Hurghada:vip Cleopatra Hammam&spa-massage,sauna,jacuzzi&salt Cave

We were picked up on time. When we got to the spa we were greeter warmly and given drinks. The treatments were great. Salt cave wasn't my thing, but the jacuzzi and saunas were very nice. Then we had a Turkish bath which we absolutely loved. I was very sceptical about it going in, but when it started I fell in love. It was very pleasant and relaxing. The ladies took care of ladies and men of men. The staff was very nice and kind. We enjoyed the massages, overall very good experience. Furthermore, I forgot my necklace (during the Turkish bath it was taken off) and the staff send it to my hotel afterwards. I highly recommend this place. It's really a great value for the money you pay for it.

So this doesn't have the personal touch of the spa in our hotel which costs £200 for the VIP Cleopatra. However it only cost £22 including the taxi both ways, absolutely unbelievable value for money. 2 hours including: Sauna Steam room Jacuzzi Full body peel Salt treatment Full body soap wash 50 minute full body massage The quality of the treatments matched that of the hotel spa in every way. Be warned it is impersonal and a bit of a conveyor belt, but at that price, who cares. Highly recommended.

The girl rushed me all the way through it, then kept walking off during the massage! So obviously not very relaxing! Then kept hassling me for a tip which I felt obliged to do as she was watching me. Would not go here again. Poor service.

Whenever possible abroad, I always book a Hammam treatment. This time in Hurghada, too, an opportunity arose and I couldn't resist making a reservation. I was not disappointed; it was (again) a wonderfully relaxing experience. My masseuse was able to make my tense muscles disappear. The staff is incredibly customer-friendly and caring. What was very efficient was their tipping method. Each employee has a personal "locker" (w her/his photo) in which guests could leave a tip. This was in contrast to having just ONE tip jar for all staff. The (not included) €5 for a return transfer is more than worth it. All in all, if you enjoy such a body treatment, a visit is a must - definitely highly recommended.

The spa was amazing. The lovely lady I had was so nice. I felt so amazing after. Picked up and dropped off from the hotel. Hottest sauna and the steamiest steam room I’ve ever been in! Turkish bath was amazing and so was the massage.

I had an amazing Turkish massage/body scrub in Hurghada—definitely one of the highlights of my trip. The whole experience, from the steam to the scrub and massage, left me feeling super refreshed, and it was very affordable for the top notch quality. Emy was my favorite! She was attentive, professional, and really knows what she’s doing. If you go, make sure to ask for her!

This was worth every penny spent and cost much less than anywhere else. The staff were welcoming and guided us throughout the whole process. My allocated staff member took great care of me and did a thorough and enjoyable job. She was smiling right through. The hammam was superb as well as the massage afterwards. The sauna was too hot for me but that's personal. Highly recommend this.

Experience was great. They kept in contact via WhatsApp so we knew what time pick up was at. It was value for money - could never get this service at home for this price. For awareness- the location is a little bit out of the main city (so don’t worry that the driver is taking you somewhere else). Wear swimmers (preferably a bikini). We missed that piece of information but they had a workaround. They have drinks to purchase in the premises if you want s well as those little fish that eat dead skin off your feet (for a few). Be aware that there may be males in or around the Turkish bath area. Over all worth it. Feel great and skin is looking fabulous. Great experience.

Great value for money, for thr access to steam room, salt room, sauna and all of th treatments. The driver was very friendly but had to keep going back and forth to the same hotel to pick up people that were not on time. Great Hamman exeperience and masaage. Assam was great eho treated me was great. I would definately go again

Amazing experience- very organised and easy to navigate. Down side was the lady who gave me the message- not sure she is properly trained so not amazing but good nonetheless the less.

We (as a couple) had an amazing time. The treatments were relaxing and professional, and the facilities were spotless and beautifully designed. The included transfer made everything effortless – being picked up and dropped off allowed us to fully enjoy the day without any stress.

Really enjoyed the experience for our first time having a scrub down and massage. I'd recommend a taxi transfer as other hotels say it is not safe there,. No idea if they were just trying to sell us another package within our hotel but anyway would recommend. Pepsi my massage lady was great 👍

Had a really great experience. The massage was wonderful. I almost passed out from the heat in the sauna but I made it lol. Enjoyed my masseur, she was so lovely. Didn’t take photos because they didn’t allow phones once you’re in the back, which is understandable.

The tour operater I spoke with from Golden Map was great! Excellent communication, great timing and looked after me and my mum. Highly recommend this trip and I would have booked more trips with him if I was staying longer.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at the spa! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming and luxurious.The massage was truly exceptional deeply relaxing and expertly done. The therapist was professional, attentive, and knew exactly how to relieve tension. After the massage, I spent some time in the salt cave, and it was the perfect way to unwind even further. Great 3 hours at Cleopatra Spa. Everything worked out fine from the pick-up to the return transfer. The Hamman and the massage were wonderful.

On the advice of travelers we met at our hotel, we contacted via WhatsApp with a quick response. Picked up at our hotel by a vehicle that takes us to the spot. The place does not pay for mine but inside the facilities are top. We opted for the Moroccan ritual for the price of 25€ per person. Sauna, hammam and Jacuzzi then full body scrub and soap. And to finish a full body massage (Soft, medium or hard), I opted for the medium that already goes well in depth. It feels good because it is done by professionals. We did it as a couple and it was amazing. I really recommend this address which has the great quality of not defrauding its customers.

The pros: transfer (good driver and nice on time), Hammam treatment, massage and the tipping system. Also the contact and the price. Cons: Chaotic at first with the salt cave, and the saunas.

Wonderful. You follow certain steps where the staff tells when to go from one room to another. Scrub in hammam and subsequent massage was clearly the best - pure pleasure. There is not exactly the same tranquility and relaxed atmosphere as at many wellness locations, but the staff was incredibly sweet and helpful.
