We give them money...and he asking as in witch hotel we stay....and he sad he will delivery photos and picture frame to ours Resort....but he didnt deleviery... So Beware for that Scam Egiptia!!!

The trip itself could have been very good, but something happened that absolutely should never happen. During snorkeling, a member of the crew started touching me inappropriately few times and tried to rub himself against my body. This was not accidental and it was not related to “helping” in any way. It was frightening, especially underwater with the waves, where it was difficult to react. I managed to move away. At the end, I was even given a comment about my “attractiveness”. It also didn’t bother him that my partner was on the boat. Humiliating. I’m warning others, especially women.
We arrived with mixed feelings after a few unpleasant experiences in Egypt involving overpriced services and pushy sellers, and we hoped this trip would at least not be another disappointment. Unfortunately, it began on the wrong foot: a photographer insisted on taking our pictures and another person tried to sell us drinks, reacting quite loudly when we politely refused. The loud Egyptian music did not help either. However, all of that faded once we reached the reef and went below deck to view the underwater world through the glass bottom. The sights were absolutely stunning and genuinely fascinating. By the end, we agreed that this had been one of the best 50 EUR we had spent in Egypt so far.
Booked this trip as part of a package through TUI. The boat and staff were clean and well presented. It was nice to see the coral and you do get to see some interesting sites. There was too many people on the boat for seats downstairs in the viewing section and everything was about how they could charge you more money €7 for Pringles. Photos etc. but no real guide/narrative on the coral and fish you actually see.
While the overall experience of the boat itself may seem nice at first, be extremely cautious about the outrageous prices for food, drinks, and even photography on board. It is nothing short of a rip-off. For example, as someone from Australia, I usually pay around $3 for a can of Pringles. On this boat, the very same thing was sold for $11. That is nearly four times the price, and it feels like a deliberate attempt to exploit tourists. Sadly, this type of behavior gives the impression that foreigners are simply seen as walking wallets, with no boundaries on how much can be charged. This way of “doing business” is shameful and deeply damaging to Egypt’s tourism industry. Instead of creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages people to return, it leaves visitors feeling cheated. If such practices continue unchecked, it’s not just the Royal Seascope but Egypt’s wider tourism reputation that will sink
It is the only vehicle in Hurghada that allows you to sit comfortably and view corals. It is a modern vehicle. People could swim or snorkel for 30 minutes also.
Mohammed was absolutely fantastic and super helpful during our tour at the royal sea submarine! I highly recommend it for family and friends. Make sure to visit the royal sea when you're in Egypt on holiday.

Great transport arrangement. Bit manic upon arrival. Cheap rental options for snorkelling, 150. Great experience looking under the water through the windows, the children enjoyed it. Snorkelling was great, perfect timings for all activities. Even had a shower on board! However, the photographers on board (Smile Photo & Video Film) absolute scam. I am thankful I didn’t pay them anything more than I did. He wanted 5000 but dropped him down to 1000. Whilst being photographed, it seemed we were in good hands with a professional photographer (like myself!) but we weren’t. 70% of our photos that we received the following day are blurry and unusable and 100% of them are poorly edited, if edited at all! 29/42 photos in the bin. Avoid this company whilst on this otherwise great experience and take your own fabulous photographs.
Very well organised trip , all staff are very friendly , the submarine experience was breathtaking, then we had chance to snorkel , life jackets are provided as well as snorkel equipment. Would definitely recommend, 5 stars 🌟
On June 18, 2025, I was on boat number two. There was a man named Mohammed who frequently argued with his colleagues and raised his voice. He charged me an exorbitant amount for my order, claiming there were high taxes. When I asked him for an invoice for the amount I paid, he refused.
I would 100% reccomend. One of the best trips we did in egypt! The submarine and viewing of the coral was amazing! 5 stars class

A well ran trip from start to finish. Pick up was on time from hotel & the boat trip was excellent. Minimal pressure to buy additional services, crew were happy & helpful. Would highly recommend for an afternoon out when in Hurgarda.
Can see the attraction of this boat trip.. Once we got under way we arrived at the sight of all the fish and coral. The windows are large enough so you can see quite a lot. It was amazing to see what lay below the waves. One tip don't go if the weather is rough.
It is a very interesting sailing. In addition to enjoying the beautiful scenery of the red sea and the shore, you can wear a life jacket and participate in snorkeling activities under the guidance of an instructor. I didn't participate because I couldn't swim. But it was also fun just watching others having a great time snorkeling in the Red Sea. Another wonderful and moving experience was to browse the underwater scenery through the observation window in the cabin below the deck.
Really enjoyed this trip - the facilities on the boat were great and we saw amazing coral and sea life including turtles! Great value for money

Going down in the boat and looking at the coral reef and the fish was awesome. this time was too short considering that the boat is built for this and this is what you come to see, but instead it takes far too long to snorkel and during that time you are not allowed to be down in the boat. The products that were for sale on board were way too expensive so we didn't buy anything. But we had fun doing this
It was our last day in Hurghada so can't really give a trip review, because we just didn't have the time to take it. All I can tell you, is that, the company were great with us and offered a later time that day, but sadly we had to give it a miss. So if the tour experience is as good has the operators, then you're on a winner.
staff was nice i enjoyed snorkeling the most, i would highly recommend i was a bit skeptic because of some of the previous reviews but i am glad i booked i went with my 10 year old daughter and she enjoyed so much
Being able to see the coral reef and fish was brilliant. The staff on the boat trip were friendly but didn’t interact very much other than to get people to pose for photos which they want you to buy.
It was good and we had a great time ! We saw a lot of fish!! The boys done snorkeling and they loved it !!

We were recommended by friends to do this semi submarine tour. It was very different experience. Cruise was well maintained both deck and submarine areas. It was equipped with washroom facility. We booked 3 pm slot. Semi submarine experience was really good. We also got drop and pickup to the hotel. The only thing disappointed that they didn't started the cruise before 3.30 We were on the cruise since 40 min, all other cruises left one by one but ours was there for 40 min. Other than this everything was good.
Bad experience for our family. Was promised a boat trip of 3 hours, but was picked up 30 late, well over an hour in transport, and less than 2 hours on the water. Poor visibility, a lot of the same fish to see, and no lobsters or crabs at all. snorkel equipment half defective. the trip we incl. a water or soda. BUT we had to squeeze it out of them and we got MAX. 15 cl. in a small cup. And then they were very begging for us to tip, and came a total of 4 times singing where the Tip Box was. Disappointing experience
The atmosphere on the boat ,the staff were excellent this is a good trip for all ages to be that close to the coral and to see all the fish from the comfort of the boat
We had a lovely trip, the boat wasn't overloaded, we went out to a nice distance and had a very special surprise which we've NEVER had on these trips before. Staff were lovely, polite and no pushiness to buy things happened which is a bonus :-)
Me and my daughters absolutely loved this experience. It was nice and clean and the staff were welcoming and helpful. However, I wish we could have seen more sea life, but that's something beyond their control
Beware of the photograph scam They take your picture, haggle for money. You pay them and get no pictures. This should not be allowed preying on tourists. DO NOT AGREE to any photos, take your own for a happy memory.
We were looked after really well on this trip and it was an enjoyable trip out on the water. The staff were really nice. Loved seeing all the fishes in their natural habitat. You can see giftun and paradise island from the boat. I chose not to swim but they stop to do snorkelling for those that want to. This a great trip to do if you want to get out and see something but avoid the strong sun! Hotel pick up was fantastic in a nice air conditioned mini bus that was on time. Ahmed looked after us well on the bus and then handed us over to his colleague on the boat also named Ahmed who again looked after us very well. A lovely trip. Thank you.
Brilliant for kids to see the underwater world , 30 minute boat journey to coral reef , down to the glass bottom for 15 then the option to go snorkeling for 15/20 min and 30 minute back to port , lovely boat lovely staff toilets fizzy or water supplied,
Very good trip, Ahmad and the other gentlemen made the cruise a really unique experience. I recommend it. Snorkelling, watching beautiful fish and corals, simply amazing! The boat was very comfortable and clean too. I recommend it for everybody.
Generally ok and friendly! Timing way behind, we came back 1h late. Reef not spectacular at all. Combination for non snorkelling visitors too long!
A sport trip to the sea was not too long for my preschoolers. Like an aquarium, only much better with diffetent types of fish. My kids loved it and on top of the view, snorkling in the middle of the sea was also an experience they will likely remember for the rest of their lives.
Trip within family including a 6 & 9 year olds Liked duration, only 2 hours and not a long sail, also first time in water for my children. Crew were friendly, professional and helpful. They were brilliant with taking children in the water with use of a safety ring during snorkeling. Saw plenty of fish near the coral. Good fun and lovely trip.
Just do it. I looked around for ages trying to find the best deal (was being overly picky as have a 5 year old). We were in soma bay and the boat we booked went from a hotel almost nextdoor. So easy. I thought we were in for a round trip to hurgada marina and back. The trip was great, loads of fish, turtles, sting ray. As other reviews have mentioned, some coral looked a little bleached/dead but definitely still loads of life there. Really great experience and perfect to keep a 5 year old entertained for the morning.
We were contacted via Whatsapp by the tour representative on the hotel pick up arrangement. It was a totally fuss free experience, pick up came on time on a mini van together with other hotel guests to the submarine port. Was a short ride from our hotel and we boarded the submarine. We sailed to a nearby area and were told go go down to the submerged part of the ship for viewing the marine life and corals. Amazing views of the undersea. Just too bad that the corals were not very colorful or bright and vibrant probably due to pollution (?). Neverthelss, an amazing experience, the crew took great care of the passengers as well. After the submarine trip, the mini van will take you back to the hotel or you can choose to stay at the port area, there are restaurants along the pier at the mariner. Taxis are easily available at the area as well.
It was our best trip with a submarine to see fish and corals. We also saw frays and turtles which was amazing.

Pick up was actually good 10 minutes earlier than I was told. Transfer from hotel was very fast as I’m sure driver do some racing. Overall experience was OK We saw dead corals (few of them still alive) but lots of fish, some turtles and occasional stingray. Drinks can we bought on board for $2 And if corse don’t forget to TIP AS YOU WILL HAVE TO.
A good trip especially for children and adults who do not snorkel . The large windows give a great view onto the corals and fish ,letting you take some great photography of your own. Also the trip organises professional photos at a cost . There is an opportunity to jump in and snorkel with a member of the crew.
