We booked the private trip to Hurghada, we were picked up from the hotel and the whole trip was well planned and delivered more than we expected. In the past we used the normal tour operator tours, and I would definitely say that this private trip delivers a great experience, with private guide and everything one would need to spend a great day and not worry about anything. I contact Mohamed to asked about the cost of two tours one for Cairo and one for luxor, price was good and also the reviews help me to choose his company, also the communication was good so we decide to do both tours with Hurghada transfers, Tours were up to our expectations in relation to cost, transport, guide, lunch and services, the guide tours very friendly and helpful, drivers were very professional and ready to help us in any aspect. From the beginning we dint have to worry about getting ticket entrance to the sites, lunches were in a very nice places and very typical of the city a plus it was an opportunity to feel the true taste of Egyptian food and also to interact with the locals. Mohamed also was always contacting me asking me if everything was going well, so it was showing that he cares about the quality of the services provide to us. Also Hurghada transfers manage our transfer from the airport to the hotel and to the airport, always on time and good value for money. A few friends recommended the tour company Hurghada Transfers. So I email them, Mohammed the owner emailed me with his number and we communicated via Whatsapp. He is such a friendly and accommodating guy. I told him i wanted to do a Cairo trip from Hurghada via plane for my family of 12. He took down all of my details and my families details and quoted me a very reasonable price. I booked this trip with him months before arriving in Hurghada. He asked for a £200 deposit via paypal to secure the booking. He invoiced me, I paid. The remainder I paid once I was out there. He came to meet me in person and we chatted. He was also able to arrange a couple of other local trips for my family, including the dolphin show and seascope. Plus...His prices were lower than every other agent. All of our trips, particularly the Cairo day trip were amazing. We had 2 elderly parents in my family, Mohammed arranged everything so they could enjoy Cairo without any discomfort. He helped me to tailor every part of our trip around our needs and nothing was too much to ask. Mohammed even drove out to Cairo and met us to ensure everything was in order. The man is a Legend! I love the fact that he takes paypal as the security and guarantees that come with paypal are fantastic. I love that he came to meet me in person in Hurghada and in Cairo. I would highly recommend Hurghada Transfer for both transfers to and from the airport and for your trip to Cairo. Mohammad was very professional and always was quick to answer via WhatsApp. We had 11 of us in our group and trying to coordinate with everyone was tricky but Mohammad was very patient and very helpful in trying to get us the best tour accommodation for the best price. The drivers were very professional and our tour guide in Cairo was the best. The trip to Cairo is very long depending on traffic could be closer to 20hrs (not a fault of the company) but it is so well worth it. We got to spend time after the tour to wander the museum, and at the pyramids we were shown the best company to use (and not fall victim to high price scams) for camel rides. Lunch was not bad it was a buffet with traditional BBQ served to the table. On whole we had a great trip and would defiantly recommend Hurgada Transfer/Tours for your needs.

We recently went on the overnight trip to Cairo and it was fantastic. Our driver was brilliant, he picked us up on time and did a great job getting us through all the crazy Cairo traffic. Our guide was very knowledgeable and very patient making sure we got to see everything we wanted to see and ensuring we had just the right amount of time at each attraction. We visited the Egyptian museum, citadel and of course the pyramids and saw the light and sound show, we even had a camel ride right in front of the pyramids. We have used Hurghada Transfer several times now for airport transfers and a trip to Luxor and they have always provided us with a top quality service. I highly recommend this company and will continuing using and recommending them in the future.

My son and me had a fantastic trip to Cairo and Giza March 4th 2018 with the company Hurghada Tranfer & Tours. First of all we had a nice guidet visit in Cairo Museum had a look at all avalible old history of Egypt. Later after a great lunch our trip went to Giza to watch the pyramids and the sfinx. It was a great feeling to stand on this historical ground for the first time. Thank you Hurghada Tranfer & Tours for a goog event, and a special thanks to the boss himself Mohamed Heragy that made the day special and unforgettable. Very good experience. It's just a shame that we visited a perfume and papyrus factory that were just tourist traps; these two activities lasted an hour or more, and right after that we did the GEM in Cairo, which ended up being way too rushed. I would have preferred to spend that hour in the museum rather than on such trivial things because, unfortunately, after having spent several days in Hurghada, it was all old news. Don't get scammed! However, the guide was 10/10, very kind; he showed us the pyramids, and we even had a coffee on the rooftop at our own expense facing the sphinx. It is still a very intense day; departure at 12:45 AM from the hotel, arrival at 1:45 AM at a gas station, and we wait an hour on-site before the police let us through (about fifty buses), and that's when the driver tells us to pay a government tax of 20€ per person. I just had to look it up to realize that it's 15€ and not 20€... in short, they scrape money everywhere, it's borderline unpleasant (Nile tour 15€, camel or horse ride to get to the pyramids goes from 20 to 18 to 8€...) we are pushed to buy things, to give tips, we feel uncomfortable! Despite everything, I loved the experience. Pyramids quick, sphinx 10 min, museum 1h30, and that's pushing it! No time to enjoy it; it's basically better to take a private guide than to do it in a group and prioritize these activities over 2/3 days rather than just one single day.

Great experience! Do it with family if you have the opportunity to take the flight from Hurghada to Cairo, do it because the journey by road is exhausting. Trip made with a minivan.

What a great service! Last summer we spent three weeks in Hurghada with our family. Because there were six of us, we booked a private excursion to Cairo via Hurghada Transparent. We were picked up by a neat, comfortable bus and had a quiet, professional driver who spoke good English. The private transfer really made the two days in Cairo a lot more relaxed and fun. Definitely recommended!

Perfecte trip. Alles perfect georganiseerd en geregeld. Twee chauffeurs die veilig reden en de hele dag bij je blijven. De gids Mona legde alles goed uit in het museum en bij de pyramides. Na afloop nog een lekkere lunch en daarna weer terug naar Hurgada. Het is een lange dag (van 2:00 tot 22:30), maar het is het zeker waard. Ook het whatsapp contact met kantoor verliep soepel.

Fantastic trip, very well organized. Two drivers who stay with you all day and drive very safely. The Guide Mona in Cairo was very good and explained everything well. I got in touch with Hurghada Transfer to drive us from the Airport to our hotel in El Gouna. The driver was waiting for us when we arrived, the car was spotless. I then asked them to organize us an excursion to Cairo, again, the organization was perfect, friendly and punctual drivers, comfortable vehicle. We also benefited from a French-speaking guide who takes us on a tour of the museum and the Giza site. In short, I highly recommend this agency.

Everything started great and was very proactive from our warm communications with the boss via WhatsApp. Visit the Cairo Museum, meals at the foot of the pyramids, Giza plateau as well as a one-day tailor-made tour including the Valley of the Kings, tombs, the Temple of Hashemput, the Colossuses of Memnon, crossing the Nile felucca, Karnak... All this in an air-conditioned car from our hotel in Hurghada, and with a driver could not be more polite, kind and friendly, our dear Mahmoud. Our guides in French, Marwa in Cairo and Ali in Luxor of the most available, competent and good company! In summary = AWESOME - recommend ....

Our family, 4 adults and 1 teenager took advantage of the private minibus tours to Cairo with their own driver and private guide. This is a day trip from 03:00 to 23:00. At first we were sceptical about this type of travel in comparison to using large 50-person buses. However, it can be recommended. We had top-fine conditions our aircon cooled 11 pers. bus. We had 2 super cute and service-minded drivers who switched to drive the long ride. Both knew both English and German so the dialogue was no problem, on the contrary. In Cairo we meet our skilled female guide who spends the whole day with us, and also helps to make the day beautifully free and relaxed. We can warmly recommend this form of travel, which through open dialogue also gives a greater insight into the private Egyptian way of life.
