Makadi Half Day Tour At Panorama Semi Submarine With Snorkeling

Was supposed to be a 3 hour trip. 10am until 1pm. We didn’t get picked up until 10.20am The boat was not at the destination when we arrived so we further had to wait. We didn’t get on the boat until 11am. We had 1 hour 30mins on the boat. Definitely not worth the money.

Very Disappointing Experience – Panorama Submarine Trip We went on the Panorama submarine trip today, and unfortunately, the whole experience was very disappointing. The bus was late picking us up, which meant we lost half an hour of our trip. When we finally got to the boat, that was also half an hour late. As a result, we lost a full hour of the experience, despite being promised a three-hour trip. Instead, we only got two hours. To make matters worse, when we booked and paid, we were told the trip was all-inclusive. However, once we arrived, we discovered that we had to pay extra for everything! This is completely unacceptable. We paid for a three-hour, all-inclusive experience and did not receive what we were promised. I would like an explanation as to why the trip was delayed and why we were charged extra when we were told everything was included. I also believe some form of compensation or refund is appropriate. I would strongly advise others to clarify exactly what is included before booking.

We were told we had booked a platinum experience. In total we would have 3 hours on the boat. Within that 3 hours we woukd have use of the glass bottom, semi submarine on two occasions, plus an hour snorkeling. In total we got 40 minutes snorkeling and 40 minutes use of the semi submarine on one way of the journey. In total we spent 2 hours on the boat. The next problem we had was after being told it was a platinum experience, all drinks included. We are on the boat and immediately handed a menu, witj the average cost of drinks €5. The only.drink that was offered f.o.c was a cheap cola. Overall, the trip was fun, but the duration and lies about costs left us feeling hard done by. However, the staff on the boat were incredible. They couldn't do enough for you.

On this photo they have sellers for photography, we payed 8000£ and they promised to deliver the photos at our hotel and they promised a nice video. Photo not worth this price, video quality is horrible. And the photos we just get on whatsapp. You pay 140€ for just a couple photos, this is just a big scam. You didnt get a change to say no, they keep selling you and you ar on sea. You cannot go anymore. We already make an report by the egypt police, and they will look in this more.

Lack of information, the company cancel my first booking time, and did not explain in more details about how to get to the pier where they would take the trip from. I had to call many times to speak to the team and no one explain how far it was, and that it was inside a Condominium that even the driver did not know how to get there. And when we went to see the coral reef 90 % of the corals are DEAD, it is too close to the Resorts and we actually see a cemetery of corals and lots of fish, but dead corals all around, a devastation and complete war zone of dead coral, for those who doesn’t understand may accept it as a real coral, but dead. I’ve travel for nearly 1 hr to get to see a massive tourist exploitations area, that’s all. DON’T WAIST YOU MONEY AND TIME

Really fantastic experience. We went with our 5 year old daughter and the guides made sure she really enjoyed her time in the water. She didn't want to put her head in the water so they had her rest on a floating ring and fed the fish so they came to her. Everyone was so friendly and kind and she went from wanting to get out of the sea as soon as possible to being impossible to get out. This is a proper submarine submerged boat and the view was great. When we were in the boat we saw so many fish, a sting ray and a lot of coral. 10 out of 10 experience for us. Do bring your child's own flotation aids if they need them, we did and I think that helped our daughter get comfortable.

Good experience, bad crew (they lied). The underwater view was very interesting, the corals were beautiful, and the snorkeling went well. The worst part was that they were taking photos of everyone on the boat, and they only took two of us from the top of the boat. Their diver made a short video of us in the underwater section, observing the corals and fish. At the end, they came to us and said they had many photos from four cameras and that they would offer us a certain price of 80 euros for the package of all the photos and videos. We accepted and they gave us a USB flash drive (they sent it to the hotel). When we got home and went to the computer to see what we had purchased, we found about six photos (very similar, and two were taken at the end, leaving the boat after we had already closed the deal, otherwise they would have had nothing) and a single video. We were robbed by liars. Be careful.

Interesting and funny trip to fishes, everyone is well-treated, there is water, pictures, videos. We liked it!

This was a great trip from Makadi bay, some of the others I tried to book said they went from Makadi, but they actually go from Hurghada. The trip is around 2hrs long, it’s very reasonably priced, and the staff on the boat were very helpful and friendly, Highly recommended.

The boat itself was comfortable and well-maintained, and the crew was friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this tour to anyone. Worth every penny!"

Friendly crew plenty of space on boat. Fun snorkeling. There is a photographer on bourd but its no hard sell, we just said no thanks. Good two hours.

We booked the day before via Get Your Guide and for a 2-hour experience, direct from the pier at our hotel (Xanadu Makadi Bay), this was such good value at £23 for 2 adults and a child, including drinks and snorkeling. We had a great time and in no way felt pressurized into buying photographs etc.

It was bad at first the organizer had not contacted me but everything was back to order Amazing unforgettable excursion for me and my children No word snorkeling was great with corals of great beauty The highlight of the show dolphins! There were 2 who accompanied the boat Thank you for this wonderful time! I advise you with your eyes closed

We booked the tour very spontaneously the day before. We were picked up on time and taken to the port of Makadi. There we went straight to the boat and off we went. In the beginning there was a short introduction from the crew. After about 15 minutes of driving, we all went down to the “basement” of the boat and what can I say - it was awesome. It was driven through the big reefs and we saw thousands of fish directly. We were even lucky enough to see a large ray. Im Connection could go those who wanted to snorkel. Equipment (mask + snorkel, life jacket and fins) was on board. Due to the swell, snorkeling was not so easy, which is why many left the water early. My partner and I were almost the last. Then one of the guides took us and led us further into the reefs, about 50-60 meters away from the boat. There we got our private snorkeling tour and the guide showed us mega cool stuff. We are so happy to have done this tour - definitely one of the highlights of our holiday. What was also practical is that it is only a short trip, so you still have something of the day. We would definitely do it again.
