We have spent a great day on boat Mermaid. The staff was very kind, friendly, helpful and flexible. We could decide, how long to stay in a place. We visited a really nice place with reefs, where we could have enough time to explore it. We got excellent food on boat, cooked by a lady on the spot. The transfer to and from the port was well organised.

All in one we had a very nice day in happy and good mood. Especially our guide Mohamed did all to make us happy but still the rest of the boat staff from Captain to serving guys and also our pickup driver were very friendly and all day in super good mood. The boat was clean from up to down, an extra order ( Bd cake) was handeled good and punctual. Overall there are no complaints- so we would definitely book again ! 👍

We are a family of 6, youngest children are 6 and 9. I researched boat trips before we came and provisionally messaged this company. When we arrived I booked- absolutely brilliant experience. The crew on the boat were super professional, very chilled. Our guide was exceptional and went over and above for out children, he carried our small ones at times on a ring single handedly whilst snorkelling for example as they became tired. The food was lovely, the captain was very professional. And we saw Dolphins!!! Absolutely made up and the price was incredible please go to these people and don't dive in to hotel excursions. My Sky Boat ​They organized a truly fantastic day for us! The driver picked us up in the morning and set a great tone for the whole day. At the boat, Islam and his friend were waiting for us and fulfilled our every wish throughout the trip. ​Our day went exactly as we had imagined—if not better! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An amazing private boat trip with Egyptboats Hurghada! We were a group of 9, ranging in age from 10 to 80, and had the most fantastic day out! Everything was perfectly organised from start to finish, with our pick-up arriving on time. The beauty of having a private boat was that we were in control of our day and could choose what we wanted to do and how long we wanted to spend at each stop. We were lucky enough to see dolphins, visit the beautiful Orange Bay, enjoy a delicious lunch on board, and have two snorkelling stops before finishing the day with a swim at the stunning sandbanks. The boat was the perfect size for our group, with plenty of space to relax, an open area for sunbathing and a covered section for some shade. The crew were fantastic, accompanying us into the water for snorkelling and offering help and reassurance to the less confident swimmers, which made everyone feel comfortable and included. It was the perfect combination of adventure, relaxation and flexibility, and everyone in our group had a brilliant time. We couldn’t have asked for a better day on the Red Sea! Booked private motor yacht MY SKY direct with Egypt Boat Tours for a day trip. Captained by the capable Islam and his team. Myself, wife a 3 children 8,7,2 years old. Hopped on board after collection from our hotel at 08.30. The team were great. A prompt pick up, several stops, with snorkeling, White Island visit. They took great care of us. And we're very welcoming, entertaining and patient with our children. Drinks, snacks & lunch was wonderful, something for everyone. We saw dolphins throughout the day from the boat. Topped off by our own visit from a family of dolphins at the end of the day. Snorkeling was really good, lots to see. Overall had a great day, egypt boats were very responsive & helpful. The boat was very comfortable for 4 of us. First snorkelling site was extremely busy which was a minor down side but the second was fantastic & much quieter. Boat crew were very nice, friendly & helpful, food was fabulous & enjoyed by all. Only 4 star overall review due to the first busy snorkelling stop where we stayed for a considerable time. Would highly recommend this company

We booked a private boat trip for our family of 11 in the Royal Pool and wow we got treated like royalty. The crew were amazing and the guide was fantastic. We stopped of at a gorgeous sandbank where the guide encouraged my non swimming mum to go into the deep water. He was absolutely amazing with her and so patient and encouraging. We were lucky enough to see a family of dolphins and stopped again to snorkel. The snorkelling equipment was included and was an amazing experience. Lunch and drinks were provided and the food was delicious. Would 100% recommend this trip. Was an absolute highlight of our holiday.

We booked a private yacht trip for four people, expecting a relaxing day of snorkeling and dolphin watching. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a very frustrating experience. Our guide was sick, but nobody informed us before departure or gave us the option to reschedule. When we boarded, nobody welcomed us, explained the itinerary or gave us any safety briefing. The boat simply started sailing without anyone communicating with us. The crew barely spoke any English, making it almost impossible to communicate or plan the day. We spent a lot of time calling the office for help, and at one point my girlfriend even had to find someone at a beach bar to translate for us. We were told we could decide about visiting Orange Bay later, but the captain took us there anyway without asking, resulting in unnecessary travelling back and forth. The company later pointed out that we were given extra time on the boat. However, much of that time was lost waiting at the marina, travelling unnecessarily and trying to sort out the communication issues. It wasn’t exactly extra time we could enjoy. What should have been a relaxing day became so stressful that my girlfriend ended up crying. To be fair, the yacht was nice and the food was good. Unfortunately, the communication with Albert when we raised our concerns was quite defensive and disappointing. I do want to give credit to Heba, who met us afterwards, sincerely apologized, listened to our concerns and helped us agree on compensation. She handled the situation professionally. Had we simply been informed about the sick guide beforehand, we could have chosen to reschedule and avoided most of these problems. Unfortunately, despite the nice boat and Heba’s efforts, I can’t recommend this experience. (I would have given a higher rating if the owner had handled our complaint more professionally and been more willing to offer fair compensation. The way the complaint was handled was ultimately what made this a one-star experience for me.)

An absolutely amazing experience. The boat was very clean. and was perfect for 10 of us we went on the Tiger 1. plenty space. We enjoyed one of the islands.we did snorkelling, and then we went to a part of the sea where you could stand up and we played football in the middle of the sea , it was a surreal moment . There were 3 lads on the boat. We named them and they were very good fun with us, we felt safe and they looked after us. They chatted and danced with us. Michael jackson, the captain and jack sparrow. At one point we thought we was getting attacked by privates (we watch too many films) 🤣 another little boat hooked up to our boat and a bloke climbed on to it, it turned out it was the supermarket, we all laughed at the sea supermarket arriving and we all ordered ice creams. snacks like fruit platters was provided and soft drinks. We were aloud to take our own alcohol. (but if you don’t the sea supermarket does provided you with drinks/beers/snacks/icecream. I was a little worried how they would cook for all 10 of us in the tiny kitchen but absolutely blown away with how nice the food were and how much there was to eat. After the chief absolutely scrubbed the kitchen down clean. and the price was absolutely worth every penny as split between 10 of us was very cost effective.

I had a wonderful experience with Egyptboats Private Boar Tours Hurghada, they were extremely professional and our excursions were some of the highlights of our stay in Hurghada. Everything was very seamless, they arranged a private yacht day for us, as well as a private ATV tour, it really gave us the VIP feel. The staff at the excursions were also wonderful, it really was an experience I would highly recommend to anyone going to Hurghada Egypt.

Amazing private yacht trip in Hurghada! Highly recommend.

Had the loveliest boat trip today. Last year we went on a large group boat with another company and I hated it. Loud music, crowded boat and an island visit (Orange Bay?) that resembled a concentration camp on a beach. The single snorkeling stop was a frantic affair that was more tortuous than fun. Maybe it's just not for my age group. This time, bingo. Booked a small motor yacht for a day for just the two of us. Abdul and Ahmad on board were just amazing and looked after us tremendously. Basically asked us what we ideally wanted out of the day and took it from there. No fuss and nothing too much trouble. Lunch was absolutely fantastic, freshly prepared and cooked (and you most definitely won't go hungry). Private car transfers to and from hotel. Communication with EgyptBoats was fantastic; really attentive. Absolutely no hesitation recommending this company and will be repeating the exercise next year. 5-stars.

We had a really great day with Egyptboats and would definitely recommend them. We will 100% be booking again when we return We booked the MYsky boat, which was really good — spacious, comfortable and ideal for a relaxing day out. The crew were lovely, really friendly and looked after us well without being overbearing. What we liked most was how flexible everything was. As it was a private trip, we could pretty much do the day as we pleased, take our time and just enjoy it without feeling rushed or having to stick to a strict itinerary. There were only two of us, so it was definitely more of a premium experience, but we still felt it was good value for the quality of the boat, the service and the freedom of having the day to ourselves. Everything was easy and well organised, and we had a brilliant day. We’d happily book with Egyptboats again.

Everything was great! The taxi was perfect, and the three people on board were really kind and helpful. The food was also perfect and prepared without onions, which I really appreciated 😇 We had a wonderful day! We saw the dolphins, spent about 2 hours on Eden Island, went snorkeling, and it honestly felt like being inside a real-life aquarium — it was amazing! I was really disappointed with the boat trip, especially as I had specifically paid for a private boat experience. The boat broke down twice during the day and had to be towed to the locations and then back to the harbour by another boat. There was no apology or reassurance given to us at any point, which I found very disappointing. I also paid for a private boat because I wanted the experience to be private and not be overlooked or accompanied by another boat. Unfortunately, when the two boats were attached together, I was hit by the rope, which left marks on my chest and stomach. The boat itself was old and looked very tired, which wasn’t what I expected from a private boat experience. I was also uncomfortable with the way drinking water was provided. We were initially given one sealed bottle, but throughout the day the bottles were topped up from a large bottle. I wasn’t sure whose bottle I was drinking from, which I found extremely unhygienic this was not the experience I paid for. The breakdowns, being towed, lack of privacy, injury from the rope, condition of the boat and hygiene concerns really took away from what should have been an enjoyable day. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not book this private boat trip again. And would suggest everyone to avoid also

Wow what an amazing day don’t think just book it was spectacular from start to finish, got picked up from our hotel with ease straight to the boat the crew was amazing the sea boy took us out to the reefs and we have never experienced anything like it it was an amazing price and honestly have never had a day like it also spotted dolphins and a turtle it was incredible

Fantastic organization! We were picked up from our hotel right on time, and everything was already perfectly prepared at the harbor. Our day was simply breathtaking! The team on the boat was also amazing. They do everything they can to fulfill every wish and are very motivated and friendly. The food was excellent as well. We had the best day ever , it was truly magical. Everything was amazing and the captain and crew man were the best ever. The boat was awesome as was the freshly prepared food. We had an amazing day on the boat with Captain Moondy, his 2 nephews and Achmed our chef. They took us to a beautiful coral reef for snorkelling where Yusef showed us the best spots. They made us an excellent lunch and then took us to a beautiful beach area then on to see the dolphins. It was an incredibly chilled day during which we were well looked after. We had the most amazing day on the mirage boat! From booking it the communication was brilliant,Pick up to drop off was seamless! Once arriving on the boat captain,crew and Mohamed were brilliant! Made us feel so welcome nothing was two much trouble! food was plentiful and very tasty! Mohamed was amazing dancing and taking brilliant photos throughout! Seeing wild dolphins visiting white sands, snorkelling he was with us all every step and made sure we were all ok at all times in the water whilst filming us making the most amazing memories! We booked the Yasser private yacht with Egyptboats for a day trip with six people, and the experience was absolutely superb from start to finish. What we loved most was the freedom to decide how we wanted to spend our day. If we wanted to go snorkeling, our guide took us to a beautiful coral reef. If we simply wanted to relax and enjoy the boat and the sea, that was perfectly fine too. There was no feeling of being rushed or having to follow a strict schedule. Our guide, Mahmout, was fantastic. He was very relaxed, friendly and genuinely attentive to us throughout the entire day. He made sure we were comfortable and that everything was going well. The food prepared on board by Zizou was another highlight. It was absolutely delicious, very fresh and incredibly tasty. There was plenty of food: pasta, rice, chicken, kofta and vegetables. Everything was beautifully prepared and there was more than enough for everyone. We also really appreciated the fact that everything was handled very professionally. We paid at the end of the trip, and the final amount was exactly as agreed — no surprises or hidden costs. The whole day was simply perfect: a beautiful private yacht, great snorkeling, delicious food, a fantastic crew and complete freedom to enjoy the day at our own pace. If we return to Egypt next year, we will definitely book another trip with Egyptboats! A huge thank you to Mahmout, Zizou and the entire Egyptboats team for giving us such a wonderful day. Price quoted was all inclusive for our trip: Return transfer from Sahl Hasheesh, buffet lunch, fruit and drinks. It was definitely worth my family of 4 having a yacht to ourselves (MY SKY yacht) and designing the trip to where we wanted to go and when. The captain and his hand have experience of the area and the boat, ensuring we had a good experience, and a safe one. They had respect for the environment, especially giving dolphins space where other boats scared them away. At the end of the day we all agreed it was a brilliant experience, and seeing beautiful fish around coral in the Red Sea was fantastic! We would definitely recommend Egyptboats because you know the price quoted is the price you pay, friendly staff, communication and booking through WhatsApp was also quick and easy.

Great day on the water made better by a wonderful crew. We had the Tillia which we booked as a party of 5 to have on our own. There are lots of companies in Hurghada that do the same things, so you never know which boat you are going to get. The boat is in need of a few repairs and I believe they mentioned we were the last tour before it would be getting this done. That aside, the crew were brilliant. The captain recommended the route for us and we were able to see dolphins, swim on the sand bar, and snorkel around the coral reefs off Giftun island. The waters are pristine with so much variety of fish to see. They prepared lunch for us on the boat and fresh fruits. They provided the fins and snorkel gear, so all you need is your suncream and towels. Would thoroughly recommend!

Exceptional private boat trip today with Egypt boats - we were treated very well by all the crew and the operators we couldn’t be more happy . We were on the Mermaid, which was immaculate and had lots of seating areas, shade and great facilities. We had two snorkelling stops, visited the sand bank and had an incredible fresh lunch and snacks provided by the captains wife. All equipment was in great condition and Mohamed, who helped us in the water, also took great photos for us. We could not recommend this trip more highly. A great day out on the water. Just book it!

Whilst in England I was researching about boat trips for our holiday the following week in Hurghada. I found this company and decided to book the private Yara boat trip which included snorkelling, a trip to the lovely areas such as Orange bay or Eden Island etc (we chose Orange Bay) and lunch was included. I wanted to book in advance rather than the haggling from other companies once in Hurghada. Seriously the best trip we’ve done as a family. The transfer from the hotel to the marina was simple. The driver was a lovely guy, waiting for us at reception with a board. Nice and chatty and helpful with any questions we had. Arrived at the marina, and we were introduced to the Captain and his helper. Again, really nice guys, we knew we’d feel comfortable with them all day. The boat was a good size and very comfortable. When it was lunch time, we didn’t expect to receive the amazing banquet that we did! All cooked on board! It was fantastic! Nothing was rushed the whole trip - all in our own time. We set off at 9am and back to the marina at 4.30pm. I HIGHLY recommend this company. I booked directly through WhatsApp and everything was so easy. An amazing day had by all!

Yesterday I went on a boat trip in Hurghada, and it was honestly one of the best activities I did during my time in Egypt. The food was absolutely amazing, and both the guide and the sailor did an incredible job—they were extremely attentive, professional, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the day. What I appreciated the most was how easy they made the whole experience. They picked me up directly from my hotel and dropped me off afterward, so I didn’t have to worry about anything. Everything was organized seamlessly from start to finish. I would definitely do this again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hurghada.

We had the most magical experience, from the minute we were picked up from our hotel, to the moment we were dropped back. We were first taken to see the dolphins, which was in itself amazing. My children were very pleased that this was within the first 40 minutes on the boat. We were then taken to a sand dune / bank - where it was so beautiful we decided to stay here rather than head to the busy islands. Which we are so pleased about. Our host Mahmood and captain Hamed, we’re just amazing. Any request was not too much they were happy to stay. We were then taken to the most magical part, with the snorkelling. Mahmood was really kind to my daughter, who is really shy and he was understanding and made an extra effort to make her feel safe. 100% would recommend to anyone wanting a private boat tour, rather than a big group.
