, she's very knowledgeable and fun and knows very good spots for taking pictures and to buy Egyptian items. The pyramids were stunning and do the camel ride!

The tour was nice to, at least see once, the pyramids in life. All the staff was always friendly and made a big effort to make it a nice trip. The museum and the explanations of our guide noura had been very interesting! She also took nice fotos of us at every sight. The lunch was authentic and very tasty. The time at the pyramids should be longer, as this is the main part of the trip. Advice: 1. Bring a proof of what icluded your booking better in English and Arabic as noone knows your entries you paid. Better you pay there, cause there are also student discounts! 2. Bring EGP, € and credit card you need all of it. 3. You have to be aware that the time is limited at the pyramids and museum as the trip from hurghada to cairo takes a long time. So don't waste your time in the shops.

The best daytrip ever! Our driver Samy met us with treats and water and moved us safely around the town, the daytrip was very well organized, we visited the giza pyramids, entered the great pyramid which was an amazing experience and enjoyed a wonderful lunch at a local restaurant with a breathtaking view and amazing local food. Afterwards we visited the Egyptian museum where we learned so much about the history of this amazing culture. The best part of the daytrip was definitely our tour guide, Mostafa. He was super kind and so filled with knowledge, we enjoyed this day so much and even tough it lasted for around 8 hours, it felt like a minute. We enjoyed so many colorfull stories told by our guide and so many new information...it was a perfect end to our Egypt trip and we will be forever grateful that he made our last day so enjoyable.

After an early wake up (1.30am!) in Hurghada we travelled on a comfortable minibus with only 4 other passengers to Cairo - it is a long journey, 7 hours ish, a couple of stops though, and a few police checkpoints. It was still a good journey and we managed to get some sleep! We arrived in Giza at the pyramid complex and were greeted by our guide, Mohammed, he has very good English and was very knowledgeable of all that our tour had to offer. We spent around 2 hours at the pyramids and the Sphinx, we felt like this was plenty of time and we managed to get good photos and Mohammed explained everything about the history of the pyramids and more. Following that we went to a papyrus making demonstration which had some beautiful pieces available to buy - we were there around 15/20 minutes and it wasn’t a hard sell, and was a good demonstration. Following that we had a typical Egyptian lunch with chicken and kofte with salads - delicious! Then a 20 minute trip to a perfume factory which again was good and they didn’t push to buy. The last part of the day was the Egyptian museum which was really interesting and explained more about the days visits. Following that was a boat trip (which we didn’t do) and the long journey back, a tiring day but 100% worth it and I would do it again. I recommend buying the basic ticket and paying separately for all additional tickets as it works out cheaper!
