As a family of four (children 9&7), we could not have had a better experience and we are all truly grateful for this bucket list day! Starting off, the communication was brilliant! Informed and updated via WhatsApp which was really reassuring. We got picked up on time, as it was so early, they made us packed breakfasts 🥰 Our transport was clean and air conditioned. Drivers were lovely too. They accommodated our toilet breaks kindly. Once we arrived at Cairo we met out lovely guide, immediately built rapport with my kids which was great. We did a private trip up the River Nile which was very cool. We then got back in our transport and went to the museum. Our guide was SO informative. He also knew the good bits and how to avoid being hassled. After we went to the pyramids which was amazing. We had some amazing photos taken by our guide. Then we rode camels 🐪 to the pyramids. The pyramids were amazing. We then did the sphinx and again, our guide took us with enthusiasm and helped avoid us being hassled. Then we were taken to the quad bikes. The place we went was right by the desert so I didn’t have to ride on the roads (which are terrifying and I’ll be forever grateful for our lovely safe drivers). We had the best time in the sand dunes on the quad bikes. It was so much fun. The kids loved it and our guide took the BEST photos of us. So grateful. Then it was time to go home. Again, the drivers were so kind, stopping for toilet breaks and snacks. It was such a long day and they were great. Honestly, if you want a truly memorable experience, tailored to your family, this is the trip for you. The company was in constant communication to make sure everything was going okay and we got home safe. We have all agreed that this was the best experience of our trip. It was a very long day and was better than we could have expected xxx

This tour was amazing! With Karam Mostfa and David as our driver! Both were professional and very knowledgeable. Karam took the best care of us for the entire day and knew everything and answered all our questions.

Went for my 40th birthday, coming from New York and it was an amazing experience!! Our guide Hanny was the best. The experience was so magical and unreal. Riding the ATV with the pyramid as your background was so dope! Going back and will be going through this company. Lunch in front of the Sphinx was an experience you could only dream of! The Nile river was also top tier since we had an entire boat to ourselves! The museum was a great and educational experience!

Hisham was excellent. Great bubbly person. Great day out including river Nile cruise, Museum and Pyramids of Giza in a private airconditioned minibus. Lunch was included at a lovely resturant outside the gates of the pyramids with gread views of the Pyramids. We had a choice of camel rife or horsecart whilst at the pyramids. Hisham picked us up from the airport and arranged the transfer from our hotel in Hurgada to the airport. Hisham was very friendly and very knowlegable and kept us engaged throughout. He made sure we were comfortable and gave us enough space to ensure we had a good family experience. Very experienced and made the day go smoothly. His communication was very good throughout and also ensured we arrived safely at our hotel in Hurgada. The trip was worth it and we would definitely recommend Hisham. You will not be disappointed. We also visited the papyrus factory and perfume shop. We all had a great day. Would definitely recommend Hisham. You wont go wrong.

An amazing day I’ll never forget. It’s a long day but well organised and well worth it. We went back to our hotel knackered and full of wonderful memories. The ATV’s through the desert, was just fantastic and they were very accommodating to our group (a couple being nervous to drive themselves)they just sent along another guide to support, which was more than we expected. Sharif our guide was great, knowledgeable and friendly, we had such a good time. It had always been a dream of mine to visit the pyramids and this trip was far and beyond what I expected. Can’t thank the team enough for giving me that experience. I would recommend them, it truly is unforgettable.

Our guide Sherif was amazing, he helped me all day because I have health issues, but also he was very informative and interesting. Our drivers were great, they were courteous and helpful, always lending me a hand in and out the minibus! Our overall trip was superb, I would highly recommend to anyone

Fantastic day out, was an early start but the air con private mini bus made it easy to have a nap. The 2 drivers we’re lovely and very helpful if we needed toilet stops. We arrived in Cairo and picked up Sheriff our guide for the day, he was brilliant very informative, was the best day out made even better by having our own bus. I would give this company 10/10

This was a brilliant excursion and well worth the money! Hany was an excellent guide and very knowledgeable. Saw and did everything we wanted. The pyramids are awe inspiring and the camel ride a favorite! The road trip there and back was in a nice clean air conditioned van with very friendly drivers. I would definitely recommend this private tour to anyone visiting Egypt.

Our tour guide Sharif was amazing and very flexible, we had the best time at the pyramids and riding the camels. we were scared before going but we felt safe the whole trip! We didnt just have a great day in cairo we also made a new friend 😊 i absolutely recommend this !!

We (me, my husband and our 2 childeren; 13 and 18 years) had a wonderful special privat trip on 26 april 2023. A trip we will remember for ever. We did all the things we wanted to do: the tour at the piramides of Gize, go inside the great piramide, ride a camel, drive a quad, a great lunch and visit the egyptian Museum. We had a great tourguide: Dr. Sherif, he was the best we could get! All this was posible thankx to you Hisham. We will recommend you to all our friends. Thankx a lot for making our wishes com true. My husband and I had an amazing time on this all-day trip to Hurghada. We got picked up from our hotel at 3 am, then went to see Egyptian Museum, got to have Felucca at the Nile River. They also gave us good lunch with a breathtaking view of the pyramids and then got to go inside to see the pyramids and the sphinx. We then both got camel rides for about an hour and then went to the papyrus museum, also bought some very nice essential oils, and later got dropped off at the hotel. Throughout the day they also made sure we stayed hydrated and provided us with water and drinks while they drove us to the different places.

Our tour was wonderful and in the company of the guide Mustafá. He accompanied us throughout the day and provided us with a lot of knowledge and fun. We recommend!!!

This was a very nice trip. With our guide Hany and driver Mohamed we were well equipped for our private trip. The minivan was very well maintained and Mohamed adapted his driving style to our 1.5 year old grandson. We first visited the Egyptian Museum and Hany took us to any exhibit at the right time. He told us a lot about it and with good knowledge of German. He then invited us on a short Nile ride, which we really liked. Afterwards we went to lunch and the pyramids of Giza. This was the highlight of the trip, with carriage ride and camel ride through the pyramids was already an experience. On the way back through Giza and Cairo we received a lot of interesting facts. Finally, to the restaurant Carlos for dinner, a very nice restaurant, service and food was top.  We can recommend Phoenix travel and especially Hany for private trips. We were in good hands with him and Mohamed.
