Such a great person who made our excursions unforgettable. We have been to Egypt several times and have taken excursions (even the same or similar ones) and can therefore make very good comparisons. Excursion Hurghada city tour booked about 3 to 4 hours duration. Easy booking via website worked out perfectly. Payment in cash upon hotel pickup. Our guide Hamada was very punctual with us at the hotel. The tour was very interesting and entertaining. Hamada took us through the city very competently. He answered our questions very pleasantly and in detail without wanting to make us 'scholars'. We really appreciated that. The driver also drove us very safely through the area.

We wanted to learn a little more about the country and the people during our Christmas holiday in Safaga/Egypt this year and had already looked for suitable providers for individual small group trips on the Internet before our trips. After extensive research, we decided to go on “Sun&Fun Reisen” and booked the 5-hour “Hurghada Museum and City Guided Tour” for 2 people there and we didn’t regret it. On time as agreed, we were warmly welcomed at the hotel by “Botros”, our German-speaking tour guide, and led to the limousine. There is already waiting “Tony” (driver) who drove us safely through traffic to, through Hurghada and then back to Safaga. The whole tour was marked by the knowledge of “botros” who brought us the stories, the myths, the cultures, the religions and the people of this country, which he brought to us very impressively. We had enough time for all the sights, even for our own activities there was always enough time. We are glad to have made such a great and personal tour with two specialists (botros/tony) and can only recommend the private tours of “Sun&Fun Reisen”.

Quite spontaneously, we booked a private tour of Hurghada for five people for the next day – and were positively surprised! Contacting and booking via WhatsApp went smoothly and easily. On time we were picked up by our friendly guide Hamada and driver Abanoub in a modern, air-conditioned minivan. Hamada convinced with his in-depth knowledge and spoke excellent German. Our 3. Quad tour and of course again with Sun&Fun travel. As usual, very punctual hotel pickup with very nice driver. Arriving at the quad camp we were also greeted very nicely by our guide and photographer and off we went. A fast-paced quad tour through the desert with great photo tops...the photographer has great ideas for creative photos and we are excited about the results. The tour is really fun, especially our son is completely enthusiastic. While we took a little break, the guide took him for an extra large lap with proper speed under the hood...we got a bright and happy child back. Booked on Monday and made a city tour of Hurghada yesterday, were picked up on time by the German-speaking tour guide. Have been able to see the most important sights and were allowed to express wishes themselves, what we want to do/see. A small private and sympathetic tour, not like the big tour companies, where 20 people are on the bus. Can only recommend

Hurghada Museum and City Tour We were completely satisfied with the trip, our expectations were fully met. Starting with the punctual pick up at the hotel and the nice welcome. Already on the way we were informed about the geography, history up to the present. Our guide shared his knowledge with us at the museum, generally we could always ask questions and always received an answer. It was very entertaining, our wishes were met. In the chaotic traffic for us, we felt safe thanks to our driver.

In November/December we started our special holiday in the beautiful land of the Pharaohs. 4 weeks sun, recreation, culture, fun. Through our experiences and experiences from 18 Egypt holidays it was clear what we want to do, what we want to show our friends who accompanied us. After arriving and settling in for a short time at the hotel, we also started promptly. We started for a highlight of our holiday, a three-day trip to Luxor including the temples of Abydos and Dendera. Atef, our guide from “Sun & Fun Reisen” picked us up from the hotel with the drivers Tito and Sami and the drive went via Safaga across the desert to Qena for our first stop at the temple of Dendera dedicated to the goddess Hathor. It is one of the best preserved temples from the ancient Egyptian period. The present temple complex dates from the Greek/Roman period. Atef our guide from Sun & Fun explained everything we needed to know about the temple and life back then. Continuing the journey to the temple of Abydos the Temple of the Dead of Sethos I. Again, Atef shared his knowledge with us and we marveled at the incredible abilities of the ancient Egyptians to create such a structure. After lunch at a local restaurant, the drive back towards Qena and then to Luxor. We checked into a great hotel, the Steigenberger Achti (a 5 star hotel), directly on the Nile which Sun & Fun had reserved for us. Later Atef picked us up for dinner at a restaurant. Again we had a delicious meal in a local restaurant. Atef brought us back to the hotel afterwards and we were able to talk to our friends at the bar about the great day. Early in the morning after the rich breakfast we were picked up by minibus from Atef and Tito, and we drove to Luxor/Thobes West into the Valley of the Kings. Here we could visit three graves. Before each grave Atef told us interesting facts and we could use the information accordingly when visiting the graves. We couldn’t let go of the thoughts about how the craftsmen and artists managed to create such structures with the simple tools. We went on to the Temple of the Dead of Hatshepsut with its idiosyncratic, yet very impressive architecture. The entire temple is built of limestone. Then we went to the Habut Temple, the Temple of the Dead of Ramses III and the Valley of the Artists. Here lived the craftsmen and artists who built the tombs in the Valley of the Kings. High-ranking artists with a lot of influence were buried here in their own underground graves. We were able to admire the elaborately painted tombs with the original colors of that time. It was very impressive. We continued to the Memnon Colossi, two adjacent stone statues from the 14th century. ==External links== The statues are about 17 and 18 meters high, respectively, incl. the base, and weigh over 500 tons. We still wonder how people got the heavy stones up back then. Afterwards Atef showed us an alabaster factory, which was very interesting. What you can do with stone. Crazy! Afterwards, we went to the Nile, where we could enjoy a delicious lunch in a small outdoor restaurant. Afterwards a short walk to Feluke and we sailed across the Nile. We drank tea, and talked to Atef about the country and people. Our Nile trip went to the other bank, where we could get off directly at our hotel. After a short coffee break we went straight back. We attended the evening light and sound show at Karnak Temple. Again, many new and interesting things from our good soul, the amiable guide Atef. After this mystical show, Atef took us back to a local restaurant for dinner. We could see Sphinx Avenue through the window. This alley is the connection of the Luxor and Karnak temples. It was erected in honor of the god Amun, and is currently decorated by 300 sphinxes with human and ram heads. Afterwards we went back to the hotel and we reviewed the day in the Bedouin tent below the hotel with a hookah and the breathtaking view of the Nile. After another night in the noble hotel we visited the two temples of Luxor and Karnak. Again we were impressed by the seemingly limitless knowledge of our guide Atef. No question he didn't know the answer to. Crazy! The Luxor temple, it was dedicated to the god Amun, his wife Mut and their son, the Moon god Chons. Monumental statues of Ramses the Great greeted us at the entrance. A special feature of this temple is that in the temple there is a church and a mosque in one building. Atef made it possible for us to visit the mosque from the inside. Then we went to the largest open-air museum in the world, the Karnak Temple. Huge columns, obelisks, the sacred lake - we could admire everything. Everything you need to know from Atef. Impressed, we went back to the minibus and drove through the Nile Valley, along the irrigation canals and the small agricultural farmsteads via Qena, back to Hurghada. With a guide from Sun & Fun Reisen we made our way to El Dahar, a district of Hurghada. Here you can see the “real” life of the Egyptians. It used to be tourist shops, over time the Egyptians took over the business and you can see how the locals live here today. You can find here the shops where the Egyptians shop. From household items to the corn cob grilled right on the street, there's everything here. By the way, these corn cobs – as well as the sweet potatoes baked in mobile ovens – are highly recommended. The sweet potatoes are also available as “porridge” with cream – all very delicious, freshly made and well tolerated. Mountains of shoes and clothes pile up in the middle of the street, there are small spice and tea shops – just authentic life. With our guide we were not begged by anyone or someone wanted to force something on us. Also in the middle of the village to have a tea and to observe life all around was very interesting. If you want to experience pure Egyptian life, a guide from Sun&Fun Reisen should show you.

We booked the trip at very short notice for the next day and were picked up super punctually from our hotel ShamsLodge in Safaga. We were driven to all the sights of the city, had time everywhere to look in peace or browse the markets. Everything was designed according to our wishes. The highlight was the fish market with a variety that was incredible. The fish bought there was gutted on site, prepared directly, so we could eat right there. It was fantastic and nice to experience the typical atmosphere. Our guide Hamdj and the driver Martin were really so nice and kind, you had the feeling that you had known each other forever, which led to a super pleasant and funny atmosphere. We had booked for 2 people. At the pick-up we were asked what exactly we wanted to see and accordingly the tour was planned for us. We have received a great deal of information. We were also allowed to get to know Hurghada from another side, away from the tourists. We loved it! We can definitely recommend the tour. Big praise to the guide and his driver!:)

After really enjoying the day trip to Luxor and experiencing the great service of Sun&Fun Trips. we had spontaneously decided to take a private Hurghada trip (Hurghada city tour private) and after just an hour we started! Our guide spoke perfect German and provided us with lots of interesting and interesting information and showed us the great Hurghada! Especially the Al Mina Mosque is really breathtakingly beautiful, but we were also very impressed by the fish market and the fruit and vegetable market as well as the Marina Market, which is reminiscent of a small Venice! After a delicious mocha in a typical Egyptian café our trip was over, but surely we will remember it for a long time!

The city tour was very interesting. We went to the harbor, fish market, Coptic church, large mosque and then, if we wanted, we were taken to a mall. The tour guide was very concerned and friendly, the driver was punctual, reliable and always ready. There were only two of us picked up in an SUV. We would be happy to go again!

We had already booked 3 tours from Germany via WhatsApp. We had already booked a private city tour of Hurghada and a private dolphin tour... everything went as agreed... the service was very good in each case. The tour guides on the tours were also top notch. Individual requests were also taken into account... great program on the dolphin tour with Hamdi, who looked after us really well. Our captain Ali was just great! Supplies on board with fruit, drinks and snacks. Oh yes: we also saw dolphins!!! For our third tour (Orange Bay) we wanted Hamdi and Ali again... We found everything to be perfect and can only recommend it

Interesting excursion with lots of sights in Hurghada. Our nice guide gave us a private tour of the city and its history and had a lot to tell us. Particularly worth mentioning is the large El Mina mosque, which we were even able to visit, and the fish market and fruit market with its unknown variety was also very impressive. It was a very nice, private city tour through Hurghada. Mina and the chauffeur picked us up at the hotel on time. We booked two tours. 1x Hurghada city tour & 1x Cairo by plane. Both tours were very interesting and varied. Driver + tour guide were both great whether in Hurghada or Cairo. Pick-up worked perfectly. We will definitely book our next tours with Sun&Fun again :)
